I ordered this burrito fully expecting bold, savory chorizo, fluffy eggs, maybe some spice, maybe some life. What I got instead was a tortilla filled with what can only be described as warm bean water. Not beans. Not chorizo. Not eggs. Just... essence of bean. It was astonishingly bland. Like the seasoning simply clocked out and went home. At first bite, I genuinely thought something was wrong with the jalapeños -- there was this odd earthy flavor that made me wonder if they hadn't been washed. But no. It was just that same thin, watery bean taste soaking into everything and erasing any hope of flavor. And the salsa? Somehow even more disappointing. It tasted old and just as bland, which felt almost impressive. We ordered on a Sunday morning -- prime breakfast time -- so there's absolutely no reason this should have tasted tired and neglected. If you are craving a real breakfast burrito with actual flavor, save yourself the heartbreak. This was not it. Not even close.

Overall I give this place a five star. Parking can be an issue if you park right in front of the store just because the gas station is right there and when is busy and can be a pain trying to get out. But the food is delicious. Highly recommend!!!

The team is very polite and ensure your food and made to order. The restaurant does give you authentic Central American vibes. There is plenty of seating to have a medium to large party. Most customers in my experience tend to order take-out during the hours I visit. I do recommend the burritos, quesadillas, soups, horchata, and fine assortment of pastries. Overall they hit the mark at 4 out of 5. Definitely give them a try. I did eat the sopa de res the next day so the glass container is what I transferred it too along with the rice. En general, alcanzaron la marca en 4 de 5. Definitivamente, pruébalos.

I ended up getting a big ass steak and shrimp burrito for $5! What a bargain and man was this burrito good! I enjoyed it so much that I went back today but this time it was full-on lunch time with several people in line and waiting for their order although the wait wasn't to bad considering you only have two ladies inside doing all the work. I'll be going back soon to try some other items on the menu. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. If you're in the area give them a try.

Meade it's about 11 minutes travel time to the truck and about a 7-10 minute wait for your actual food. I recommend going if you have a longer than normal lunch. We got there early so there was no wait, but people began to show up around 11:30 a.m. Prices are cheap and you get a lot of food. For $5 dollars I got a fully loaded 1lb burrito and for $2 I received a large papusas. The food is definitely worth the drive. I love my Baja Fresh and Chipotle, but I would go here over them any day. If your starving stop by Milita's Taco Truck, but I'm sure you won't be able to finish the burrito.

I decided on the old bay and traditional elote. My order took about quite awhile, which was disappointing, because corn on a stick shouldn't take too long to make. Granted, they were getting a lot of business, but it still sucks to wait. The truck was nice, it is definitely new, bright and shiny. The service was good, though I didn't have much interaction with the owners. I really ended the traditional elote, the flavors was amazing and the corn was cooked well. The old bay option was a little too salty for my liking though. It wasn't horrible, but I didn't enjoy it as much.

It's not really living up to expectation. The concept of this truck seems to be experimental to a certain degree and I can't say I loved their take on this one. Like other reviews mentioned, it's more like thick cut bacon on a fried bun (the menu clearly states the bun is fried, by the way). I was recently at the Food Truck Friday in Annapolis event and while I was ordering something from another vendor I smelled their heavenly Chicken Tikka Masala and instantly wished I'd ordered that instead. So I look forward to giving this vendor another shot soon- and let me say I see this truck all over and I really appreciate how they put themselves out there. Watch this space for an update soon!
