For the past year or two, I've been going to this Taco Bell about once a month since I work nearby. Usually my experience is pretty good, food seems very fresh, good value, and relatively quick service. But recently it seems like their food contains more stuff (rice, beans, bread, sauces, etc) and less meat unless you pay for an upgrade. Perhaps it's the supply chain, tariffs, etc. I don't know. After visiting today, suspect this may be my last time. Or maybe I need to try another store to see if they're all the same. read more

This is one of many of the worst taco bells that I've ever been to. The parking situation is so strange. We entered from the shopping center entrance rather than the actual TB entrance hoping that there would be an opening somewhere for us to pull into the TB lot but there was none! We ended up parking in the back of TB in the shopping center entrance and then walked over the ledge to get into TB just so we wouldn't have to go back out onto the highway. Once inside, it took about 5+ minutes for one of the workers to notice that there were people standing ready to order. The person taking my order was nice though so I'll give it an extra star for that. After ordering, it took probably 15 minutes for our order to come out which is kind of rare in my opinion. Yes sometimes it's good that it takes long but I've waited no more than 10 mins in many really amazing TB's. All in all, only TB in the area so would suggest for that reason otherwise go somewhere else. read more

I've only really been here a small handful of times late at night, I know it's tough working a busy night shift, this specific restaurant always seems super BUSY! But last two visits a younger woman working the drive-thru, on the receipt says Kelly, has always brought the nicest, calmest customer service ever! You go girl! read more

I love coming to this location. The manager and staff are very friendly and attentive. In the rare cases where I've had issues, they've addressed them promptly and we're very apologetic. I think Taco Bell as a whole definitely improved some of their recipes the last couple of years, but this one in particular I find quite good, particularly the beef they use for their tacos. I really can't think of anything to complain about here, and if you're a fan of Taco Bell then this is a good one to dine at. read more

Cheers to the Chalupa! Gotta say there's been a transformation at this Taco Bell and in a Good way. Since the last time I stopped in here service has improved Alot. Very friendly and extremely pleasant, it's almost like a totally different place.     Now the accuracy of the Drive Thru window has also been upgraded as well, which used to be unbelievably bad. It's also very noticeable that whoever's preparing the food back there is on point especially when I think back to how it used to be thrown all over the bag like they just didn't give a crap. Those were truly terrible Taco Tuesdays in deed. To make matters even worse, back then they would always short my order Every Freakin' time I went through this Drive Thru.   Anyhow that was then and this is now so Keep up the Good work Taco Bell of East Hanover, and Keep those Tacos and Chalupas rolling out! Growing up I loved Dorito chips and Taco Bell and ate my share. Fast forward into adulthood and I rarely have them. Two colleagues were discussing Taco Bell one day and mention how they love Taco Bell's Taco supreme. I chimed in how I use to eat Taco supremes like no tmrw. When they mentioned Taco Bell has a Taco shell made out of Doritos, I nearly choked. I passed by a Taco Bell and pulled a U turn. I texted my collegue and asked which one to try as there are three types of dorito shells; fiery, cool ranch, and nacho cheese. I ordered al thee. I wanted it fresh so I chose dine in. As I opened up each Taco supreme, it was like my two favorite junk food categories morphed into a mighty power ranger Taco and the flavors were an epic taste battle in my mouth.... with glow sticks. The shells are fragile. You must handle them with great care. Their delicacy lays in your strategic maneuvering of each bite. The reward is unparalleled. I left Taco Bell in a hurry as I was contemplating ordering a second round of dorito taco supremes. read more

Came in here with a big lunch order for a group of people... about $60 worth of Taco Bell, in the end.... lots of different things, and they only made one mistake - a "chicken taco" (couldn't really tell what it was) instead of an order of nachos, although they did put the nacho cheese in the bag. Relatively slow compared to other Taco Bell's I've been to, but at least clean at the start of lunch rush. read more

