The cash register was down and we had to come inside to place our order. The two employees working were very efficient and handled that adversity well. The cashier still greeted us with a smile. She was very professional and helpful. The systems may have went down as she had to handle money to other worker to cash me out. My food was great. I had an A.M. crunch wrap. This is literally the most unprofessional location yet. The staff stands outside smoking with the store lights off (essentially partying). They always have issues with their system, pulled into the drive through to only be told that they are taking door dash orders only. As I attempted to sit at the mic and place my door dash order for pick up the young lady came back on the speaker and very rudely said "you can't just sit there" which was probably true but when I got to the actual window she rolled her eyes at me as she seen I was still going to place an order. They announced the card machine was broken and if I didn't have cash, I had to come inside. I counted my five ones and said I was going to try backing out. Review for Taco Bell and this location only!! So this is the closest TB I have to my work and I am very happy that it is there but just wish the people working there gave 2 sh!ts about your food. Don't get me wrong, I still go there once every couple weeks and I would be quite bummed out if this one closed, but just wish the quality would improve. They never have napkins, all the sauces, and the tables aren't wiped down enough. I believe they recently hired a new manager so lets hope he gets these kids into top form. Horribly disgusting. Ordered from the kiosk cause all 4 workers couldn't be bothered to take our order, fine. Got 2 drinks and when we went to fill them we found out 90% of the drinks were out. When we asked if they could fill up behind they told us they were all out behind the desk too. Then we got the most of the food (had to go up and ask for 2 items missing from our order) and it was almost inedible. Threw away the Mexican pizza. Ordered 3 cups of beans and rice. One came almost empty. And apparently another thing they were out of was cutlery. Mix all this with the fact that they were blasting music with swearing (we were with our kids) and that they informed us aggressively that there was a McDonald's down the street if we were surprised they were out of everything and forgot our food. I recently ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad because it was my favorite growing up and it was NOT good. The refried beans tasted burnt and the whole salad tasted off. Maybe it was the salsa? This Taco Bell is horrible. I've given it its last chance. They get the order wrong every single time. They just throw random sauces in the bag without asking what you want. The driveway is consistently slow to a ridiculous degree. Tonight, they rang up the wrong combo number and I didn't find out until I got home. I also asked for tacos supreme with no sour cream. I got tacos with sour cream but no tomatoes. By the time I saw the litany of errors, I had no desire to go back and deal with this taco bell any further. Taco bell is one of the most inconsistent places to eat from location to location but after eating at this one the entire time I've lived in the area, other taco bell locations seem to disappoint in comparison. I know they aren't making good money folding tacos at a Taco Bell & they're all older in age & it can be very miserable but please stay home if you don't like a job that requires you to have to deal with customers . I came here multiple times today because I was picking up DoorDash orders . My first DoorDash order I picked up , I also ordered myself some food & the lady told me to pull all the way around the long line to pick it up . The other multiple times I came , you hear them smack they're lips & say "omg" on the intercom & at the window . I had one order that they kept claiming they didn't have & the order consisted of fries & the one lady said they aren't making the order because they aren't going to make more fries . As I pulled around to park there were 3 employees standing outside & one of the lady's yelled when she seen me park & said she don't know why I'm sitting here because they don't have the fucking order , the other lady told her to stop & she said that she didn't give a fuck . I called DoorDash customer support & told them the situation & the lady for door dash customer support said nobody answered the phone when she called the store . I took my last door dash & it was missing iteams so I had to go back to get the iteams (pepsi & fries) & when I pulled to the intercom the the lady with the braids & red in her hair said pull around rudely & when I got to the window she only handed me the Pepsi & said this is all I got & slammed the window . None of them were wearing mask either . & I know how frustrating it can be working in fast food so I gave the benefit of the doubt & treated them respectively but after all of that , I don't think this is how a business should be ran . read more
