This location is appalling! I tried to place an order today at about 3:20 pm or so. OMG what a bunch of morons. First, I get a guy who does not speak English to take my order. Finally he gets someone from the back. I specifically said light on spicy sauce for a cheese quesadilla . I paid extra for lettuce. It came with barely any lettuce and loaded with spicy sauce. I had paid him $6.40 and wanted my money back. The guy in charge got annoyed. I gave the guy who did not speak English 2 5 dollar bills and got $3.60 back. The guy in charge asked for my receipt and did not give me 6.40 back. The guy who did not speak English charged the wrong amount on the receipt but charged me more money, was he trying to rip me off? I really don't mind that sometimes this location gets our order wrong - they are very accommodating if we ask for it to be corrected, but the thing that really irks me is their inconsistent operation times. On this location's doors, it says it opens at 9 am. Online, it says it opens at 10 am. I just drove up to the drive-through (time was 10:15 am) and they have a sort of obstruction in the way, assuming they're trying to keep people out of the drive-through.
