If I could give a 0 star rating I would!!!! No only did one of the employees call me a bitch, they got pissed because I made them remake the Gordita crunch they decided to smash. Then they put 2 tiny chicken tenders on my chicken burrito. They were like maybe 2in long for around a 7 inch burrito. The nacho fry's were cold. When I took the food back into the store, the manager was rude as hell. The employee called me a bitch and they were just horrible in the customer service department. Unless you don't mind crushed food and eating 3in of nothing but tortilla and cold fries then I wouldn't recommend eating at this location. My sister and I loved this Taco Bell. I don't know what happened. Every time we go, they put so much sauce in it that you can't eat it. Normally I wouldn't complain; I love Taco Bell's sauce, and let's be real, it's not that serious, but it gets to a point where it is uneatable it's literally just sauce--I'm not even joking. The wrapper is covered in just sauce, and that's almost all the burrito is. By the way, we always get different items. I get a spicy potato soft taco; she gets a cheesy bean and rice grilled, and both always have crazy amounts of sauce. We are both vegetarians, so naturally Taco Bell is one of our favorite fast food places, and this was our favorite location because we're always in Commerce. But after today and the last few times, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I hope this doesn't come off as rude and nothing against the employees; I understand completely. I'm not usually impressed by fast food joints but this Taco Bell in Commerce is fantastic! The food is really well made and they do not scrimp on the ingredients. I ordered my food 25 mins before I got here because I live 20 mins away I ordered it for pick up and the door was locked when I got here. I called them and they said I had to wait in the drive thru line because there is only 2 people working which is fine if the drive thru would move faster than it does it takes them almost 30 mins to clear one car. I've worked at fast food restaurants that are way more packed than this and would have 8 min ticket times with 2 people working one working the register and one making the food it's not hard if you actually try these workers don't care and honestly should shut down if they can't find more workers because this is this crazy how slow they are read more

I will NEVER go back to Taco Bell in Commerce. Had a something (stone,rock or metal not sure) in a potato griller. It broke my daughters tooth. I called them and reported it right away. Next day Had to take her to the dentist. They sent packaging to send it to a lab. Now after all the pain she has been in and 600 getting a crown they say they are not responsible!!! Wow I just read some pretty horrible reviews from here. Almost all of them commuter related lol. Let's go ahead and take a look at their merits instead of the traffic conditions. This fast food restaurant is clean when you walk in, bathrooms are good, food is standard for Taco Bell, and the customer service is quite nice. They are pleasant and informative. For quick bites in the am, they have $1.00 breakfast items that are pretty good. The breakfast salsa they offer with all breakfasts is nice also. $5 crave box is always a good value and changing regularly. Drive thru goes quick but they do tend to get slammed being a mid way point rest exit between Atlanta and Greenville. read more

Worst service ordered on app and they didnt even have order when I got there. After 45 min asked for refund and they refused, I waited another 45 min and they didnt even start my food they were just talking in the back. When I asked the manager when I will get my food she got rude and confrontational and finally said ahe would make my food. Within 20 min the police showed up and the manager came out crying saying I was told to leave, needless to say everyone in the store was confussed. I was asked to leave and they refused to give me my food or my money so I lost $38. We asked her about it and she said "my bad, it's for the car behind you and you weren't charged." Asked for a receipt and boom, we were charged. Not realizing that she didn't give us our card back, my honey went Indy for a refund and asked about his card. She said it wasn't in there..nowhere and she gave it back. We searched our vehicle for AN HOUR, walked the entire building and nothing. Went back inside, they said nope, no card. He started searching again. Now, I spring into action. I called the store and explained to the manager and asked if they had cameras. She said yes. I asked if she could check the cameras and see if the card was given back. She said she would call me later. No ma'am, I told her I'm outside and I could get the police to come look at the cameras if necessary. Said the word police twice. She pulled the tapes and found the card and it wasn't given back. It was in drive thru. Make sure you get your cards back from people. If you need something, just ask. I will help anybody...just ask! Listen here, this Taco Bell has got to be the worst I've ever visited. It nasty. I usually go there with my fam to get our usual chicken quesadilla, but DUDEEEEE, we got them and legit was only cheese. I was pressed, sis. We go there the next week and then decide to get the chicken taco, we ordered it with no lettuce and only chicken and cheese. It had shredded lettuce on it, and you know I can't be eating no lettuce, so i March back in there and politely xplain the situation to the workers. They give my order to me and I go out to my car. I check it. It's a DAAAYYUUMM beaaaannnn burrito. tf. So I go back in there again and i was gettin angggrrryyyyy, they give my order again and it's shredded chicken. There is a huge difference between shredded chicken and grilllleed chicken, that shredded chicken taste like booty on a stick that's over salted, and grilled chicken.. it tastes like chicken. This is a very bad place. Management is beyond rude. Cussing and yelling throughout the store. Management does not treat anyone with respect (not even employees). Calling people names because of the food ordered. Food is always wrong. Food was cold. Waited more then 15 minutes. This is not the first time but will be the last that my family eats here.Should be a 0 star option. Very disappointed that this is allowed in a restaurant. Most times they are pretty slow. A good 15 minute wait. Tonight, I have been sitting in line for 32 minutes and still have 2 cars ahead of me to get food. Haven't moved in about 10 minutes. I honestly don't know what is worse here, the long waits or the high chance of them getting something wrong. Day or night, the drive-thru wait is anywhere from 10-30+ minutes long. Then once you finally get your food, more times than not there is something wrong. Usually it is them completely forgetting an item (or two). Going inside is usually no better. The cashiers seem more concerned with getting you to fill out a survey than they are with taking your order correctly. Then you have to wait for another 10-20 minutes to get your food. If you complain that something wasn't right, they treat you like it's your fault. Finally: the food quality. Let's just say there is no quality. I got a Mexican pizza that had all the topping sloughed off to the side and hardly any filling, an order of Nachos Supreme with topping only on half the chips, a crunchy taco that was crushed, and so many other things! read more

Stopped during early lunch hours. Was second in line behind elderly couple. Suddenly heard someone in the food prep area begin ranting about that "F@#$%@# a@@^%$%, F@#$ him...... and on and on. The young man at the counter (who was very professional and obviously uncomfortable apologized and later made the comment that ______ must be wound up today") The language does not bother me personally, but there was an elderly couple in front of me and children in the restaurant, plus it is just unprofessional. Got my food to go. Should have checked the bag before I left. Ordered soft chicken tacos, not sure what it was, but not like any other chicken I have seen on a taco.
