The Food is horrible, I asked for a burrito and it was poorly wrapped and the tortilla was even broken. The staff was incredibly rude making me do the drive thru line twice when I told them that I had an online order to pick up at the drive thru aside from a drive thru order. The staff yelled at me saying that they had a line and that I had to make the line for each order. After a half an hour line that I did twice they told me over the speaker that my order was not in that Taco Bell since they don't accept online order. They could have made this way less disrespectful by telling me that the online orders are no accepted in that Taco Bell to begin with instead of making me do the line again. It would have also been more respectful to speak to me in a respectful tone instead of being so hostile with the constant screaming and the rudeness. I don't know how unclean this place is since I didn't go inside but if it is as bad as their service then yikes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, there is a way better Taco Bell 5 minutes down the road and this one should be shut down immediately. read more

the food and was good, ambiance was so-so, and mary at the register was VERY rude. she looked like she didn't even want to work. she had a stank face. we were talking in english and she asked for help like she didn't understand (looked like she just didn't want to work). she didn't even want to fix our order and had another worker do it for us. i don't know if she had a bad day and i get that people have bad days but we were nice to her the whole time. i've never had such bad service. i don't recommend. read more

Worst experience ever had at a Taco Bell. It gets one star because it is the lowest rank I can place. Employee's were rude, facility is not very clean. Exterior of building has trash left out. Many menu items were not available, lack of coordination in supplies results in terrible customer experience. Regional management should make a surprise visit. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They always get your order wrong, the workers are lazy as fuck, and they over charge you. Service sucks my balls. Also, just to get someone to help you is so difficult, they don't even look at you. I wanted sporks and sauce and I was waiting for someone to acknowledge me at least 10 minutes. Out of every Taco Bell between homestead and Florida city this is by far the worst. If you order a hard taco they will be broken and soft anyways as if they've been sitting there all day upon orders. They offered the freeze drinks to me including the CARAMEL apple ,I asked for the caramel apple... which had no caramel and when I asked her at the window, with attitude she responded "that's how we make it there's no caramel that's how it's made" but I've gotten the same drink every at other Taco Bell's due to the fact there's caramel that's WHY I order it. As a previous employee I have to say the one star reviews are more accurate then the fake 5 stars. The assistant manager denisse in charge of truck orders skipped out on gloves and we made food without gloves for a week. There was an issue I was having on sexual harassment where the managers Karla, and denisse told me that I was playing him even when I pushed him away. They saved an employee Joana, who used violence on another employee. The assistant manager denisse who's got more experience than me always answers the drive thru incredibly rudely. They told me my manager yoarsy has a second job at a bar which was disproven by a good friend of mine where he always sees yoarsy at the bar talking about taco bell. If you see your drive through person wearing gloves, yes they did just make your food while touching your money. I was told that I was constantly missing on my shift and would hide in the bathroom for 30 minutes at a time and creating a hostile environment. That's a lie. I'm a good worker who rarely goes to the bathroom because I cannot afford missing orders. I don't act out and I know very well not to push the kids. If you work here they don't provide aprons. The general manager Karla is as rude and mean as they come. They close the store early where I know yoarsy the manager on duty calls the customers dumb and likes to argue with them, I've disagreed with him multiple times. Karla, I will not stay quiet as you were the manager I trusted to help me with my problem concerning Celon who tried kissing me and touching me inappropriately. I have reached out to corporate and told Karla I would call the cops if he touched me again where she called me stupid and said don't threaten her. I know the other employees agreed with me and disliked what Karla had to say. Then we go to order and the cashier was talking to all her coworkers, not focusing on her job.
