Fantastic. My server Michael gave me back the extra dollar I gave when I overpaid! Now that's the way to treat customers. I have been here before but this made me smile and take more notice of the store. It's very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would recommend it for Mexican fast food! Again the guy at the drive thru, Michael, is the kind of person I world like working for me. Trustworthy people are sometimes hard to find but here is one. I jus admit, moving to a small town had me worried about the local fast food restaurants. In my travels, I've found the smaller towns don't always offer the best quality of food. Boy, was I surprised at the Fernley Taco Bell! Food is always hot and spot on. Sure, like every other Taco Bell, it takes a bit of time to get your food. But that's because they make sure your burrito is stuffed, hot, and fresh. I'm ok waiting that extra couple of minutes for my food. The customer service is off the hook! This is a direct reflection of management and how much people care about their jobs. Well done! I guarantee I will be spending a paycheck or two at this location as I'm absolutely addicted to Taco Bell! We drove 10 hours to finally get food. Me and my girl friend came at 10pm the inside was closed. two of us walked through the drive way to check if our camper got through the drive way. This guy had two friends yell profanity's at us calling us terrible names we knocked on the door and they wouldn't help us, we knocked on the window and they refused to help us while his friends yelled at us. His friends told him not to serve us so he refused to help us. They followed us to the parking lot and harassed us. He said it's a small town and that's how they treat people... they also forgot some of our food. :( So that topped off a terrible experience. read more

60% of the time they get it right all the time. No kidding. I have never received a correct order in the drive thru, NEVER. But they nail it most of the time inside. There is no room to park because all the employees park at the front door, just like Walmart. Most of the employees are courteous. I guess the front door parking helps their attitudes! read more

I try to avoid fast food but I was hungry and needed something quick. Taco Bell is an OK place for cheap fast food. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos and a small drink then I hit the road. Nice, new, and clean place in newly developed retail area of Fernley. Eat up here because it's a long way to Lovelock and Winnemucca. read more

Been almost a year since we had gone here... what a waste of money... ordered we thought a big nachos the share and a triple new Gordita thing. The nachos was this tiny thing with not much of nothing on it... we sent it back. Within seconds this young punk opens the drive through window and asks" what's wrong with these? Proceeds to lean out window, takes off lid and points to where the mean and beans were... we were stunned and getting kinda pissed. What the hell? This triple thing was nothing like the picture showed.. lousy food. Did get our money back on the nachos anyway. Miss the way Taco Bell used to be... good food!! read more

Ok this was a HARD star rating! The food 5 stars.....the service, break it down; speed.....2 Stars (waited about well ok exactly 12 minutes with nobody in line inside just drivethru for one taco) ....friendliness 5 stars.......attentiveness 4 stars. The restaurant itself? Cleanliness 4 stars.......the BATHROOM.....I came out of the stall to wash my hands to find a note saying please be careful water is hot sorry for the inconvenience......ok it did NOT say NO COLD WATER, SCALDING WATER ONLY CAUTION! I stuck my hands in and they still feel like they are going to blister. The district manager was there and all she said was "that's why the sign is up, we are waiting on the plumber". I suggested the take the restroom out of order but naw that's silly. I said a child's hands would BURN in that and the cashier said "that's how we found out about it, a little girl just put her hands in it and her mom came to us over it!" I said I bet, cause that's one hellova lawsuit! Needless to say my star rating was difficult to hand out. I ended up giving them a 3! Hopefully their plumbing issues will be resolved next time and they'll be a little more attentive to their in house guests as well as to their drivethru guests! :-). Me and my friends waited for 30 minutes to get our food at a "fast" food restaurant. When I was given my slushee it was half full and they refused to fill it. People that walked in 15 minutes after us were getting their food in a couple minutes. We constantly asked the employees, all 8 of them, for our food and the responded with "you'll have to just wait". Definitely do not recommend. read more

We went here a couple of weeks ago to get a couple of six packs of tacos. The service was friendly but something was wrong with the meat in half the tacos. We threw them away, which is really unusual for this family! I will not go back. It makes me nauseous just to think about going there. read more

Literally my husband is obsessed with Taco Bell baja blast. Only reason we come. They're the only location I've ever been to that's ran out of "steak" multiple times. Then the person taking my order gets a rude bc I order a taco with beef. They told me that's the same thing as steak. On what planet, beef is steaks but ground beef isn't steak, honey please! AND now only serving Cinnabon delights before 11 am are you kidding me!? Get it together? Where is corporate? Be glad there is like 5 places to eat in town because that's the only reason you are in business still! It's pitiful excuse for service. 02/07/18, such a wasted of money for this visit. No paper towels in restroom, trash bins totally full, dining room was filthy,out of diet pepsi, and worst of all uncooked rice in burritos. Seemed like no ones cared at all, especially kitchen staff and supervisors when came to quality of food in here.
