However, I did run into a small issue with the queso. I ordered the small size (pictured below, though sorry for the half-eaten look LOL. I was starving and forgot to take a picture before eating.). The small was perfect for one person. The menu listed it at $3.99, but my bill showed $4.79. I understand inflation and all that, but if I had known it was nearly $5 for such a small portion, I probably would've just gotten my food to go and picked up a full jar of queso from the grocery store instead lol. Would still recommend!

We were the only ones in the restaurant and got great service from the waitress, who is fully bilingual so there were no communication problems whatsoever. The food was well-prepared, quickly served, and very tasty. The atmosphere is that of a house, with nice soft warm colors that looked like it could be someone's real house in Mexico. The dining room is marred however by a huge TV that was on the entire time on a Mexican reality show. All in all, a nice alternative to the over-the-top kitschyness that has become Little Mexico. They have a liquor license application on the door so hopefully they will serve alcohol soon!
