I'd say this is really a 3.5. I don't think it's as good as Guthrie's. They are very similar. The chicken fingers were pretty good. I don't like the cole slaw. Too sweet. The fries were good. The dipping sauce is what makes this yummy. I ordered and paid for an extra sauce which was not in my order when I got home. I ran out of sauce. We came in on the later side of the evening here (around 9:30pm) the other night for a quick dinner after unpacking all day. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't have been more pleasant and happier to help us with recommendations. We decided on the chicken sandwich and the Cane's Combo. This was our first time at a Cane's and the food did not disappoint! Everything was piping hot and freshly fried. Their signature sauces, made in house, were also great and the perfect contrast to the hot chicken. The bread and fries were also solid. The staff working literally spoke to us throughout our meal providing recommendations for good neighboring restaurants and places to go as newcomers to the community. We really appreciated it. I would like to take the time to express my dissatisfaction with how an incident was handled on 9/6/2024 during the pickup of my catering order that was placed on 9/5/2024 at 10:39am for a pickup time of 3:30pm. I placed a large catering order on 9/5/24 in person at this location with a pickup time of 3:30pm. While in the line to pickup my order, the lady before me was mentioning she called about an order and was coming in to pay for it which she did using a visa card. I'm assuming my order is ready as it is now 3:30pm. Manager John checks me out and says they are working on a few large orders and mine should be out soon. I proceed to the pickup counter and notice large catering bags. They proceed to give the guest whom just paid for their order her bags of food and not me. How is this possible when my order was paid for as of yesterday? I physically came into the restaurant placed an order and paid for it. My food was not ready on time and someone whom just PAID for an order gets their order before a customer that has paid for an order. Now it's 3:45pm and I don't have my order ready. As I'm explaining this scenario as poor customer service, John never once apologizes, just indicates well we have several orders at the time. Totally unacceptable with regards to customer service and also to fulfill a customer whom just paid her balance in front of a customer whom came in the day prior and paid for her entire order. Raising Cane's only sells chicken fingers, but what good chicken fingers they are. Cane's uses fresh ingredients and fries your tenders to order ensuring a quality product. Most orders come with cole slaw, fries and texas toast. I ditch the slaw and opt for extra sauce. Their sauce is tangy and goes great with the tenders. The staff at this location is young, but very professional and friendly. We have been to this location numerous times. The food is always great. read more

Wow, what a difference a great manager can make. This is our third time in a row to have a near perfect experience. Fingers and fries cooked perfectly- this location used to overcook the fries. Sauce was spot on. Coleslaw a little on the dry side but fresh. The front of house still needs a little work. They seem disorganized and preoccupied - don't really get that enthusiastic "Welcome to Canes" vibe yet. Though, I'm optimistic someone who can get the kitchen running like a well tuned machine will get the front counter in order. read more

The food is good. The staff is also super professional. Cane's has been around for years now. Comparing past to present, the food quantity has been less. The Chicken tenders look half the size and also now the portions of the fries are even getting smaller. It was clean, the food was good, and the service was quick and friendly, as I've come to expect. However, as someone else pointed out the lemonade tastes off here, like they're making it with bad water at this store. BEWARE. I went through the drive through and made two separate orders. The female voice on the speaker confirmed the orders and said drive up to the window. When we got to the window the fellow manning the register thought it was just a single order. We explained that they were supposed to be separate, and he shut the window to sort it out. We got our food and left, but today I see on my bank website that they charged me for my order, $10.85 for a Caniac, and $18.44 which was my order and my passengers order combined. So BEWARE. Even after assuring me they had corrected it, they just charged me twice, and sent me on my way.
