I'll give it 4 stars. It's clean and the food is great. I always leave content. I completely disagree with one of the other reviews but the other one that said that this location was slow does have a point. Ive been to slower fast food restaurants but this one definitely isn't the fastest. I don't understand what the one yelper's complaint was in regards to the clientele. "English speaking" individuals have the freedom to converse in their language in the same way as those who do speak English have the right to choose to talk in their other language. Nobody should be shunned based on this. For that matter I would not recommend anywhere in Montgomery county to anyone who has a problem with diversity. There is indeed a movie theater within walking distance which presents a great alternative to high concession costs but it does also tend to bring teenagers. I've never seen too many unruly teenagers but I don't tend to go there late night so that problem could exist. The atmosphere is nice in my opinion since the restaurant looks modern and is situated with a nice view of the road as well as the center it is in which has a chick fil A and an Italian restaurant (I believe its a carrabas). Overall I would say good food for cheap in a good location at the expense of a slightly longer than normal wait. From what I see the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly based on my experiences. read more

I like Taco Bell a lot. I have pretty much stopped going to this particular location because they got my order wrong too often in 2013. I routinely order Fresco Style (no cheese/dairy) and they get it wrong too much. I have been trying the location on Middlebrook and have had better success there. Try giving the benefit of the doubt after the first visit, but that wasn't the case after 2 more visits. Cashiers are really slow to take your order or even acknowledge you're there in front of them waiting to order. Took me over 15 minutes to get food all three visits and there wasn't even a long line to blame. read more

Although we got most of our order and the food was good and warm this is the 2nd time I did not get my caramel apple empanada. When attempting to call the line was constantly busy so short of driving back to the restaurant I was out of luck. This location has really gone downhill. The quality of the tacos are not as good anymore. The shells are either stale, soggy and/or broken. I came here to pick up the new sriracha quesarito boxes on a Sunday evening. I noticed a long line in the drive thru so I figured it would be quicker to just go inside. Boy was I WRONG. I ordered two boxes and it too 20 minutes! Explain to me how this is considered fast food. It doesn't even take that long to get your food at a sit down restaurant. Worst Taco Bell ever!! The last 3 times we've gone we have waited at least 30 min for our food. The last time we tried the mobile ordering thinking it would be quicker and we STILL waited forever once we got there. Everyone in the place was talking about how they had been waiting for over 20 min. Not to mention the sketchy crowd this TB brings. Last time we were waiting there were two guys in there talking about stabbing and fighting each other while an employee just sat and listened. We have never gotten a fully correct order any time we have gone. They always forget something or give you the wrong thing. Both the drive through and inside are horrible when it comes to waiting. I went between 10:30 and 11:00 am on 03/30/14 to the drive thru. The large Mountain Dew I ordered tasted like seltzer water. I didn't know about the drink until after I was already home. I ordered a crunchwrap with egg and cheese only as part of my food order. The cashier told me to check my order on the screen. I did, and it was correct on screen. The cashier then handed me a bag and said that this was mine--she thinks. So, I handed the bag back to her, along with the receipt, and she went through the contents. She then handed the bag back to me. I asked if she was sure it was right. She said she was. I drove home and opened the crunchwrap and it had bacon that I hadn't ordered. Go to this location at your own risk. Service is horrendous and drive thru wait times are irrational. Typical wait is so long that I just got used to it and just try to go as late at night as possible - even that doesn't help. Went Sunday - waited 24 minutes and cars never moved - had to get out of my car and ask the car behind me to back out. - They are incapable of prioritizing orders - drive thru customers wait if more people come inside - I guess. The only reason I have frequented this Taco Bell enough to see the consistent pattern of excessively long wait times and undercooked food is because they offer meatless options. This used to be one of my go-to places on my way home from work if I've worked late and don't want to cook. The drive-through is so consistently backed up and slow that I just don't go there as much anymore. One time it took me over a half hour to get through the drive-through!! I can no longer go to the Taco Bell in Germantown Md. I have been there 5 times (daughter is a big taco bell fan) and ALL 5 TIMES I've asked for no sour cream on anything and every time they put sour cream on our food. On one visit the person taking the order tells me there is no sour cream on a beefy 5-layer burrito but guess what, each burrito had sour dream. Today we tried one last time and yup, again there was sour cream after making sure they understood we didnt want it. I called the restaurant and the person who answered the phone just said "Yea" when he answered the phone then hung up before I had a chance to say anything. When I called back he tried to make a weak excuse that the drive thru microphone is somehow linked to the phones. I explained the problem and his attitude was clearly that he didn't have time for me. All he could say was bring it back for an exchange. Well one time I did drive back to make the change and the new ones had sour cream. I will no longer visit this restaurant and wouldn't recommend anyone else go there either. They cant/won't listen to what you ordered or your opinions. JUST STAY AWAY... read more

Let me get this straight. I LOVE Taco Bell. This one had been pretty decent for awhile too. But I don't know what it is, but about the past month. Service for me is way down in this location. They got my order wrong, and gave me a meat burrito instead of a veggie (I'm vegetarian.) Which is fine, one mistake doesn't hurt anyone. They also got my brothers order wrong, as well as the man in front of us. I go back maybe a week or two later, order the same thing. I got my order wrong again, but they gave me a bowl this time. The man behind me also got his order wrong. Like it made me thought they removed the item from the menu, which is never a good sign. They also charged me more for my food, so I ask for maybe my 1.50 back. Got a coupon instead, then heard the employees joking about how I gave them so much trouble for maybe about one taco. Like hey. That 1.50 is a meal for me. There wouldn't have been a problem if they didn't keep getting my order wrong. read more