Grabbed a late night taco here but they closed the dining room so you had to get on the drive through line which took about 40 minutes- mind you that the line was out onto route 10. Then, I drove up to the window to place my order only to find that the gentleman, whom I believe is the manager, told me to wait...then I realized the kitchen staff is short handed. The manager is taking orders, taking payments, packing up food, and delivering them to people parked on the parking lots. After I ordered and paid, he told me to park onto the lot and he would run outside to deliver my food. You can tell he is stressed out of his mind, sweaty and tired. I give him A for effort but this is no way to run this restaurant even though I know hiring is tough. If i have know that it takes an hour to get my one taco for my pregnant wife, then I wouldn't have gone there. read more

Got here on Labor Day and they said the drive thru was broken and we had to go inside. Went to order and was told they were out of beef. How could you be unable to offer two Taco Bell staples? I visit this taco bell often for dine in and drive thru. The service is as expected. But i have noticed multiple times that the interior is not clean in the dining area. They dont clean it as often as needed. Even the tables are dirty sometimes. One thing i would liike to see in the furniture is the booth/sofa seating. I have seen some Taco Bell have that. The furniture is old and needs an upgrade. They recently got an ordering kiosk in the dining area. I haven't used it yet. I am giving it 2 stars for the cleanliness issue. read more

I came here because I was craving tacos, and thought why not and come here since I've been seeing all these commercials about nacho fries and the mt. dew freeze. I guess I arrived too late so I couldn't order inside so I had to do the drive through (no big deal) . The staff was very patient and kind (as I didn't know what to get since I haven't been to a taco bell in like over ten years LOL). I ordered basically one of each taco, the nacho fries, the mt. freeze and it only came out to $12 (not bad). I ended up sharing because I couldn't eat all three tacos and the fries by myself haha. All three tacos were mediocre at best and the fries were definitely overhyped but the freeze wasn't bad (just like 7/11's Slurpee's). Overall, this place isnt' bad! If you're craving tacos I wouldn't say this would be my number one recommendation but it's not horrible haha read more

One of my guilty pleasures is fast food tacos. Almost doesn't matter what place, just love that fatty (not in a true good way), overly seasoned ground beef encased in a crunchy corn shell. I know reviewing a Taco Bell? The Taco Bell on Route 10 in East Hanover is excellent. The service is always quick and extremely pleasant. Orders are always correct and if I have to wait the manager quickly explained exactly why it was taking longer than expected and reassured me that they were preparing it fresh for me. I'm usually here for breakfast on weekends. Today we tried the Naked Egg Taco which although gimmicky was delicious. It is extremely weird to pick up a Taco made of an egg but it really works. I was somewhat skeptical of nacho cheese sauce but it was outstanding. I'd get this again for sure. But the piece de resistance is the AM crunch wrap which is in my opinion the best damn breakfast sandwich in the fast food pantheon. Sausage, egg, cheese and a hash brown cooked to perfection in a flatbread tortilla pressed hot. The taste is sublime to me. The sandwich holds its structural integrity throughout the ingestion process. I could eat these all day. Taco Bell why won't you serve all day breakfast. If you're on Route 10 and craving the Bell hit this place up. It's clean and has plenty of parking and a drive through as well. In short I'd 5 Star it if it wasn't fast food. read more

You shouldn't be working fast food with customers if you're going to be as rude as you are. The guy working the drive thru rushes you thru ordering saying "anything else" before you're even done speaking. Terrible customer service. Guy taking our order was extremely rude to my mother and I in the drive-thru. Told him what was wrong on the order from the screen didn't even seem to care. I am very disappointed with this store. Firstly, they ran out of beef when I ordered, which was around 6:00pm. I find this to be unacceptable, as most of the store's products include beef! Secondly, what annoyed me the most was the store's unwillingness to substitute ingredients without paying extra. I wanted to get the Doritos Locos Box for $5.99, but the only choice was to get it at around $6.80, where they marked up EACH taco by 60 cents! I find this unacceptable, as I only wanted beef. If you run out, at least let me substitute without paying extra! read more
