Stopped in for a burger while traveling on 85. I love that Five Guys makes online ordering super easy. I started an order at a different location before realizing it was actually behind us, not ahead, but it was painless to select another nearby location and this one was it. When we arrived we only had to wait a minute or two for the order. With the Tanger Outlet nearby, this seems like a popular location. It was pretty full when we arrived just before lunchtime. My burger was very neat, the bun wasn't smashed and the pickles were a good size. I got a pretty plain burger compared to what I usually order but it was still good. Love Five Guys! read more

Stopped at this Five Guys on a road trip. As with any Five Guys location, service is great and so is the food! It's located next to Tanger Outlets in GA, so very easy to get to. Staff was welcoming and friendly and got the HOT and the order ready immediately for the online order. Quick update since I've been here during COVID-19. They don't have indoor seating anymore and it's only 3 patios outside. So if you do come here, just make sure you know that you may be eating in your car. Otherwise, they offer take out and delivery such as Uber Eats or Postmates and also curbside delivery if you want it that way. Customers that I saw walking in there did not have any masks on though, but all the employees were wearing masks. Just stay far away from everyone else and that'll lower the chances. read more

Our go to after a game at UGA Athens. The burgers are made to order and extras like mushrooms and onions etc not an extra charge. A regular order of fries is BAG FULL of hot hand cut french fries. They also have a huge bin of roasted p-nuts in the shell that are complimentary and all you can eat. Good burgers- fries and shakes for great prices. TIP - FRIES - they give you a lot if you order a large - Ask for a plastic bag, take them home to the frig - tomorrow morning cut them into 1/4 inch cubes - toss them in a frying pan - add just a bit of olive oil - cook on high, tossing often to get them brown all over, until they clink when the hit the pan. Great with eggs. These are the best hash browns on the planet. ...any Five Guys Fries will work, just in case you thought these on I85 were special. read more

Believe it or not, this was my very first trip to Five Guys. Overall the food was tasty and filled me up. I liked that they had malt vinegar bottles out by the ketchup. It's been years and years since I had fries with vinegar, so I felt a bit nostalgic scarfing down my food. I will say that they loaded my burger with onions. I mean, there are only so many onions one woman can eat! I had to take a few off, but that was OK. The bathroom here was surprisingly clean. Go figure. read more

Normally always have a pleasant experience at this location, but today was one of the few exceptions that left me disappointed. I ordered via the app an hour in advance to pic up food on my lunch break. I arrived maybe three minutes after my pickup time to find that my order had been given to someone ahead of me and then had to be thrown away. I had to wait for ten minutes into my thirty minute break to get fresh food - and sadly my fries barely made it into the bag. Definitely it enough in the bag to justify the hefty price for one order. The best Five Guys I've ever been at I Applaud the Management!!! The food is very consistent from franchise to franchise but the people here set this Five Guys Way above the rest. Wile ordering I was looked in the eye an asked how I was doing today, nice. I have been to Five Guys many times and have always been pleased with the amount of fries provided. The amount we received this time for our regular order was very small. I even asked to make sure it was the right item, and received a very abrupt response saying "the order is right". If you are going to charge almost $5 for an order of fries, it should be enough for two people - especially since this is part of your marketing and what makes you special. Great hamburgers! They are always hot and juicy. It's a small place so on a busy weekend it is hard to find a place to sit inside. Some tables are outside but when it is 90 outside it's not comfortable eating and sweating at the same time. The service is fast and friendly. The only thing I don't like about this five guys is the fries. They don't cook them long enough for me. They always come out a little soggy. I asked them to cook mine longer once and they said they couldn't do it? Or maybe they just didn't want to? I'm giving them 4 stars for what they are famous for and that is a great hamburger. read more

Was looking for a hamburger today. 5 Guys is not allowing dine in at this time but had picnic tables outside. The counter attendants were disinterested and cold. The tables provided outside we're not being cleaned or sanitized and at $28 for 2 burgers and a fry the food was just okay at best. I should have gone to Culver's. read more

4 stars because the price! The food is by far spectacular and option to eat outside is heavenly in the summer. The price though for 2 people was around $30 and that's with one small cheeseburger, a bacon burger, 2 drinks and one order of fries. Would most definitely do 5 stars if the price wasn't that high. We eat out everyday & we've been going to your restaurant since it opened,. Every time we come in the music is extremely loud, w/a screaming vocalist. So loud that we are unable to carry on a conversation. Tonight we watched 3 senior couples leave/go outside due your highly objectionable music & extremely low temperature. We asked the teenage help to turn the sound down, they did, but over the course of the next 30 minutes the sound gradually increased, while the help screamed at each other & the patrons. Very dissatisfied having eaten there in the past. Burger dry, bun cold and bacon burnt. What was lacking with the burgers it seems as if they were trying to over compensate with an abundance of fries. Tables were dirty and we will not make this mistake again. We stopped in at lunchtime and placed a to go order. We did not check the order before we left to go home. Some of our burgers had burnt bacon. We contacted Five Guys through their website and got a response by phone the same day from the manager- on her day off. She was extremely apologetic and told us she would like the opportunity to remake our order. We went the next day and our entire order was remade. Since we had an issue with bacon previously, she took the time to show us the cooked bacon and make certain we were okay with the way it was cooked before adding it to our burgers.
