Ordered $48 worth of food and not only were we missing items but EIGHT burritos were made wrong. Kendra (wonderful human being) immediately began fixing my problems. While her coworkers (manager Amarion included) stood in the back complaining they had to remake my food,talking about how they needed raises, all while myself and other customers could overhear. The restaurant was clean but I only saw Kendra walking around to pick up and restock stuff. I watched them make my order AGAIN and they still managed to mess it up. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell in Fort Wayne. Any time I have come to this location my order ends up wrong, the tortillas used are cold and cracked (sometimes they are hard and stale), and if you order anything crunchy you might as well order a fork too because after they make your food it looks like they throw it against the wall or stomp on it. There are a billion other Taco Bells around the city just go somewhere else and let this one die. read more

I love me some cheap food. HOWEVER once I moved to this area it was clear the standards I was used to at the Jefferson location did NOT transfer to my new neighborhood Taco Bell. My first visit was in store and it was legit filthy. This was just what myself as a customer could SEE. I cannot imagine what sanitary standards, if any, were being enforced behind the scenes. My family ordered a variety of the menu and for ease of the staff we ordered to eat in house. What a mistake. Turns out we were not the only ones who decided to eat in on a Wednesday and had to battle for one of the 3 clean tables available. I watched the clock and we had four patrons before us. It took 35 minutes to receive our food. I was irate but I still feel more fortunate than those souls stuck in the drive thru lane. They could still be waiting for their chalupa (RIP). My second visit was vastly improved by the Taco Bell phone app allowing me to place my order and pick it up at my convenience. I wandered in after placing my order and getting my kid from the bus stop. My food was ready within 5 minutes and clearly pissing off two other in house "to go" people waiting for their food. I never got food poisoning nor did my family, so one star. Only use the Taco Bell app and NEVER the drive thru. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid. read more

The workers work faster for the drive through rather than the people inside. So I recommend going through the drive-through. One time, 2 cars ahead of us was ordering what seemed like the whole menu because we waited for a long time. We got up to the window and told the guy that we were waiting a long time (we were being kind and funny). He ended up giving us free churros and the dude was very nice and said sorry. We have found pink meat in the tacos. The food is good for a good price. read more

I like this Taco Bell more than any other TB I have ever been to. I special ordered something and the manager who was friendly and helpful made sure that my order was made accurately and hot when I received it. I'm absolutely going back to this taco bell because of the exceptional service. The store was clean. My food was fresh, appropriate and made quickly. The price was of course what I expected to pay. The "facilities" were up kept and stocked with TP and towels. I am highly satisfied with my experiences at this Taco Bell with every single visit. As a matter of fact, I'm gonna stop writing this review now so that I can go there now! Yum... tacos.... read more
