Give me a house margarita & tacos: carnitas, carne asada, and al pastor... yes please! I would eat each of these tacos every single day & be happy forever.

Coming from Texas and searching for authentic Mexican food I can tell you this place will check that box. It's so fun and cute. The atmosphere is very easy-going. The food tasted delicious and came out very fast. The service/waiter was so friendly and really makes you feel like they've known you for a while.

Pretty good experience here. Got the steak, shrimp, and battered fish tacos - favorites are in that order. It was on the more expensive side, but enjoyable. Wish there was a bit more protein and less vegetable fillers, but nonetheless, would recommend. Note, menu is pretty condensed so look at it beforehand as options are limited if considering dining here.

Grabbed a pickup order yesterday and boy was this a letdown. Tacos are $4-$6, and I have no problem paying that for quality tacos, but I wound up tossing almost everything. I'll start with the good: the baja fish taco (which, mind you, can't be ordered online for some reason, nor the birria?) was tasty, fresh, and crispy. Chips were thick, hard as a rock, and flavorless. Salsa was unmemorable except for being watery. Tripas was flavorless, overcooked, and too hot. Carne Asada was almost the consistency of ground beef, but edible. Camarones was having an identity crisis, and came with lemon for some reason. The shrimp was lukewarm, though large (and unchopped), with the mouthfeel of an orange-peel. I can't even recall the flavor, beyond "not a taco". I took three bites and tossed it. The birria was chopped thinner than grated parmesan, over-seasoned, and was dry. The broth was lean, also mildly over-seasoned, but palatable. Will not even bother giving this place a second shot.

Stopped in for lunch and started off with some great homemade chips and salsa. Our server was super friendly and helpful with making recommendations. My husband got the Barbacoa and I got the grilled veggie taco. We split a tequila lime salad, which was very refreshing on a hot day. We sat out in a shaded spot on the patio with our dog and another server came out to offer her water. We really appreciate how welcoming and hospitable they were!

Tacos are the bomb! Recommend the Casa Beltran cocktail/ margarita. Service is great. We sat on the patio on a partly cloudy day. Our new taco place in town

My friend ordered an enchilada, and I ordered the carne asada. The place was half empty, so it was strange that our food took more than 30 minutes to arrive after we ordered. They had only a few servers working, and the fact that we only saw our waiter run by once or twice in that 30-minute wait for our food was not helpful. As time passed, I looked for wait staff to ask about my food, but I couldn't find any as none passed our way. The food was dropped at the table, and I got the impression that they were kitchen staff who dropped the plates and quickly ran off. My first impression of the food was shock, thinking, "They charge $25 for that tiny plate? You gotta be kidding me." The presentation was okay, but as you can see from the pic, the overpriced meal only covered a tiny portion of the undersized plate. It left a lot to be desired. Since our waiter was nowhere in sight, I had to go up to the bar to ask for salt. With my first bite, I found the potatoes cold, possibly because my food had been sitting around for quite some time. Sadly, after cutting into my supposed-to-be-medium-and-pink carne asada, it was cooked dry to shoe leather and inedible. It was disgusting. I grabbed a passing waiter and asked him to send my waiter over. He offered to help me, so I explained to him that this was disgusting and not what I ordered. He did offer to make me a new one, but after waiting 30+ minutes for my food and being served this, I lost my appetite. Yes, they took it off the bill, but still charged $3 for a Coke. Real classy. I enjoy fine dining and excellent cuisine, but to call this fine dining would be an insult to fine dining. Do better, Teocalli

Let's go through each stage. 1. Quickly presented with water and chips and salsa. Both were very traditional and quite good. 2. Ordered two Ana's marg no salt and they were quite tasty. Nice balance of sweet and sour, shaken so they were nice and cold. Good enough we had a 2nd round. 3. The food, the wife ordered two fried tacos and I ordered to pork burritos. My wife was stuffed after eating her two tacos and I got two good sized burritos smothered in green chili. The chili isn't hot but very good flavor. I finished one burrito and brought the other home for the next day. Now the real question, will we go back. 100% !

I was raised in New Mexico so have a fairly high standard for mexican food and they met it! I ordered the chile rellenos for dinner and it was ok but seemed to be missing cheese in the relleno. The side were all great so I was ok with the meal and also ordered a chile relleno burrito to go for breakfast the next morning and so glad that I did. That relleno in my burrito was delicous and had plenty of cheese. The tortillas were solid and not sure if they were made in house but were great. I am eager to go and try another dish although I am definetely still getting the chile relleno burrito to go!
