Stopped at the Gas City Taco Bell off interstate 69 with a group. By far, the dirtiest, grossest Taco Bell that exists. I really wanted to leave but was with a group and didn't want to speak up. Every surface, window sills, tables, soda area, customer counter, EVERY SURFACE was disgusting. Had to clean our own tables and there wasn't a single other customer in there when we walked in. The bathrooms were beyond any disgusting level I can think of. Truly one of the most disgusting restaurants I have EVER seen. I cannot describe how disgusting this Taco Bell was. read more

Last time I was at taco bell was in 2008, and we needed some food on our way to Indy so we decided to check this chain again. I stay with my feelings from 2008 - this chain is terrible. Our chrunchwrap, tacos and chalupa had barely any items in, even after I made few additions. It was mostly tortillas. Full meal was about $20, for this I have two humongous bowls or burritos at Chipotle with so much better quality and ingredients. Never again TB. read more

The service sucked had to wait 20 minutes for a delivery order and when I asked what was taking so long they didn't even have an answer complete idiot'! Shut this place down it's filthy and disgusting and the workers are playing with their phones while making food orders put down the germ ridden phones while making food! What can I say. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Here's my one star reason. I am not a passer bye while traveling on the interstate. This is my home Taco Bell. Now I will admit much of it is my fault by going back there to actually get what I order. It happened again to me tonight. Had a reasonable size order. The screen was correct but they forgot my steak beef burrito. Yes, I should have checked but I didn't want to hold the line. The girl at the window wasn't welcoming, didn't say thank you or even a "hi". Obviously didn't want to be there. No smile, she just stuck her hand for my card. Not a big deal. Got home the shells on the tacos were all cracked. A new record of cracked smushed shells but the consistency of getting my order wrong AGAIN. Ugggg. Meanwhile, going inside a week later I found The manager (assume) since she specializes in putting an "out of order" sign on the soda dispenser. She is loud, obnoxious and definitely has her bestie who was pretending to do karate kicks behind the counter smh and goes to her office while one girl is busting her b---- prepping and sacking all the food while the "special" friends are huddled in the office. Makes sense that orders are often wrong. I have respect for the young woman on the line while the drive up girls are with their friend manager leaving her to drown in orders. By the way, she has special text tones for different employees. Note to owner/operator. Customers had to literally yell to get their attention for a drink refill. The customer started out polite, eventually yelling 'I would like a refill since the machine was broken, your manager is hurting your business. Fun and games will happen when you have a manager like this. I realize getting and keeping help is hard but when they do more damage (because the dining room can hear the ridiculous attitudes and games going on) no management is worth it. Btw, hope her bestie employee get the chiropractor she talked about and needs from the spin kicks she did behind the counter. Whether passing through or living nearby, there are so many more options Avoid this Taco Bell. read more

I ordered a chips and cheese with a 5-layer burrito a t 6:30 pm in the drive thru on Nov 1. It literally took 10 mins to get the order. I have been a general manager at a Taco Bell in the past and know about service times in drive thru. There were 4 team members talking in drive thru and playing on their phones. I dont know how many were on production and the team members could not give me a reason for the delay. if it was store I would want to know this information so everyone can improve. I stopped by here for a quick dinner after a very long day of travel. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told that I could place an order but there would be a 30 minute wait. I seriously though I had misheard the person so I asked what they said and he kindly repeated. I thanked him for forewarning me but no thanks. We did a mobile order and made sure all our items were customized to how we wanted them and then when we got our food nothing was customized at all and then they also didn't grill one of our burritos when we requested it to be grilled and then we got two crunchwraps and they were both so burnt they were black on both sides. Lilly was working the drive through window, and we forgot to order cinnamon twists, we asked very nicely to add them, she sighed and said " yeah" with an attitude. Once we got our food we checked the bag and there were no cinnamon twists, we waited at the window and told her that we didn't get them. She asked to see our receipt, not even 2 minutes after we asked for them. She then gave us our cinnamon twists and we said thank you and she never said anything back. Do not stop here unless you want to wait for your food. And get it wrong. I ordered through the app, the California crunch wrap box with a Baja blast, and a cinnamon buns took over five minutes to get my order, which, after talking to the manager I understand she had 20 burrito orders before mine. OK that's acceptable was not acceptable yet crunch wrap did not have cheese tomatoes, or guacamole on it. The Baja blast was pretty weak. When I called to tell them they got my order wrong. All she gave me was excuses it's her first day on opening she just transferred there yeah. I want it only to stop at that Taco Bell. They don't seem to care about their customers. read more

