first of all, worst customer service. They do not care about their customers. Especially the night crew. I went to taco bell on April 2, 2025 and I ordered a bowl. a Cantina chicken bowl and I hardly got anything in the bowl. whenever I got this bowl, after not having anything in it and after I paid $18 for my whole meal which was a drink and their bowl which is ridiculous in my opinion. But the woman argued with me about what should be in the bowl and what should not be in the bowl. she finally took the bowl from me, then gave me back a bowl and it had less stuff in it than It had before. They will literally get your order wrong 100% of the time. I received half of my order through uber eats several times, zero situational awareness of what they're doing and zero care for what they send out. I would recommend people take the time to drive past this place and go into Lillington or Fayetteville for Taco Bell if you want it that bad because they will disappoint you, very surprised corporate hasn't been contacted and the manager hasn't been fired. I would say at the end of the day you get what you pay for but in reality you get 50% of what you paid for and refunded the rest. read more

First of all, there was food missing from our order. The customer service was okay at the start. The smell wasn't that great in the place either, and there was people loitering around the building, which the people didn't seem well m. The tables weren't that clean either. I ordered 3 Beef Burrito Supremes when I got home they had wrapped 3 bean burritos and labeled them Burrito Supremes. I went back with the receipt and showed them, the manager told me they were Burrito Supremes and I told her no way because there wasn't a bit of beef in either one we had bit into. Well worst service ever went in was told I had to order on kisosik by a rude employe then I got a drink had to ask for ice also the drinks were flat . Then I got my food was not very good . Second time i've been to this taco bell with no service. Arrived at 7:55 pm, and it's been a long day and the sign said that they would close the drive through at 8pm. I pulled up and they told me they took their last order. I pull up and start crying from a long day because I just wanted a chicken chalupa, and THEY TOOK THE MANS ORDER BEHIND ME! I have worked in fast food/restaurant and I have NEVER experienced a restaurant closing early due to staffing issues, and you normally close the dining room, since drive through is usually more profitable and faster. We were sitting in the Drive-Thru for about 20 minutes we began to get irritated with a woman who seem to be taking too long to place an order when we finally were able to give our order we were immediately told to hold on another 5 minutes goes by they finally come back and asked to take our order you could tell the person didn't know what they were doing this could possibly be a training exercise and that's fine however it took almost an hour for us to get out of the drive-thru when we got our food the burritos were not rolled tightly so a lot of the ingredients were falling out or mushy the cashier was rude and was actually dancing while we waited 20 minutes to get our food this is one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. read more

Now, this isn't a condemnation of Taco Bell - I know it's terrible food (nutritionally, at least) but we all have our vices and from time to time Taco Bell fits the bill. This particular Taco Bell was awesome in that they managed to a) take forever b) mess our order up and c) all this happened when we were the only people in the restaurant - no drive through or other take-out orders to confuse them. Literally the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! I've stopped by 4 times throughout the last couple of months and every time something in my order is wrong, no napkins provided and sometimes nonchalant rude customer service! I dislike coming to this one and won't patronize it anymore. Also, it's loud crude behavior happening in the kitchen and the shift lead seems to encourage it. Just ugh! read more

Service was extremely slow! Took 45 mins to get a loaded grilled and fiesta potatoes!

Go through drive window then take your food inside, took 30 minutes to get food as the drive thru is flying through like the daytona 500.

3 or 4 times now I've went through the drive-thru and nothing, anywhere between 8 and 10 o'clock. The huge sign out front says breakfast but I've yet been able to get any. Today, I sat at the drive-thru for 5 mins with employees sitting outside eating. Nobody said anything to me. Pulled around and went to walk in and the doors were locked. If you don't open until 11am don't advertise breakfast and a 7am opening time. Very unprofessional place. read more

This is the 2nd time we have attempted to get a good quick drive thru meal at this location. I got the grande burrito box. That included two tacos, cinnamon twists and what is supposed to be a nice big stuffed burrito. The tacos had a full inch at the top of the shell that was free of filling. Sad tacos. They would have been good if they were actually filled. Then I unwrapped the burrito. Two bites of it was nothing but tortilla. When I reached some meat and other ingredients it was only on one side of the burrito and about a half inch thick. Halfway down the burrito there was only tortilla. This location needs to rename this the Grande Air Burrito Box. The only filling item in this box was the cinnamon twists. In this order we had 7 items and we asked for extra taco sauce. We got 4 packets. I really believe this location wouldn't survive on their selfish, lean portions if they were NOT located near I-95 exit 73. Avoid it people. They're over-charging for short-changed menu items. OH and the Mtn Dew was mainly carbonated water. Obviously the franchise owner has set down a rule to cut everything. read more
