I hate giving bad reviews. It's not often I'm disappointed and want to say something. But I was visiting in town and we ordered a dinner for everyone (I was the guest of my brother and his entire family). I said nothing at dinner, but we ordered a ton of food, for 6 people. It's hard to mess up an order if you're making many of the same thing. But in my Beefy five layer burrito, there was ZERO BEEF. Barely any chicken in the quesadilla. We were hungry when this normally would be plenty for the evening. It was sad, maybe it was a mistake or maybe they're making cutbacks- but I have to say I've been here a couple times now when in town and it's a letdown. With cost being what it is these days there's better value in doing stuff elsewhere. Sad to say, hurts me to do it, but I have to be true as I can. read more

Honestly, I don't see why so many people have a problem with this location. I dont usually write reviews but had to give these guys the credit they deserve. The ingredients are fresh, the meat is hot, the cheese is freshly melted.... everything tastes really good and for once I actually don't regret eating it after I'm finished. And that's pretty strange to say when talking about Taco Bell because, with the majority of the other locations I've been to in the city, it's really not worth the money whatsoever, makes my stomach feel sick, and is usually run by teenagers who don't care. They are a walking disaster. I have used their app. twice and both times a disaster due to business. 1st time I ordered for a grab and go. When got there the doors were locked. They waved to the drive thru line. I was the 9th car in line. Waited for 25 minutes to get to the window, then o had to wait for another 5 minutes because it was not ready. Today I ordered the sam when I got there the doors were locked. Went to the drive up and was informed the were closed for another hour. I explained I ordered on the app and it said it was ready. The employee informed they no orders. When I told him it already hit my credit card he informed me that was not his problem. 2 1/2 hours the app told me my order was ready to be picked up. 3:10pm 5-7-24. Total was $4.16. I gave the cashier 10.16. He gave me back 5.84. I gently tried to explain that the change should be $6.00. That's when the problems started. He got the manager over, who gave me $6.84 back. OK, I'm up 84 cents, but he shoved the money at me, then took the bag of food and shoved that at me without even looking at me (trying to explain that it still wasn't right) and slammed the window and walked away. It was rude, and I was treated like I was in the wrong. I went inside to voice my complaint loudly, and the kid who was working the window decided he wanted to "take it outside"... He's lucky we didn't. He claimed, "I've faced bullets mother fucker!"... He's not the only one who's faced bullets, and I have a feeling he hasn't because those of us who have don't talk about it. It's always closed, they told us once they have a break between 1:30-3 so we have come back at even 3:15 and they are still not open. It now says it's closed at 7, so we have come at 6:15 and they were closed. the food is Taco Bell food, always good but the hours are not working. Either they closed early or the Hours must be wrong bc we went there last night at 9:40pm (Friday night) and all the lights were off, the drive through was closed and you could see someone inside but seemed like they just closed early. Food is fine it's a Taco Bell.. The drive through is usually backed up pretty far if you can catch them when they are open. Which is the large reason for this negative review, they are never open and have recently updated there hours to show they close at 6... really, 6 o'clock? I get off work at 6-6:30 and am never able to make it over for dinner before they close. I don't know very many people that eat dinner regularly before 6 o'clock either. They really need to fix that because it's a fast food restaurant and all the other Taco Bell's in Colorado are open until 9-12, not to mention they are loosing a lot of business. read more

Once again this lovely place had signs all around that said it was open. However, no one came to the drive-thru window. Drove around to the front doors to walk in but they were locked. I have been a local of evergreen my whole life and I can say with 100% certainty DO NOT GO HERE!!! This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I consider myself a weekly regular of Taco Bell as I enjoy the food. Usually when I go down the hill or up skiing I find joy in a good burrito or taco. That is until I go to this one. Every single time I've been here I'm reminded how idiotic the entire work staff is! Either that or they are high on marijuana as I always see some workers(not all) with red droopy eyes. Every time I either order through the drive thru or in the restaurant I am rushed away with little to no conversation happening other than a very quick run through of my order(you CANNOT understand what they are saying through the drive thru speaker). I understand that I am not fine dining and I am just a ski bum who loves Taco Bell, but after the final mess up today I am never coming back again and recommending everyone I know to never ever order here again. Very very disappointed with the people who hired these buffoons to run this place. They are rude, disrespectful, and should not be in ANY customer service jobs in the world. Was there about 10, 15 mins ago. Got 3 Chipotle Chicken Melts, and 2 Beef Chalupas with no Tomato. I was with my coworker on our lunch break, so we had to hurry to make it back in time. We made it aware at the speaker in the drive thru that we were doing two seperate orders, after we made our orders we pulled to the second window, and again made it clear that we had two orders. We paid for both, we were handed a bag with the first order and a drink and we were told all of our stuff was in the bag. After checking the bag, only the first order was in there, and we drove back around to get the second order. I handed who seemed to be the manager the receipt, and asked him if we could get hot sauce with the order. He got it out quickly for me BUT there was no hot sauce, the chipotle chicken melts were made very poorly making them extremely messy to eat, and the chalupas were made terribly messy too. I was still trying to be as polite as possible and i said thank you to the young lady who handed my bag to me but she ended up slamming the window shut in my face which felt pretty rude. Coming from someone who used to work in food service, I think that was un-called for. Need more teamwork and better attitudes! read more

Just picked up dinner here and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. This location has had a hard time hiring and we had a few tries when they were unexpectedly closed a few months ago. This time the line was fast and employees friendly. I normally hate the drive thru experience so I was very impressed by Joyce, the employee we interacted with. She was positive and friendly during our short interaction and I left in a better mood. We will be back more often! read more

The Evergreen CO branch is rarely open, has no consistency in hours open, often has a car in the drive thru window to appear as though they are open, but when you arrive they tell you they are closed. They are closed at 1pm, 3pm, 6pm, it appears to be random when they will be open. They apologize and act as if this is a short term problem, but this is a problem from prepandemic days and continues to be poorly managed, staffed, and serviced. Manager on site all calls me "hun" every sentence is "Hun this" and "Hun that" It's really annoying and I've heard him address other female employees as hun. Maybe it's just me, but being addressed as "hun" creeps me out and feels demeaning. I've had things left off my order before. And I'm not sure they have breakfast or not yet.
