This is the single worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had. First issue came with the drink selection. My girlfriend wanted Baja blast zero, but they didn't have any syrup. I got a loaded nacho taco box and asked for no beans on my beefy 5 layer burrito. It came with beans and the tortilla was crusty. Not only that, but when I got the replacement burrito, all of the sour cream was on one side. Then when I got to my loaded nacho taco, the main part of the box, it was just a regular soft taco. I got a replacement for that, and the lettuce was frozen. Finally, when I got to my regular taco, the meat was cold. I will never go here again, and recommend everyone avoid this location as well. I love Taco Bell, so it's very difficult to displease me, but this location did. read more

This Taco Bell is terrible. Literally every single time I've been to this place they have gotten something wrong with the food. There employees are unprofessional and don't even always wear gloves. The food is often soggy and poorly prepared. Finally the wait times are usually well past any reasonable time at a fast food. I would recommend starvation before this terrible place. read more

I stopped here on a road trip home, and went to the bathrooms first. After changing my baby on the floor in the bathroom (because there are no changing tables in there) I went to wash my hands, with soap, only to look at the broken soap dispenser, that has a sign on it "all employees must wash hands." The fact that there is that specific sign in there means there is not a special employee bathroom with soap. Needless to say I turned around and left. I wouldn't stop here again, even to use the bathrooms. read more

Slowest Taco Bell on the planet. I've spent 45min stuck in the drive-thu before. Inside service is no better. The service has been consistently slow and horrible here for years. Hard to believe this place is part of a national chain. Good place to go if you have an hour to waste. I hate to guess what the cleanliness in the kitchen is like. This taco bell is a 10/10 experience. Great employees, free food, and laughs are just a couple positives from my last experience.

Honestly this place generally doesn't to do bad on getting an order right and being some what timely. Recently they've not only been taking 20-40 minutes to get customers through the drive thru line but once I was finally at the window I sat there for 10+ minutes before they realized that they hadn't even started making my order. Once I got my order and finally drove up to check it of course it was all wrong. Then I go in to ask them to politely fix it, even kept the smile on my face is had for the last 35 minutes and they in turn talked about me out loud like I wasn't even there saying they did everything right and how ignorant "people were". I hope they get their act together soon because they're losing polite paying customers by the day. read more

My family and I went through the drive-thru, got our order and, because our order is normally wrong, we checked before leaving. Of course, the order was wrong so I took our food back in and let the cashier know. He circled the items that were wrong on the receipt and notified the associates on the line who then "corrected my order." I took the new bag to the car and my wife checked the items but they were still incorrect. I went back in and asked for my money back. Nobody in the store knew how to do a refund so I waited 10 minutes while an associate spoke with someone on a cell phone. He then hung up the phone and handed me a 20 dollar bill (my bill was $23.80). I told him that I know that my bill was not exactly 20 dollars and he lied to me, saying that it was only 20 dollars and some change. Not sure why that makes stealing from me Ok. While dealing with all of this, one of the associates on the line was laughing at me. I asked him if something was funny and he said "yeah it is funny." Also while there, a large group behind me left, saying that this was ridiculous and another customer was getting his entire order corrected because it was wrong. I actually like Taco Bell and because of that, we keep returning, knowing that something will inevitably be wrong with our order. But this was definitely the final straw. They will no longer be getting my money. read more

They screw the order up about 40% of the time. They are very slow and generally unconcerned. I normally slip and almost fall about 3 feet from the soda machine due to melted ice that has landed on the floor. I'm assuming Taco Bells lawyers have informed all employee's to leave the plastic Wet Floor sign out all the time, because I manage to punt kick the flimsy piece of shit across the store every time I walk in the main doors. For some reason they have decided the sign should be placed immediately in front of the main entrance, not by the actual wet floor. I usually seem to arrive just after the God's Children Short Bus. After a few minutes of standing in line watching these genetically challenged (politically correct) kids, I have lost most of my appetite. As far as the quality of the food- mediocre at best, however I would say far superior than the Applebee's a few blocks away. Taco Bell does steam their food rather than microwave it. read more

I went there three times in one week with my family and every time, except the last time they messed something up. The first time we wet they couldn't serve half the things on the menu but drinks and soft tacos. No crunch wraps, not many things. The management was wrong. People were just standing around and it took about an hour and a half. The drive through though people got crunch wraps and what ever they wanted. The second time the people made a crunch wrap but put no meat in it. Then they forgot to put a crunch wrap in the meal. Lastly it took at least an hour we were there from 7:50 something to 8:50 something. On the third trip everything was fine but it took a good thirty, forty or maybe ever fifty minutes. read more

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Last week when we went there they were out of beef, taco shells, cheese, sour cream pretty much everything to make a taco. This time we went our food was soggy, cold and disgusting. Instead of napkins they shoved a handful of paper towel in our bag. I love taco bell. Just not the Crawfordsville. Their orders are always wrong and they take for ever to get the food out to you. Most of the time the orders are wrong and at that point in waiting you decide it isn't worth going back because you will be waiting for another eternity. read more
