Pulled up to the drive through and it's been almost 2 years since we've been to any Taco Bell so we told the AI system we needed a minute. When we were just about to place an order, someone came on and started getting upset with us because we had been sitting "at the box for 2 minutes and we were running up their time." No one was behind us, it's not like we were putting them behind but we genuinely had not been there in so long and the whole menu was completely different. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. We pulled up to the order area in the drive thru, the lady on the headset sighed as if we were inconveniencing her. She asked us what we wanted and we started ordering. She cut us off and said "hold up we only have two people in here". Which as someone who works in food industry I understand. After a few minutes she tells us we can continue out order. So we do and she and the other girls in there begin laughing at us while we finish. After, the same girl on the headset laughed at us and said "your total is $100". Out total was only $58. Safe to say I will never go back to this one. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. This place used to be pretty good but the last few times we stopped here it was awful. I don't expect perfection at fast food places but this was terrible. All the food was wrong, every last item. The wait staff was extremely rude and doing drugs in the restaurant. The whole place stunk of weed to the point that it was wafting out of the place. I ordered two vegetarian items and they all had ground meat mixed in while my husband got two items that barely had any actual ingredients on them. They are also out of stuff constantly. read more

Placed online order. Go to pick up, order is missing items. Wait for them. Get home, pizzas under burritos and are smashed. One is on the verge of being scorched. The fillings were almost non existant on the shredded chicken burrito. Called and got the DM who said he was proud of the food he made tonight. He initially offered to replace our meal but got defensive when I told him the quality of the food at this location was failing. I then no longer wanted to converse with him. Contacted corporate. Friendly staff, good food at a great price. The monthly specials are a bonus, as is the dollar menu. Hunky contractors at lunchtime, never a long wait, very clean. Wi-Fi and not-unpleasant music helps, too. Remarkably fast drive-thru is that's what floats your boat. read more

arrived at 12:15 pm, needed a late night snack, sat there for twenty minutes nobody answered the drive thru, another customer walked into establishment at 12:32 and asked if they were open, worker said said but we're cleaning. this location doesn't close till 1am on a thursday night, i get that people are tired but when you work for a company you should stand by the expectations of said company, with almost an hour until closing no orders are taken and that means no money is made. definitely will be contacting management of this location tomorrow morning, and if that's doesn't resolve anything will be contacting corporate. you can't expect to make money if you don't do your job, therefore for the worker that is on shift at the time of writing this, you don't deserve to keep this job, pure laziness and ignorance. absolutely outrageous! and in the time of writing this review i have been sitting at the drive thur menu board and still not a single response, straight disrespect for their customers. learn to exceed company expectations and customer service. just pitiful. read more
