The best tacos! We had a mahi, two Al Pastor and one carnitas tacos, with chips. Perfection! The meats were flavorful and the toppings were fresh and amazing! Truly don't understand how this place stays so busy. An earlier review mentions that the tacos are the "definition of average" and I couldn't agree more. We ordered two al pastor (pork), one carne asada (beef), and two shrimp tacos with a side of street corn. Despite how wet with sauces it was, the pork was overcooked, dry, and lacked any flavor. They say the beef is a shaved brisket, but the texture was odd and it also didn't taste like anything. The shrimp tasted muddy and that flavor overrode anything that could have been good about those tacos. The street corn was the best thing we received, and it was just okay. Wish the tortilla chips had any salt on them. For $5/taco with all the rave reviews, I expected better. Will find a more authentic and cheaper taco stand to stop in next time. read more

We ordered the Mariscos gourmet tacos, one shrimp and one mahi. We also ordered an Al Pastor and a chicken taco. The toppings, the flavors, the combination of deliciousness in my mouth, and all of which was gluten free, is nothing but heaven sent. We also ordered the side of Mexican corn(which comes with chips) that was even good warmed up the next day. The young lady upfront was super friendly and very helpful when ordering. I live only minutes away, so it was just a matter of time before I gave this restaurant a try. When my friends and I went on a Wednesday evening, the place was relatively quiet, and we had no trouble ordering and finding seats. The staff were very friendly and seemed experienced. Only annoyance in the hot summer is that there is limited seating within the air conditioned building and far more tables outside (mostly not shaded). I tried the vegan tacos ($4.25 each), and the food was ready in mere minutes! Everyone in my group each got 3 tacos and was able to finish them all and still have room for dessert. The veggie, vegan and shrimp tacos were favorites. They can be a bit messy to eat, but that's to be expected with most tacos. I like that there is even a salsa bar with salsa in tiny containers for cleanliness (a lot of plastic though). This is probably my favorite lunch spot in Naples. Located just off 41 near NCH hospital and Olde Naples, Turco Taco is a cheap and delicious fast-casual lunch restaurant. Do not be intimidated by the line as there often is one but it goes fast. My favorite tacos are the chicken tinga and steak tacos. The chicken tinga comes on a crunch shell with cotija cheese, onion, and cilantro. With some of the orange salsa, it is a tasty bite. The steak taco is very flavorful on a soft corn tortilla and goes well with the spicy red and green salsas. The mariscos (shrimp) taco with mango salsa and red cabbage is good, but I preferred the tinga. Chips and guacamole are a needed addition to any taco lunch and this guac is fresh & worth the order! When you sit outside, you feel like you're on vacation with lush vegetation edging the table space. Check this out for lunch if you're in Naples! read more
