Multiple people waiting inside for their food including us. We're going past THIRTY minutes waiting for our food while multiple cars go by in the drive thru. The other reviews are 100% right, do drive thru unless you want to wait longer than an actual restaurant when it's not even busy. I understand if you're understaffed, but common sense says switch from drive thru to help out the people who have been waiting here forever instead of prioritizing getting people thru the drive thru faster for corporate numbers. just asked for a refund and they magically made the food appear. I have been a vegetarian for maybe about 10+ years now and I have never had an issue with ordering at Taco Bell. Tonight, my boyfriend and I decided to get some Taco Bell on our way home and I had inquired about a grilled cheese burrito being made with black beans. I had confirmed twice with the person who had taken my order at this specific location and they had said that they can do black beans. They asked me to double check the screen to make sure my order looked OK and I did indeed confirm that my two items I had ordered showed up as blackbean. My black bean crunch wrap supreme was good, but as soon as I took my first bite into my burrito, I was met with the texture of meat. I unraveled the burrito to find out it was exactly that. I am devastated to have taken a bite of meat after being a vegetarian for so long and I am so disappointed in the fact that I have tried to call that store for over 30 minutes and have received nothing back. It is almost 12:30 AM and a little too far out of my way to be able to drive physically back to the store, but I am very disappointed in my experience. Not only did I check twice to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it but when I was asked to triple check on the screen to make sure my order was exactly as I wanted it ended up being so far from the realm of perfect. read more

Drove out of our way to come to this Taco Bell as it had a rather inviting appeal to it from the outside when driving by. I'm not entirely sure what I was expecting, perhaps a more 90s vibe or something? When we walked in, it was just your average Taco Bell and nothing special at all. We had to order from a screen which is fine, but unfortunate to lose the customer service aspect. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. Can I give this place a 0 stars? The drive-thru is always backed up even with full staffing. Some employees seem to be high all the time and have delayed responses when trying to order. The order is always wrong here even if you order on the app. I've been in this drive-thru for more than an hour before and there's no way to exit once you get into the drive-thru. My fiancé and I were in line for over 25 minutes trying to pick up a doordash and order a few things and it is always hell because whoever designed the parking lot is not qualified to do much of anything. The cashier Anthony gave us our order and refused to give us the doordash order that was already supposed to be made because it is "limited to one order per car". We got to the window and he said "I am not playing around we are understaffed". We work in food service and understand but you cannot impede upon other people's ability to make money. Let me set the scene. 6 sad, poor, hungry, defeated CSU students arrive at the taco bell after losing the rocky mountain showdown. Disappointed after our loss, we were looking forward to drowning our sorrows in beefy 5 layer burritos and baja blasts. We sat at the order screen for 5 minutes, with no sign of life from any employees. "Hello," we said with hope. Oh, how our hopes were crushed. Imagine our shock and pain when we hear, "Have a good night." Yelpers, notice how we haven't ordered yet. Imagine our confusion. "What," we say. We ask if they're closed. The employee says, "No, we're open, just not serving you. You're being obnoxious." Shocked. Hurt. Dumbfounded. We were having a conversation in our car while we were waiting. I want to emphasize that we were not saying anything inappropriate, obnoxious, or otherwise disruptive. When we tried to explain this, we were once again met with a, "Have a good night." We tried to talk to the employee at the window, and he hid from us and waved us away and refused to talk to us. In all seriousness, I am quite shocked at the way the employee treated us. Very bad customer service. I paid extra for beans in my crunch wrap as well as a large Baja freeze. They failed to make my freeze and I had to ask them to do it. I was polite and they put the freeze in a small cup when I paid for a large. We went home with the food and upon my first bite noticed they didn't put the beans and jalapeño cheddar sauce that I paid $3+ extra for. Hands down the worst fast food experience of my life so far, will not be returning to this location. I recommend anyone who read this to not go here for food, they will definitely mess it up. read more

I give this place 0 stars. never have I been here before. the Taco Bell closed where I live so we ate here mind you, 2 hours away from where we were from. came in and was confused about the ordering system. I waited at the counter for a few minutes and asked the guy behind the counter where I'm supposed to order. He told me they're to busy to help and we have to use the kiosk. I only had cash so that wasn't an option for me so I asked what if we only have cash? The Guy working the window comes and helps me takes my money, then walks away as my friend tries to order. so she said fine and pushed the cards. They then kicked her out which obviously meant I had to as Well I walked out not even realizing I'd already paid for my food. So I obviously needed to get my money back. So I went back inside and stood there for a few seconds. When asked about my refund confused on if they were making my food or not I got told "wait a minute" or "we can't refund you" which at that point I got angry because how can they not refund money to a customer? I said "yesyou can as I JUST paid them and they put that money into the drawer". This then turns Into them threading to call the police on me, so I said please do. They were the ones committing a crime by not giving my money back. The guys continued to talk to the officer on the phone saying "I refuse to leave and that he had already given my refund back" which the cameras will show he definitely did not. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Sad you have a bunch of workers who act like children and think they can bad mouth customers and treat them poorly but the moment the customer is upset they call the police. Good system! Shows why this establishment have nothing but bad reviews. Not the mention when I asked for a managers number or a way to solve it through corporate I was told "we don't have to tell you anything". Also, sat outside and waited for 25 minutes for the police that were called to show up. Never did. Called the local station as well and a call was never made, so they faked the call obviously thinking I'd leave without my money. I do want to add the 1 female that was working never said a thing to me, didn't acknowledge me either but she obviously knew all those boys she was working with was in the wrong. Too many things. One, the doors were locked and they are supposed to have in store pick up. The drive thru is closed, no signs. There is a huge banner on the building stating Dine in open, come on in, except it's not. When I went to the door at the drive thru, I was able to get my order, and the worker seemed mad, I asked him why the front doors are locked, and he didn't seem to know that they were, but said "we're only open for door dash. " So, I guess the general public is supposed just know that this Taco Bell sucks and Fort Collins should go to the Taco Bell by Hobby Lobby.
