I ordered the new supreme nachos dip with extra beef no beans , a chicken street taco and chips and nachos. They forgot one order of chips no biggie as most locations do. The food was hot but my dip didnt have the extra beef I paid for or the shredded cheese and pico it comes wirh also barely any sour cream which was disappointing. Horrible, rude drive thru girl and food was awful. Ordered soft tacos and crunchy tacos, soft tacos were like someone squeezed them, and were wet. There was basically no meat or cheese and size of your pinky. Once it gets dark out, this location is rude and combative. They forget items, they refuse to replace cinnamon twists for chips and cheese (I have a cinnamon allergy), and argue when you tell them it is not right. The line manager refused to give me missed items at first, but eventually obliged. I complained that my beef chalupas were blackened and that the chalupa shell fell apart. I waited in this drive through line for 40 minutes tonight. This is not the first time, as I have waited 25 minutes a different time. Some of my friends have very similar experiences. It is horrible management and incredibly lazy workers, not "technology malfunctions." 1. I would recommend the taco bell on Newport, the workers are much more friendly and they are open similar hours. If it is after 10pm, definitely go to the newport one. 2. The WORST place I've ever been. We were in an Uber after a night of drinking, and everything we ordered, the employee rudely kept saying "anything else" because we had a big order. We finally finished our order and got to the window and one of the rudest employees I've ever encountered said, "the girl taking your order said you were rude so we canceled your order bye" and slammed the door in our face. Service was prompt as it should be for a Thursday night in the drive thru. My Baja Blast freeze was practically flavorless. Just tasted like shaved ice with some hints of Baja flavor. Super disappointed in the portion as the cup wasn't filled to the top, when we asked the employee to fill the cup to the top she had refused to do so. My chili cheese burrito was pretty fire for the most part (aside from some cheese not being melted) but it was much smaller than I'd like it to be. Not as bad as I thought based on all the reviews. At 230 in the morning, the food was fresh and the line went quickly. Yes, there was a line of about 4 cars in front of us. The cashier at the window could have been more friendly, but it was 230in the morning! I'd be grumpy too if that were my shift. As far as Taco Bell's go, it wasn't the best but not the worst. I have been to many Taco Bells in numerous cities all over the country. This is the first time that have left speechless and shaking my head. We came in the day when it was not busy. At first, I was impressed with the kiosk for ordering food. However, the wait was about 20 minutes despite the lack of customers. The food was done correctly, and we did not find any faults with the workers. HOWEVER, they allowed a person to roam around the store bugging customers and telling them the same story. Apparently, he applied for a job a week earlier and did not receive an interview. He was trying to convince customers that he needed to be hired. He was also cleaning the area and unlocking the bathrooms. At this point, they need to hire him or ask him to leave. Sooner or later, he is going to either give up or get angry. This could get ugly. Additionally, this is the first place I have been to where customers have to be buzzed in to get into the bathroom. I don't know the history of the bathrooms here, but it was quite odd. read more

When I rate this 5 stars, it is purely by Taco Bell standards. I have never waited in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes. Usually it's 5 minutes and I'm out of there. Even though it's speedy, my order has always been correct and has been hot and tasty. I've never had a bad order from this location. Really, I can't tell you how often I go to a Taco Bell and end up with a completely different or made up menu item (which I eat anyway, because you could pretty much smash any of their ingredients into a tortilla and I would eat it) but this one always puts the right stuff into my order. The lady that took my card in the window wouldn't even reach her fingers past the window. She made me lean all they way out of the car as far as I could and into the drive through window just to give her my card when should could have leaned over 6 inches and made the transaction ten times easier. Went to the Bell for a GOOD meal, ended up having a GREAT time. Dinner and a show is what greeted me during my dining experience. It was a classic whodunnit with the lead suspect being an employee named Ryan. Ryan was an engaging character, hiding his motives for dipping into the cash register. What followed was nothing less than Shakespeare-esque drama involving multiple side characters. Cries for the local constable to be called rang out. Highway robbery can be described as nothing less than enthralling. I made a quick escape, and was greeted by multiple cruisers and the paramedics. The show was great, the food was unfortunately sub par. I will however be frequenting this establishment for more Kabuki Theater often. read more
