I've tried giving this Taco Bell a few tries to get things right but they are horrible. The food is made horribly, I order steak fries and I kid you not there are 2-3 small pieces of steak. The person taking my order was so rude, both times I've been here he was rude both times. I wanted some adjustments on my order and he seemed so annoyed about it and then when I asked if I can add a drink at the window he told me no 3 times. The soda machine was right next to him and there was one person behind me in the drive thru. I've worked customer service and you actually CAN add on a soda. Then the second time I came here I was placing my order and everytime he had to add an item he goes " does that finally complete your order?" In an irritated tone after EVERY item. You have to have some common sense to know that's literally rude to say to a customer. "Finally" really? Come on now. I understand Taco Bell isn't a dream job but don't treat people horribly because you are mad that you work there. I won't be going back here purely because of him. read more

This location is horrible ! They didn't give me all of my order and all of it wasn't correct , they didn't give me a receipt and wouldn't give me the correct items that I originally ordered. I had to leave a good review because I've been to this location about 5 times now and the staff is always so incredibly nice and their service is so fast. Just ordered Uber Eats from here. It was a decent sized order with 15 each of hot and mild sauce. Not a single sauce in the bag. Yet they were clearly listed on the receipt attached to the bag. Food was dry as hell, cold, and mushy. The taco meat was so dry. It was like eating cat turds. Taco bell has gone so downhill. Maybe try improving the quality of your current menu items and quality of service instead of all the gimmicks you come up with. You have clearly lost your way. read more

I ordered a deluxe cravings box and instead of telling me that that item was discontinued they instead just gave me something else without specifying what i was getting. This store is so inconsistent. Their store hours say they close a 9pm but apparently that's just whenever they feel like it. I drive there last night at 8pm and am sitting at the drive thru waiting for someone to come to take my order. 5 minutes of waiting and 3 cars behind me in line an employee said "sorry we're closed". I said umm I though you close at 9pm?? It's 8:05pm... "Sorry, tonight we are closing early". Why keep hours of operations if you don't honor them! Stopped by yesterday. I'd been here before but never rated and wrote a review. A few things prompted me to rate and review this time. While walking in a Cadillac zoomed into one of the handicapped parking spaces in front of the store without a handicapped placard (didn't look to see if it had handicapped plates). Turned out it was the owner or manager. Strike one for parking in handicapped spot if he shouldn't have. Walked up to the counter and the usual greeting of welcome to taco bell or some iteration of that greeting was replaced by the girl behind the counter simply staring at me, I guess waiting for ME to greet HER. I ordered for me and my friend and he went to get some soda and i went to choose a table. I guess strike one and a half so far. The reason I know the guy who walked in with us was the manager or owner is because he sat at a table in the corner and started calling employees to sit diwn with him. As it turns out, he sat at the ONLY clean table in the place. I guess I would have thought he would have had SOMEONE bus and wipe down the tables for the paying customers. I cleaned a table for us and we ate what ended up being average to below average quality food. We couldn't help overhearing employee after employee come sit at the table with the manager/owner and complain about their schedule or complain about co-workers or be told they were stabbing co-workers in the back. Kinda had to chuckle after hearing this and noticing the come work for taco bell and make your dream come true phrase at the bottom of the receipt. This could be a high quality restaurant as past visits have demonstrated but it certainly has gone downhill fast and now if you have a craving for taco bell, you should probably head to the relatively new location at Gulf Coast Town Center for good quality food and fast/friend my service. read more

So you don't expect fine dining at Taco Bell, but basic manners and customer service should be expected. We placed a large mobile order and three of our items were missing. I had to go in the store to ask for corrections only to be greeted by rude employees. They were too busy socializing with other "customers" to address my issues. In any event... had a late night Taco Bell craving tonight. Saw on my phone that they're open until 1am. The Taco Bell website says the same. It was 12:45am. Drive-thru lights are out. Employee is apparently wrapped up and walking to his car. Um? I probably didn't need to spend the money anyway, but when they advertise being open late they should really stay open late. UPDATE: Turns out their hours have changed and it's not reflected on the website. So, I can't blame them for that. This Taco Bell has got to be the worst one I've ever been to. It's by my house which really sucks, too. However, i drive 15 minutes out of the way to go to the Taco Bell across town. Several times I've received food from here that was barely edible. Each item i ordered was stale, cold, and didnt even taste right. The short, surprisingly skinny white girl with brown hair that works the drive through always rolls her eyes at me, and also purposefully gave me the wrong sauce/ burrito meat twice. They constantly get my order wrong. Are not sorry when they do. I make sure to open each item i order in front of the cashier when I'm in the drive through now, and when i go inside i stand directly at the register and let them know I'm watching to see if they are getting my food correctly. I know that might sound harsh, but these uneducated people that work here need it. I literally would rather eat shit than eat here ever again. read more
