I really enjoy this Taco Bell, if I've ever had an issue the staff as always made right. All the managers have rocked it IMO

Every time I come here they mess up my order, I got two chicken and three cheese flat bread with no chipotle sauce. I get them and they come with sauce, we ask if they can remake it, nope. Because it wasn't a Gordita or something they "couldn't remake it." So I had to buy two more without sauce at full price. read more

Waited at the window for 20+ minutes they said we will be with you soon but proceed to take that long. Then they mess your food up even though it took them 20 mins to make. Overall sucks and wouldn't recommend. It's always been like this and nothing seems to change. read more

Manager was rude over the phone. Took 45min to get food, not to mention food was either made wrong or looked stepped on. Also last visit didn't receive $15 worth of food and couldn't get any form of credit as reimbursement, other than "come back in and we will remake your order"...did that and told they couldn't do anything. Hubby was hungry. In trying to decide where we'll get dinner from, called up there to ask if they still had those yummy street chalupas. Guy told me, "I don't know. I'm kinda busy. Maybe we do?" This Taco Bell has great food and wonderful employees. However, since Covid they are understaffed and slow. I would still recommend it if you eat inside and avoid the slow drive through. read more

I have been to many different Taco Bell locations, though never one as disturbingly unorganized as this. We went through the drive through to order our food. Being the third car in line, I usually expect to wait 4-5 minutes. We waited in the drive through for a total of 32 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. I went into the establishment to check on my order after approximately 20 minutes. I noticed food on the floor in the kitchen and the employees yelling at one another with crude language. It did seem as though they were understaffed as there were a mere 3 people working. However I do not find this to be an adequate excuse for the amount we waited. Once our food was finally ready we noticed that they forgot a couple of items on our order and also gave us incorrect change. It should also be noted that this is a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut collaboration. Though we were notified that the Pizza Hut menu was currently unavailable. I will not be returning to this particular Taco Bell and believe this establishment ought to be renamed "Toxic Hell" read more

I don't know, but their food USED to be really good.. now every time I get it it's cold in the middle and not good at all.. also this is the SLOWEST Taco Bell in the area. The worse Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've given them 3 chances which turned out to be too many! Food is not freshly prepared and tasted as if you left it in your call all night. Another time, after waiting in drive-thru line for 10 minutes, I was informed at the speaker that they were short staffed and the wait for food would be a minimum of 15 minutes. Consistently same issues at this location. Workers are hard working and nice, so I don't put this on them. Top issue, other then premium cost over normal Taco Bell's, is staffing! Always understaffed Always very long waits Rarely a front counter person, leaving one of food prep persons to take order when they can. Poorly prepared food. Seems like it might have been sitting for awhile. Asked for no TOM on one item and it came with what seemed like an exaggerated amount of TOM on the taco. No sure what to call it, but the drive through attendant seemed to be under the influence of something. Moving really slow and seemed to be confused.....smoke much! Overall, bad experience. Couple of Seniors here, headed into Fowlerville for our Saturday night shopping at Walmart. Stopped at the TACO BELL drive through for a quick bite to eat around 8 pm. Two college age guys were manning the counter and taking drive thru orders. But they were very slow. My spouse's taco and my burrito were cold, as if they had barely made it out of the freezer. Wanted to stop and get a late night snack. Website says drive-thru open till 3am. Pull in a 2am, signs on the hours posted on the door and drive-thru window confirm 3am. Sat at speaker for a few minutes. Had three cars behind me, no one answered when I said hello after sitting a minute in silence. Finally pulled up to window no one was visible yet there were 4 cars parked in the parking lot. So frustrating, this is honestly the worse taco bell ever. Besides just closing when ever the employees feel like it, they seem to mess my order up 90% of the time. Usually forgetting items. They even over charged me for a party pack of 6 hard and 6 soft taco Supreme. When I asked they said it was cheaper to order them online. Paid $32 when it should have been close to $19. So I go here a lot and sometimes they are not open after 10pm nor 9pm. When we go through drive thru people can be inside and they ignore us so we go to window and they act like they didn't know we were there. They are very slow takes about 20- 25 min for a drink. And sometimes they warn you and say you don't have to say at the microphone. This place has went down hill since they got a new manager at night. The food here is Taco Bell food so I'm not reviewing it. What I am reviewing is their totally exceptional staff. I'm here a lot for a pop and every time I pull up to the speaker in greeted by a happy voice that asks me how I'm doing. If I ask how the person on the other end of the speaker is doing they enthusiastically reply "great! Thank you for asking!" Everyone is always happy and smiling. I just love going here. read more

Has good food, and wasn't very busy. Cashier was touching her hair and face without washing her hands afterward, though, which is a no no in fast food. Because its gross. The store Decor was bland and uninteresting. There is a huge vent on the ceiling that was blowing our wrappers around and we weren't even sitting next to it. It was a huge eyesore, and made me cold.
