This was the most ridiculous "fast food" experience i've ever received. Waiting in line at a taco bell for 45 minutes is unacceptable.

we arrived at the Taco Bell on prospect at 12:54 am. we waited for 10 minutes and then arrived at the order screen. we waited at the order screen for five minutes and hear nothing from the employee working. We asked if they were still open and the bald employee man said "we're open but not for you" we apologized for having a conversation in our car, he responded by saying "okay have a good night" he ultimately refused to serve us even though they were open till 4 am. he was very rude and refused to speak to us. we were very confused by the situation and tried to have a polite conversation and he would not acknowledge us read more

I should not be stuck in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for an ONLINE order since they don't even have the inside open. This location was one of the first Taco Bells I ever tried. Originally it wasn't always at this location. It was just one building down and the structure that they are in now was once a private residence. The original building was built in the 60's when tacos where just becoming a national phenomenon. The original building was tiny. There were just a handful of booths there and could not house very many people who wanted to eat in. For years my mother wanted to avoid the place. She said that when she was really in the workforce in the 60's she gave them a try and didn't like them at all. Then she got confused as to whether she actually went to Taco Bell or Taco Johns. So she yielded and us kids could finally give the place a try. I would say in the last ten or fifteen years this Taco Bell location got moved to the building it currently is in. They tore down the original building and expanded it into a parking lot for the restaurant. Thank goodness! The parking was horrible at the original location! Again, tiny! So my family was on Taco Bell again after we went and gave it a try. My mother actually liked it! So we kept going back and got lots of tacos for our hard earned money and enjoyed the roominess that this new location now provided. Paradise! Sometime along the way I had a job in Denver and ate Taco Bell for many lunches and eventually got sick of it. It is almost safe to say to this day that Taco Bell is no longer an option for me when it comes to eating I just had it so much. So in the end I guess I came full circle. I wanted to go here so much when I was little and now I don't. I won't say it is a bad place to go to like my mother once said but it is fast food. Therefore your food has the quality of that. Authenticity is not important here with the food. Just production and numbers. Anyone living in this century would know that for chains like this. Despite that the place still comes in handy when in a pinch. This location still is very busy whether college is in session or not. Ay, caramba! An aside here. My cousin went here once and forgot or didn't lock the car. She had some money buried in the bottom of her diaper bag. Someone dug to the bottom of it while she was eating and took the cash, nothing else got stolen though. Most people lock their cars but if you think it is safe not locking your car while going here, think again! There are many people that go through here and it is close to CSU. On a scale from one to ass. This place is pretty ass. Ordered 4 things at the drive thru. Waited 10 min. Only received 3 of the things we paid for. After waiting for so long i decided to cut my losses and leave. Nothing beats paying for something you don't receive due to the Incompetency of the employees. This isn't the first time they screwed up, the last time we where there we bought 4 gordita's and only 1 actually had toppings (cheese, lettuce, or tomato) on them besides only the beef. I enjoy Taco Bell normally but this place absolutely destroys my experience every time I go. They consistently make orders wrong and every time the same lady gives so much attitude and such poor customer service that it makes my food taste bad. One time I was held at the drive thru speaker for 5 mins, and when I finally pull up to the window this lady is still ignoring me and complaining about customers in front of me to her coworkers while my food is sitting in front of her getting cold. When I finally get my food I didn't get any sauce, so I try to ask but she slams the window on me. After glances at me a few times ignoring me yet again, she finally opens up and gets some sauces for me and as I leave she mummers under her breath but loud enough for me to hear "sheesh hold up the f****** line will you?" Are you kidding me lady? Worse yet, I open my burrito supreme and it's just bean, meat and cheese, it's missing sour cream, tomatoes, onions and lettuce. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My boyfriend and I came in after 9 pm on 4th of July. As it was close to the start time of the fireworks the server asked if we were going to watch them. We said no because we had just come down from Red Feather Lakes waiting to be served our dinner that never came for an hour. We said we were super hungry and wanted tacos more than fireworks at this point. As we are finishing our tacos he comes over to our table to "apologize" for the seven minute delay in getting our food served and gave us free cinnamon twists. This is a great Taco Bell location. It's a little hard to get to at the moment because of the construction (you have to come from the South) but it's probably the best Taco Bell I've had in a long time. Every time I've been here the inside is nice and clean. When I came in tonight a young employee just walking thru the lobby greeted me warmly (something you don't get a lot of these days). My tacos were excellent! Nice and full, the meat was hot and juicy and the shells were really fresh. I'd forgotten that TB taco shells are actually supposed to have flavor! Ok. So. I work in fast food which means I know that things happen. I get that things get in the way or you have big orders and that can slow things down. HOWEVER. Went there with my two friends (both of whom work in fast food also) and we ordered and sat down. The guy who took our order was awesome. We noticed that their screens were full so we anticipated a wait. There was man and his girlfriend ahead of us who ordered at least $60 worth of food. Ok, fine. We'll wait. We've been there before. But then we looked back and....their screens weren't half as full. There was no rush. Usually there is some kind of panic when screens are full and you're busy but no. The workers were chillin. Making everything with no rush or urgency. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a hard shell taco. My friend ordered the chicken fries. We waited 45 minutes. I ordered just meat and cheese on my taco, but it came with lettuce. Since I am not a fan of greens, I took it back and asked them to remake it. When I approached the counter, one of the employees looked at my taco and said (and I quote): "what's wrong with your burrito?" So lately I have been very impressed with this Taco Bell location. Here's the secret why. Order everything with no tomatoes. I'm not joking. I have a theory that they make tacos and wrap them maybe a little while before you order them. If you order it with no tomatoes, they have to make it specially for you. Therefore it is more fresh, and delish. Just a theory, I might be wrong. Anyhow, this one night, my boyfriend forgot to say no tomatoes, and my nachos bell grande were soggy and stale. Yuck! I threw a tantrum, because I was in a bad mood to start with and I thought the tomatoes were the reason that my nachos were nachos bell soggy. So on a hunch, and after much complaining, we drove back and my boyfriend ordered me a nachos bell grande with NO TOMATOES. Voila. Fresh delicious crunchy chips. I temporarily rest my case. I have never had a bad experience and the employees are always so great!Tonight especially stood out to me because Angelina (my cashier), and Justin (I believe to be the supervisor on duty) were just so kind, accommodating and professional. This Taco Bell doesn't actually serve food as it's really a daycare after midnight. Don't try to go here if you want food past 10am because the employees will tell you it's closed while all of their kids are running around inside, even though they are supposed to be open unt 1am. This is the most poorly run TacoBell in the country. The franchise owner either has no idea what's actually going on at their store or just doesn't care. Corporate needs to step in and actually imply some business practices to make sure their customers are served food before they are supposed to close. read more

