As an individual who struggles daily with gender and personal identity problems, I was truly astounded by the services provided by these employees. I have recognized as a car since I was a small child and I am constantly told at drive throughs "you need to be in a car". Update: went to buy some Taco Bell again, got home, order was wrong and sat in the drive thru for 15-20 minutes. I doubt anyone at corporate reads individual drive thru location reviews, but this place is a dilapidated eyesore in our town, and I avoid going there, but sometimes I want some Taco Bell. It amazes me that corporate has not intervened and taken over this Franchise since it is in such poor management that it clearly damages the Taco Bell brand as a whole. Either that or Taco Bell Corporate doesn't give a damn about their franchisees who are struggling and need an injection of capital to bring their restaurant into the 21st century. Original review: This place... always has had pretty bad service. Last time I went, payed extra to get chicken instead of beef, and of course my burrito came with their same shitty beef. This time, I asked a for a Taco supreme. A nacho supreme came up on the order screen, and I said 'no that is not correct' when they asked if my order was correct. I said I wanted a Taco supreme again and he said ok. Got home opened the bag, nacho supreme. Nice work Taco Bell. As of February I have noticed a significant change in this establishment, so much so that I inquired if owner or management had changed. When I asked, I wasn't surprised to hear that it had, and the man who was working the drive thru said he was the new manager. I was very surprised when I ordered that the person taking my order executed effective customer service using words like please and thank you. It's not that hard to say "hello welcome to Taco Bell, how are you today?" which is how I was greeted. Basically, it wasn't a horrible experience but a pleasant experience to get food from Taco Bell. Drive through was not busy at all, and it still took almost 20 minutes to get one taco and some nachos. Got home and discovered that the chips in the nachos were completely chewy and stale, probably weeks old. This is the umpteenth time I've been through here, so I expected the extremely slow service. My expectations are not very high when I go to a drive through fast food establishment but we were greeted by the sweetest young lady with the biggest smile and greatest attitude. I didn't get her name but she was probs in her early 20's and she gave us the perfect proportion of sauces. Would give this 0 stars if I could for the record. This was the last hold out for me as far as fast food concerning the lantern district. However, Like McDonalds and Del Taco, this Taco Bell has failed for the last time! My wife and I ordered two Cheddar chalupa boxes, and requested hot sauce like normal. Not only did we not get any of the sauces we requested, our taco and chalupa shells were broken upon unwrapping, my wife's chalupa shell was undercooked for her desire, and we did not get the receipt they offered. This lack-luster service is not only disappointing but disgraceful. After all those months of remodel and hiring they did for this location, one would think they would step up their game, sadly this location has stepped further back. I'll be going to the location on Ortega Highway from now on. Receiving my order the way it was requested when I receive it means more to me than convenience . Yeah so this Taco Bell has the worst issues with consistency. No matter what I order the food is either missing meat or the meat is only on one side of the burrito/taco. Now I would call or take the food back but I work 8-9 hours on my feet in a dental office assisting with root canal treatments so if I'm hungry I'm just gunna eat. So today specifically the beefy 5-layer had no beef. Fantastic right? It's in the name that it's supposed to be beefy and you'd think the people working there would know. On top of that I got my girlfriend a quesarito (burrito inside a quesadilla) and wouldn't you know most of the burrito is rice and sauce until the last 2 bites which finally contained SOME beef. I worked at Taco Bell when I was young I know what they use to scoop their beef and you kind of have to try to not get beef when you scoop. I guess the only positive take away from this place are the Cinnabon Delights. So good job with the timing for deep frying 4 balls of dough. read more

At the end of the day, it is Taco Bell and I really don't have high expectations other than getting some tacos relatively quick. I was about 2 cars back from the mic where you put your order in for the drive thru - there were a couple cars in front of those ppl I could see and then the cars wrap around the building to the window where you get your food.. sat there for about 5 minutes and started to read other reviews on yelp about this location. Drive through takes for ever, when you ready to order they always tell you to wait after 3 to 5 min they will take your order. And for them to give you food it takes another 15 min. Makensi has the worse attitude we ask why it was taking to long her answer was it really with those it matter to you!!! When I turned the van into the driveway I thought Taco Bell went out of the place was completely deserted and the tinted windows were so with clouded over with dead film. I quickly wished it had. I went through line for a taco salad and a package meal with fries. While waiting 10 minutes we noticed the restaurant was truly filthy on the outside, even the trash can look like had not been washed in 25 years. When I finally got my order I quickly realized the seasoned french fries were nearly warm... I backed up to the window again and asked the young man for fresh order. He called the manager who felt a couple of fries, then the guy had the nerve to look me in the eye incredulously said "the french fries were fine, and that they were plenty warm". This isn't one of the better Tacos Bells I have visited. The place is usually trashed by high school kids and is out of hot sauce.

All negative comments are true, unfortunately. I went today late afternoon, thursday, November 15th. Two girls were working they didn't give me napkins and I asked for hot sauce, which they failed to put in the bag. Eating Taco Bell with no napkins is a drag.
