I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Las Delicias for providing the catering for our 2026 CSU grad party! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was delivered right on time, and they went above and beyond by setting up the trays with heaters, serving utensils, plates, and packets of silverware, making everything so easy and stress-free. We ordered food for 100 people, and there was more than enough for everyone -- we even had plenty of leftovers! The guacamole was fresh, the chips and salsa were delicious, and the meat selections were a huge hit. We chose carnitas, steak, and shredded chicken, and the shredded chicken was definitely a crowd favorite. Everything was top-notch from start to finish -- the delivery, setup, customer service, and especially the food itself. Highly recommend for anyone looking for catering for a large event! read more

It's a Mexican market and a restaurant, with pan dulce, tamales, meats, candies, drinks, and all the staples. The dining area is simple -- not a full-service sit-down restaurant -- but the food is unmatched. Their carnitas are exceptional. The refried beans taste exactly like my Grandma Rita's. First time coming here, and it was amazing. Their flan is just the best! I also got their tamales, and some luenga breakfast burritos. They take cards, and one side of the building is like a mini grocery store. Service was quick and easy, with cashiers very nice. Not bad. I'm used to carnecerias, being from Vegas so I wanted to try this one out. Was immediately eyed up when I walked in. I'm used to it. Being Asian at a spot like this draws eyes. Not awesome. The meat looked pretty good for how small this location is. And it's small. But it has the right vibes. The gentleman behind the counter waited to serve me. It was like he was waiting for me to leave. But when I called his attention he came over. The prices were pretty fair! And they had a good choice of meat. I got the adobada (al pastor but just without the roasting on a pineapple or spit). And grabbed an onion, cilantro, some salsa and some tortillas. Everything came out to less than 20 bucks which is pretty good for a taco Tuesday for 6 folks! Unfortunately when I asked for a receipt, the receipt was not itemized. No products were listed. Each item read "Dept 1, Dept 2" and so forth. So keep this in mind if you need receipts for tax purposes. After cooking the meat it was...okay. Not super flavorful. And the texture was not very tender. I'm used to insanely tender meat and not needing to add further seasoning. But I added a bunch more seasoning after trying the meat. The tortillas are also okay. Way better than what you can get from Walmart but also nothing close to what you'll get from an abuela making it herself. And the salsa was also alright. Overall not bad. I'm glad this place exists. But there's a few things they need to work on. So if you've never been to a carneceria, this is a pretty good choice if you're in Fort Collins! read more

Flawless. Their food is higher quality than anything else you can find. Very authentic gem. It's clean, spacious, focused, reasonable price, Hispanic owned and operated. We now have the best Mexican restaurant and cleanest Mexican butcher shop all in one. It's like they took their already incredible (still existing) taco truck, and placed it inside a spacious building while expanding it and the menu to include even more delicacies. Imagine a Mexican restaurant deli with a sit down restaurant and butcher shop, all in one. The layout is beautifully designed. The dining restaurant has cute rustic tables and booths. I figured this would be a tiny place with a few options. I was so wrong! I got there really close to closing time, so don't do that or you won't have enough time to peruse the pastry case or the meat counter. There's a pretty good variety of candy, breads and chips in the center display that I didn't get to look at properly. The al pastor plate was awesome! I've been looking for a lower cost authentic Mexican food close to home and so far this is it. Had a smothered asada burrito, the balance between the steak, rice and beans was perfect! The green chili was flavorful, full of chilies, and not greasy/heavy. One variety is offered and is called mild, but I thought the heat was nice, not too mild or offensively hot. A great value for the price. Other items sampled was a barbacoa, fish and shrimp taco. All were good, but a bit pricey considering the size. Best Mexican takeout in Fort Collins hands down. Never tried the restaurant, just don't have the the time to sit down. I can count on dropping in, ordering at the takeout, and I'm out the door with fresh, good food in 10min. I'm addicted to the lengua tacos; they provide red and green salsa and the combo is perfection for my tastes. Their pozole soup is full of slow-stewed on the bone meat; incredible. You can order most of the taco meats by the pound and they include all the fixins to make your tacos at home at a really good value - we get about 3 meals for $18. Highly recommend! read more

So this is a tough one. The baked goods are actually amazing 4.5-5 all the way However, I've gotten several food items burritos, tacos, tamales. I would say the burritos and tacos are about average the price is right and the food is decent. However, the tamales are absolutely horrible. I've gotten them twice and both times they have been dried out and not edible they're not even kept in a steamer to keep them moist, the edge looks like it has been baked under some type of heat lamp. The sides that have the discoloration on the outside of the tamale is extremely dry and when you bite into it, it's rubbery and not edible. The second time I ordered tacos they were placed on top of the tamale, and when I was handed the bag, they fell over because the container the tamale was in is smaller than the taco container, so I had to remake the tacos before eating them. Really disappointing because if they took a little bit of pride in what they were serving on the food side, it would probably be on point with the bakery. It's really a shame. read more

We tried the birria tacos and tacos de lengua, both of which were excellent. The menudo was also very good, though it was my first time trying it and I don't have much to compare it to. This is my family's favorite place to eat. My daughter switches between lengua and chorizo for her two proteins for nearly everything. She claims the lengua has never been tough. Ever. And the chorizos flavor is outstanding. I think my husband has had nearly everything on the menu by now and hasn't been disappointed with anything. My tastes are simple as I'm almost always ordering tortas of all varieties. I like it all if it comes in a bun. The staff is fast and friendly. They know when you've been working all day and they remember what kind of salsa you prefer. For us it's always the dark red. It's never dirty they are quick to clean tables and the fact you can see into the kitchen while they prepare food it's like being at home! They work hard to feed us and still they keep their smiles! My daughter likes to finish her meal with pan dulce from the case and you never know what what will be there. The aroma of baked goods fills the restaurant so treat yourself. It's worth it. Take it home for coffee or breakfast the next morning. (Wear stretchy pants.) read more

Had to get a tire repaired at Discount Tire across the street. Figured my only dinner option was Arby's. Luckily I looked across the street. Excellent food, excellent variety. Wasn't brave enough to try the tripe burrito, so "settled" for a pastor. Excellent green chili. Amazing bakery (Tres Leches--Yes!) and variety of Mexican grocery items. Very friendly staff. Supposed to have sit down inside dining in about a month that will be a good addition. Definitely will be back. read more

Authentic and suitably delicious tacos made by the ladies in this food truck on N. College. I particularly enjoyed the chicken fajita tacos with onion and cilantro. They will happily add cheese if desired. They provide shady outdoor tables and fast service. The tacos are not on the menu (which says burritos and tortas) but they certainly have tacos! I love the food truck at Las Delicias. It is next to the small Mexican store on north College. It is the most authentic Mexican food in town, by far. While they do understand and speak English, its best to speak Spanish. The menu is truly authentic - you can get lengua, tripas, Buche, and others, along with the ones more well known, like marinated pork and carne asada. It's outdoor seating, they take credit / debit cards, have sodas and water, they have a really outstanding selection of fresh salsa. It's a food truck, so outdoor seating only. It's a little hidden, but well worth the trip. Everyone I've taken there loves it, and all agree, it's by far the most authentic Mexican food in town - look at the clientele, they're almost all from Mexico.