100% garbage store!! I have had a major issue with this store and this company in general, I can't remember a time I have been to this store and had my order correct. We have a family of 5 so our orders usually are large I get that, but we still come and spend money at this store and expect to have our order correct. I know that is a lot to ask but it shouldn't be. I have even had an employee there tell me "they just try to get it close as possible!" And in this recent visit our entire order was supposed to be comped per Rick the area coach which I was told that he no longer is the area coach. The manager told me they were only allowed to comp $20 due to Covid-19. Not sure how that comes to play but what even. I paid the remainder of the bill and waited in the parking lot for our food. It finally came out with no drinks or hot sauce which did not surprise me a bit. So we had to wait for that too and still they came back with no sauce. We got the order home and surprise surprise it was missing my food but everyone else got theirs so that's a win I guess. I called the store to speak with the manager and she said she packed it herself and it should have been right, I said it wasn't. She said "so out of your 40 item order your missing 2 things so your order is all messed up?" The snottyness and complete disregard for her position and her customers is unbelievable!! I was very upset at this point and started to talk to her again and all she said was "BYE!" And hung up on me!! I feel this job might be to hard for her, if how she deals with unhappy customers is to take zero accountability and just hang up on them I really hope the evaluate her position within the company! Look I know they have a very large menu and counting can be hard for some people but if you are going to have a "manager" or someone in a position of power that can't even do the job correctly themselves how do you expect your employees to be able to do it? Ignorance breeds ignorance. I am so beyond disappointed with this joke of a business and there lack of concern of effort to do even the simplest of task of reading a ticket and making what the patron ordered correctly and making sure it ends up in a bag and given to the paying customer. I was in the service industry for years and yes I have made mistakes too but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME at this store!!!!
