This is a newly rebuilt location. If you go to street view you can see that before they did the new rebuild, that this used to be a KFC/Taco Bell. Now, you just get your taco cravings dealt with here. I went inside and was happy to see that they had touchscreens to allow for me to order my food. I tapped away on the screen and just ended up waiting. I was expecting to get at least my cup so that I could fill that up, but I had to wait until my whole order was ready to ask for the cup. I ordered a bunch of food, and it all came out as ordered. I ended up grabbing more than enough napkins and sauces and made my way to a table to down it all. Sometimes you just have a craving for Taco Bell and nothing else will do, am I right? This location was recently torn down and completely remodeled. They have a really nice covered patio area with several tables and chairs. The interior has a fresh 'minimalized industrial' look (think Chipotle) with a lot of black metal and wood. I seriously detest the latest fad of ordering kiosks in fast food shops and as I walked in and saw FIVE, I had a bad feeling. However, a voice from behind the counter greeted us and not one, but two, employees came to take our order! Our order was filled correctly and carefully, the ingredients were not just thrown in willy nilly. They did not even acknowledge us, ordered through screen & 10 min later still no acknowledgement. I had to try to get someone's attention from behind since they looked slow & were not waiting on orders. They said they had not received, ordered again, waited. Good change of pace from the usual fast-food fare of burgers and fries, as there's a Burger King and McDonald's next to each other just a little further down the road. Since it's a combination of both Taco Bell and KFC, it's a little fun to have a little variety by ordering a side dish or two from the other menu. Having tacos or burritos with mashed potatoes or mac and cheese makes for some nice comfort food. The employees here generally are OK and I haven't had any issues, but service (timeliness) at this place can be iffy at times, whether if it's busy or not. Because the respective menu items from both of these restaurants have endless varieties and combinations (e.g., spicy, mild, soft, hard, regular, extra crispy, etc.) it can take the cashier awhile to both ask how you want it and to punch in all that information. And it sometimes adds more prep time for the folks behind the scenes to make these orders since most customers have their own specifications for their food. As a result, the turnaround time between ordering and receiving your meal may seem longer than other fast food places since ordering by item number isn't as cut-and-dried here. Overall, the food quality is pretty consistent like any other fast food places. When you go in, you know what you're getting, time in and time out. Haven't had any rude awakenings here or anywhere else when it comes to fast food. At the end of the day, my Taco Bell crunchy or soft taco still tastes like a Taco Bell crunchy or soft taco, no matter how many years I've been eating it. read more

The only reason I am giving them one star is because that's the lowest you can rate. I am a vegetarian and I make sure I give proper instructions to places like taco bell to make sure my burrito is cent percent vegetarian (beans, cheese, potato, lettuce). Despite explicit instructions, you guys somehow managed to sneak in beef in my burrito. I don't understand what I should do anymore, should I carry like a placard mentioning all the ingredients?! Our orders are usually accurate and the employees are usually pretty friendly, but the service is super super slow. If there are more than 3 cars in the drive thru, keep driving. I stopped by after work and was starving! I ordered a 10 pack of tacos and asked for half crunchy and half soft. I guess my eyes were bigger than my belly as my Dad says..lol I ordered via the drive thru, was given my total and pulled to the window. The employee was fast and polite. She gave my a receipt for my order and asked if I needed any sauce. My order was hot and fresh and I was happy to see a nice pile of hot sauce in the bag. I am BIG on spicy food, and one of the main reasons I go to taco bell AT ALL, is because of their volcano menu. They made excellent spicy food. However, for some extremely bad reason, they got rid of ALL OF IT. Not even the volcano taco is still around. Why? That was one of the most popular things about taco bell! Why get rid of that menu? The only reason I go AT ALL, is for the nachos. Those are really good. But the spicy ones were better, and if they get rid of the nachos, I will never visit a taco bell again. BRING BACK THE VOLCANO MENU. Taco bell is a drive through type of food place, you dont eat taco bell at the store, thats not how its done. So I am not counting the inside part at all. The drive through gets it right, in fact, the place is run really well. But when you take away arguably the most popular subtype of your menu, the volcano menu, you lose a BIG group of consumers. I have no idea what the head guys were thinking. Stupid move. Considering the only other stuff is just the bland basic tacos and a ill thought out cantina menu, you can see why the score is low. If they had the volcano menu, it would be a 4-5 star. But throwing away a HUGE part of the menu, means you throw away a HUGE part of your consumers. Just look at the taco bell page. When the volcano menu was there, it was lit up with people being excited and happy. Now its a practical ghost town. Sorry guys, but one dish of great nachos wont save you. The person taking my order and the person serving my order, while very nice it was very disappointing to have to wait 15 minutes for my food to be done. We had one person taking orders and one person preparing all the food. This is very difficult when you have those KFC and Taco Bell in the same location. I did not appreciate the extended wait. I was eating with my children when an employee started hurrassing us. I didn't imeditaly realize that he was mentally disabled. He said many times "I hope my children don't turn out like yours". My children were very well behaved and were not acting inappropriatly. The manager came out only after a customer from another table (male) stood up and called for the manager.
