She went in the back and returned with a small foam cup. I then asked if she had a lid for it because my order is to go. At this point your employee started making baseless accusations at me about how i was going to take more salsa than i am entitled to. First let me say i paid well over $13 dollars per burrito plus tax. There is no sign that states i am limited to how much salsa i am allowed on my burrito. However i had not even stepped over to the salsa at any point to take any of it. I told her to forget it and just return my money and i will go elsewhere. Your employee refused to return my money and refused to give me the food i paid for in front of other customers mind you. At this point i left and went to the police station to make a police report. Of course Lincoln police claim its a civil matter that your employee stold over $28 dollars of my money. This all happend at approximately 5:55 PM on 4/11/26. When i returned inside the store to get a witnesses name your employee was laughing about it with a customer. I will spread this incident far and wide from today forward.

While I'm sure everything was following proper guidelines, it wasn't my preference. The second was the size options. Their smallest size cup is just over $4 and includes 3-4 scoops. While great for sum, my kids can't eat that much and ended up wasting about half of each. Would be great if they offered a true kid size.
