It's night and day from this location in South Euclid. This location opened fairly recently in 2023, which is not too new to have such a terrible experience. I walked in and was greeted, which was promising. I reviewed the menu, selected my previous favorite, and was ready to order. The employee working on someone else's burrito, told me to step by "Order Here" sign multiple times. I wasn't able to advance anywhere near the cash register. She then said something completely unclear multiple times and kept up wrapping her burrito. No "I'll be right with you," just mumbling. A second associate then joined her behind the counter. They then proceeded to socialize with each other and completely ignored me. There was no attempts to take my order, complete checkout, or anything. There was no estimated wait time. I'm almost certain that no customer will hang out at the burrito place all afternoon hoping to place an order. Finally I asked whether I can place an order. Both associates looked at me with surprise like it's an unusual question. Even after asking there was zero progress made with starting my order. I decided that this is my cue to understand that I'm unwelcome and leave. While the concept of beach-inspired Mexican cuisine with tropical flavors is fun, it's not fun enough to wait forever for. I won't be stopping in again. I'm sharing this experience in hopes of other customers receiving a more courteous experience.

It was unclear the size of each entree so we had to guess and hope it was enough. My food was tasty but pricey. I would consider coming back, not soon though. The location was clean and bright. I don't think we were correctly charged for our order, but I didn't feel like holding up the line so I paid. My son's entree and my entree were comparable in price but his entree was way larger. He was able to eat in two different sessions.

This place does not miss. It is now one of my favorite restaurants to go to. My girlfriend and I…read morecame in on a slow Wednesday afternoon. The ambiance was relaxing and we got the nice cozy booth at end of the bar ordered the Taco's with a side of rice and beans and a few margaritas. The food was delicious and we had a damn good time, but what really impressed us was the incredible service. Our server Dan was literally amazing, highly attentive and made us feel at home. I don't think I have ever had better service in my life. After that experience we said we had to come back again. So, we did. We came back to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday on a Friday. To our surprise the place was packed and busy. Since they don't do reservations we knew for sure we wouldn't get our cozy booth and the service would be no where near as good as it was last time. I was pleasantly surprised. As we enter the packed restaurant, a man came up to us with such a positive and friendly attitude and told us about the wait time and that he would add us to the list. While we waited we ordered margaritas and talked further with the man. This man turned out to be the Owner of Momocho, Eric. This guy is one of the coolest dudes you'll ever meet. He gave us a few of his delicious recipes he created, told us about his restaurant, and remarked on how great his incredible staff is, especially Dan. After the wait, Eric escorted us to the top floor, and to our surprise he put us at the "Chef's table". We had front row seats to watching the Amazing Chef's cook. Chef Manny was fantastic, watching him work, talking with him, and answering our questions about the different dishes made are experience that much more enjoyable. He took our orders: "Little Tacos" we got the Pollo, Machaca, Side of rice, Barbacoa with a fried egg and a flight of Margaritas. Everything was insanely good. The Margaritas are very tasty definitely recommend. At the end of our meal Dan personally delivered my girlfriend one of their delicious "Chocobomba" desserts with a candle in it, and Sang happy birthday with me. Overall this place is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it. I want to sincerely thank Eric, Dan, and Manny for the incredible experience, and for making my girl friend's birthday a memorable and special one. Also wanted to toss in here that it was fantastic seeing one of my favorite servers from the now closed restaurant "Xinji" working on the Momocho team. Shout out to Jack.

It was very busy and we were told there is a 30 minute wait. Not much else in the area so we hung out by the bar and got seated sooner than expected. The first floor is more casual with bar seating and high top tables. The second floor is more formal dining tables. You'll need to climb stairs (did not see an elevator). I was a bit skeptical if we'd have enough options as vegetarians, but was pleasantly surprised at how full we got from all the items we ordered! The guacamole trio, flautas, remolacha, salsa and chips, and drinks. We were there to celebrate a birthday and I asked staff (maybe a manager) if they do anything to celebrate. He mentioned they have a fried ice cream and can put a candle in it. I hadn't confirmed what dessert we planned to order, but before I knew it they came around with the fried ice cream and candle. So, we got to try that. Overall, good food.

The first is that I feel as though EVERYTHING is overpriced. Food costs have gone up for sure but I don't think that warrants a $17 margarita. Service has always been good and the food is noticeably fresh. Food: 3 enchiladas special 7/10 - I am not a huge fan of liquid cheese, if it was shredded cheese it would have been better. Carne Asada 10/10 perfectly cooked. Loved that it came with a side of tortillas. Beans and rice were standard. Drinks: Jamaica 8/10 a little sweeter than I am use to Horchata 10/10 standard flavor "Fresh fruit margarita" 4/10 $17 for a light up ice cube and a little stick with an animal on top but for $8 you can get the same size of the blended margarita... I like that they have a patio and that the place is newly renovated.

Neither meat seemed like it was very well seasoned but it wasn't terrible. Comes with a a nice creama and queso on the shell. I did appreciate the pickled red onions on the side. I also got a side of chips and queso and the portion of chips was huge. It was just okay, but I wouldn't mind returning to give it another try. It did look like they have a good happy hour deal on margaritas. Service was friendly.
