We were greeted immediately after entering by the friendly host. This location is so bright, with beautiful wall art and a patio if you wish to eat outside. Our server Samantha was great. She was attentive and knowledgeable. She was able to give great recommendations. Our food was delicious and we were able to take some home. I will definitely return. My rice dish had chicken, corn, cheese and spices. The loaded nachos were tasty as well.

This was my 1st time in Cleveland. I visited Condado Tacos with friends. We started with the smoked cheddar and dirty dips along with Mexican street corn. The dips were very flavorful. My favorite was the dirty dip, which includes chicken and black beans. For my entree, I ordered the Blue Dream and Sweet Heat tacos. The Blue Dream taco was very flavorful. I thought it was weird that it came with 3 tortillas, so I took one off. The Sweet Heat was a brisket taco and had potential, but it was ice cold. It felt like it came right out of the fridge. The meat was flavorful, but the temperature was unacceptable. My peach mango margarita was absolutely delicious. It was made with fresh fruit purees.

Wild wall artwork, great drinks and food. I got 2 of the plant based tacos. Loved both. Both spicy but so good. Not dry, honestly I can't remember what was in there but I think one was mushrooms. The sweet drop drink: I could have had 2, I ordered 2 but could only finish 1-1/2 and it kicked in. Fun place, fast service, cool shopping mall.

Debating a 3 vs. 4-star review...probably a 3.5 would be most accurate. I loved the bold artwork here, service was good, our patio table was nice on a sunny day but would be nicer if the cool metal planters had some plants in them. The menu has a lot of delicious-sounding options. I ordered two tacos - a Korean BBQ (labeled as spicy) and a Baja Shrimp (not labeled as spicy). They come wrapped in foil to be eaten in hand, but the Korean taco had all the meat and sauce at one end, so the flavors didn't mix well, and it didn't seem very spicy. The shrimp taco had a very spicy sauce that overpowered the shrimp and made my mouth burn. They were both pretty messy to eat, and just weren't as satisfying as the specialty tacos that I've had at other places.

I was in need of food for a business lunch/learn situation. I made an inquiry on Condado's website and had a response back in 10 minutes. I then spoke to their catering manager, Makenzie. She was super in helping me put together a nice order. We ended up doing a taco and a nacho bar. The food showed up at exactly the time we agreed. I was also pleasantly surprised that Makenzie brought the order herself. She set everything up, made sure it was all there and looked good and away we ate. My clients and I loved the food. It was as good as if we were at the restaurant. I don't always have this nice of an experience, so in this case, I felt I needed to make it known. Well done and will definitely use again. Thank you! Had a decent time at condado. I got the rainbow chard queso with chips and that was delicious! The chips were just okay, seemed a little oily. I also got the rango tango taco which was amazing. I had another poblano taco that was okay, nothing special though. The space was nice and had a chill vibe to it, was definitely louder with families, seemed like a good place to hang out!

Pretty solid spot with lots of options, reasonable prices, kind staff, and fun ambiance. Plus children friendly with a changing table in the bathroom! Our food was good and frankly it's quite filling with the two taco combo inclusive of chips and a dip. Guac was good, elotes were good, smoked Queso was outstanding. Service was fine however there were a few errors with the meal- still good though and will be back!

    Salsa trio. So yummy!

When I visited for a late lunch in September 2026, I had to walk around the back of the strip mall and enter the restaurant from the back. That was weird, but oh well! I didn't have to wait for a table and was seated in a solo diner table that was sticky to the extreme. Now that's how you know it's legit haha! Anyway, I wasn't too hungry but was hoping to get something nice and authentic. Okay, so I didn't get the most authentic item, but I tried! I got the chicken fajitas ($16) which provided me with enough food for lunch and dinner. I also recieved free chips and salsa. I needed to add salt to the chips. Now even though the food was good, the service was not. My water was filled once, 5 minutes after I ordered it, and never filled again until I walked up to the hostess table and asked for a refill. I also only got one flimsy napkin. And had to wait a REALLY long time for my bill. I couldn't afford anything on the Peruvian part of the menu, sadly. I wish they had some offerings under $15 on that part of the menu, even if it is a small portion of food. I do recommend Las Americas for those looking for authentic food and for those wishing to speak Spanish to their servers. I understand Spanish but have a mental block when speaking it from forming my own sentences. So I did enjoy practicing my Spanish a bit from listening to others!

