We came around 7:30, and ordered a few things, while ordering, the person taking our order, told us that "for next time" we needed to go inside and order because "that was a lot he had to make". I would completely understand if we were to show up ten minutes before close and order a bunch of food, but we were there hours before then, and we were the only people there. Overall just very disappointing how we were treated, the person handing out our food basically shoved it out with an attitude. I understand it may have been a lot of food but there wasn't anybody there besides us. Disappointing. First of all to start, I would love to do the real review that was on the receipt. But that would require me getting a receipt. Secondly, I might do the drive-through didn't get any napkins or silverware. How am I supposed to eat in my vehicle without any napkins or silverware I don't know who's in charge of this location, but they need to step it up. Management clearly does not have a hold on the store or care I'm getting tired of cold food not getting what I asked for and not getting common things like utensils, napkins, and receipts and several other reviews have said this location does have a good day, but they also have terrible days. This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It is obvious the employees do not enjoy their jobs. The drive thru is always extremely slow, so the last time I came here I decided to go inside instead. Big mistake. The wait inside was longer than 20 minutes and the line was almost out the door when we sat down to wait for our food. While everyone in the restaurant was getting annoyed with how long it was taking, dominos came and delivered pizzas to the workers and they ate it in back while a line of people were waiting for their food. Never thought I'd review a Taco Bell but these guys deserve the recognition! Every time I walk out I feel like I just left a Tony Robbins seminar because the workers' attitudes are so freaking helpful and uplifting... And not in the obnoxiously fake way that Chic-Fil-A employees are either. This Taco Bell seems to only hire *genuinely* good people and it really shows with the way they treat their customers, even when they're at their busiest. As a social worker I pay close attention to how businesses treat their special-needs customers and these guys never cease to impress me in those situations either. Let's be honest, they still have to serve Taco Bell food so I can't say that part of the experience is incredible but they really do make the best food out of all the Taco Bell franchises I've been to. Unlike all the others, they won't dick you with a 3/4 sized burrito or a 99% lettuce taco. This location really should be the model Taco Bell uses for all of their franchises. Really impressed with everything they do... They'll even hold the door for you if they can! read more

Our order was jacked up, they added an extra quesadilla and my wife ordered her taco no cheese add tomatoes , it came with onions loaded on it and some cheese, when the freckle faced manager was asked to replace it, she told my wife there's not that much cheese on it. REALLY?? She has a dairy allergy. They wouldn't replace the taco and when the freckle faced manager was asked for her name she turned around and walked away. This evening I tried to place an order through the drive thru. Was going rather slow but I am patient. Cars in front of me were served but I spent the next 10 minutes at the order kiosk. No reply so I drove to the window where I was informed they were not taking any more orders and were closing. This was at 9:30pm on Saturday and their posted hours state open until 2am. They all stated that they were fed up and would not be serving anyone else. Worst possible example of how to serve the community. Inexcusable behavior. It was 8:20pm, and I had been in line for 5 minutes in the drive thru. The line was about 14 cars long, and all I wanted was a soda. So, I decided to go inside. The doors were open in the eating area so I walked in thinking I could just grab my Baja blast and go.. immediately when I walked in I heard two of the women working there actually yelling at each other about parking a car and getting fired for it. After being ignored inside for about 10 minutes, they come tell me the lobby closed at 8. I replied with, well then you need to lock the doors. The woman behind the counter told me that they were locked. Me sassy at this point, said then how the heck did I get in here? She then tried to show me that the doors were locked.. which was hilarious since I literally walked in there through those unlocked doors. Only one of them was wearing a mask too if that matters to anyone. Absolutely disgusted by this since it's always so busy. Taco Bell needs to get more people in this location to work or just close it, because this is junk and the line is alwayssss a mile long and the wait is TERRIBLE. read more

This Taco Bell is horrible. For one, it's constantly dirty. The soda machine has sticky soda residue all over it. The last time I was there there was a giant pack of napkins laying on top of the dispenser they were supposed to be on. There was also crumbs everywhere. Another time I waited 30 mins for my food --- it took from 5:25-5:56. And my order was still messed up. How do you eff up a spicy potato taco and some nachos? So pathetic. I used to swear by this Taco Bell. Swore on my entire life in many instances about how Legit this place was. From consistency, quality and extremely over the top customer service. I will be returning to speak to a manager and get my money back. 1 1/2yr ago or so and sat in drive thru line for 28min only to wait another 7 min at window while order was remade, and they still managed to give me a nasty looking cold messed up order. Stayed away till a couple weeks ago only to be totally let down again. Besides tomorrow for the return of my money I will never come to this location again. It's odd, writing a review of taco bell, but this one deserves it. My fiance and I go through the drive through once or twice a month and every time we have awesome customer service. We've never been shorted on food or had an item forgotten in our bag. There always seems to be some young person with a great positive attitude taking your order. It's nice. read more