Excellent service! Can't say enough good things about my experience on 10/29/2019. Josephine is definitely an asset to your restaurant. I arrived just before they closed and received a nacho box, appropriately covered in cheese and meat and toppings, looked great! I also ordered the three hard taco meal, which arrived with cheese and fresh lettuce. They were great! The Sour Strawberry slushy was the best addition to our meals. Great job! read more

Was not busy. Barely any customers. I paid for my food and a few minutes later they brought out most of my food. But they got the order incorrect and I only got part of my order. Asked them for the rest of my order three times, but after waiting 40 minutes I left without my food. And they were out of Baja blast and rice to top it all off. Not happy. read more

Yowza this location really needs to work on their ops: 1) Sat in the drive through line for over 10 mins and it's wasn't even the lunch rush - only 4 cars in front of me and no apology for the wait. 2) Gave them $5 for a $4.25ish order - got a dollar in change? 3) Fillings varied widely between the tacos. read more

STAY AWAY! DON'T STOP HERE! 1. Restaurant had visibly dirty unoccupied tables and floors. This should have been the prompt we needed to walk right back out, but... 2. Ordered items with and without sour cream. Received items that all contained sour cream. 3. There was as much red sauce on the outside of the burritos as on the inside making them a sloppy mess. Your average fast food experience. Nothing special food wise. One issue was that one table was loose and tipped easily causing a drink to spill. Also the ratio of meat to cheese was disappointing. TACO BELL DEBACLE: Easily the worst Taco Bell in the state. Went to order food cause I hungry college kid and the 2 employees deliberately avoided us. We even knocked on the doors and made direct eye contact with the employee as they bolted to the back. It wasn't even close to closing time! this is honestly ridiculous. the food takes so long, service is alright, but the food takes at least 30 minutes for food. it seems that the drive through is prioritized over the dine-in customers. the kitchen looks dirty and under-prepped for any type of large group of people. always out of ingredients, whether it's something as simple as chicken or rice. I'm not usually someone who reacts this way, but I've given this Taco Bell multiple attempts to make up for it, and they prove me wrong every time. until this place gets new management, or hires more people, I won't be returning. read more

I usually skip the reviews for fast food restaurants, but this experience sucked so bad, I had to come here to share the experience. And you know what? My issue is identical to the issue expressed by 100% of all of the other reviews (as of now): they are incredibly, horribly slow. They were slow for Cristi E. in 2015, Audra C. in 2016, and now both Skyler M. and me in 2017. It took 15 damned minutes to get my food inside the lobby, but yet drive-through orders were making it out the window at a regular pace. It wasn't even crowded, but the only staff were two workers making food, one guy at the register who cleaned the lobby when not taking orders, and some Gus Fring looking dude testing all of the equipment temperatures (he may have been a health inspector, though). You know what? Tell me you're understaffed and to have a seat, and maybe I'll understand. Taking my order and my money and doing nothing for the next 15 minutes pisses me the hell off. FWIW the cashier/lobby kid was nice enough; not sure why they couldn't cross train him to pitch in in the food prep area. The food was as expected, it's just Taco Bell and KFC, after all. I remember why i dont go to Taco bell anymore. The lobby was dirty. If you're into iceberg lettuce, this is your spot. Service was fast because no one was there. My Doritos tacos were 95% lettuce. All the sour cream was on one end. Tomatoes missing from one taco were on another between the shell and paper taco holder. Waste of money completely. The best part was my Mountain Dew Baja blast that I can purchase at Wal-Mart. Thanks for nothing but filler. read more

Waited about ten minutes to get cold messy food that we didn't even order when we went to fix the order employees where throwing receipts that they didn't give to customers at each other they didn't even know what they gave us. This is overall the worst Taco Bell experience I have ever had read more