Alas, when we arrived at 5:50pm (for our 6 pm reservation), the patio was full, and so, after some back-and-forth about wanting a table in the dining room and not a high-top at the bar, we were seated. The vibe was odd, perhaps because we were the only ones in the seating area but also because of the decor, layout, and furniture: not quite fancy, not quite charming. Rather than warmth and graciousness, I felt like we were imposing on the team by showing up for dinner. Undaunted, we pressed on. Shortly, we were greeted by a friendly team member who answered some questions. We eventually ordered the made-to-order guac and margaritas. The guac was the highlight of the evening. It was fresh, generous, and well-presented. The margaritas were also good. No complaints! Next, we placed our order: meat tacos for me, a burrito dish for my wife, and a shared order of the corn dish. The orders came in good time, all except for the corn. When we asked about it, the reply was "oh, so you'd like to add corn?" "No!" I said. "We'll just take the one we already ordered!!" During this light-hearted exchange, we were also promised an additional side of chips to go with the abundant guac. "Three minutes" was the reply. Never came. The entrees were universally too spicy. I love spicy food, but this level of spice obliterates what I think was a really lovely set of dishes. My wife and I both struggled to get through it because of the heat. Sadly, the team's stinginess with refilling water only added to the spice experience. The makeup corn order was promised "in three minutes" and did arrive in five or six. It's a lovely companion dish, even though timing caused an odd imbalance of food temps. When it was time to settle up, our team member told us she would package up the leftovers and would be back "in three minutes with the bill" because she was also tending the patio. By then, I asked, "is that three minutes or fifteen?!" She returned promptly; we paid the bill and headed to the VAD courtyard for live music. Bottom line: great location and intriguing concept. Something is amiss with the training and team support. As for the food, only the guac and margarita would draw me back.

I've tried to come here on a separate day with my friend after work but missed them by 5 minutes. So dining in unfortunately is not an option! With this in mind, my friend and I preordered around 4pm-ish on their website for a pickup order by 5:15pm. I arrived at 5:30pm and my order was ready and hot. My friend's order was missed and they hurriedly made it right then! They ran out of cabbage so we got plantains subbed. The owner threw in a side of mac n cheese and upgraded my friend's order to a large for the wait. I got out at about 5:50pm. The owner also gave me a sampler of irie rice and ox tail to try that was very much appreciated! We got: ox tail with irie rice, brown stew chicken and 2 jerk chickens. The regular rice with kidney beans needed sauce because of the lack of cabbage. The brown stew and oxtail sauce were seasoned and pretty good. The jerk chicken was a little dry and my BF did not like the many bone pieces. I didn't mind them as much but I did feel there was not quite enough meat in the brown stew and oxtail. With the generosity of the owner throwing in extras and the good taste of the dishes, I would like to go back to try the curry chicken or something else! Hopefully, the cabbage will be available next time! Oh, the plantains were absolutely delightful! Plump, cooked fresh and perfectly ripe!

The flavor of the curry goat was good, but I'll be honest in saying that the tastebud and nerve issues in my mouth continue to make things difficult to enjoy and taste properly. The cabbage and rice and peas very also good. The plantains were freshly made. I noticed the prices seemed a bit high, but that appears to be across the board everywhere right now. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the whipped feta, which was simply divine and a must-try. For our entrées, one person ordered the pepperoni pizza and really enjoyed it. I had the sausage pasta, which was fresh, flavorful, and surprisingly light while still being incredibly satisfying. The third entrée was the Thai noodles , and it was another hit. Everyone commented on how fresh and well-prepared their meal was. The service, as always, was impeccable. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. What really stands out about this restaurant is the teamwork. Everyone pitches in, whether it's bringing out food, clearing plates, or noticing your water glass is getting low. It doesn't matter if they're your server or not--they make sure you're taken care of, and that level of hospitality really makes a difference. The restaurant is also spotless, and I love that the open kitchen allows you to watch the team preparing the food. It adds to the overall experience and shows how much care goes into every dish. Great food, outstanding service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a beautiful space make this one of my favorite restaurants in the Cleveland area.
