When I took it back, the cashier, Arianna G, told me that they were out of sausage patties so they sprinkled some sausage crumbs in there. That is unsatisfactory. They then brought out the other, and passive aggressively told me next time say both names. And I know I did my entire car also heard me. And I work at another Taco Bell and have for over a year and I am aware of how easy the job is and how easy it is to not be rude to customers. On the many occasions I have visited this location between 9-9:30 a.m. it's always a disappointment only to be told they're not open yet with more than one vehicle parked in the lot. Apparently they're not in competition with other chains for the breakfast crowd with not even opening until 9am for breakfast, however, it's rarely that breakfast is served before 9:30 in my experiences. When I have visited this location for lunch, breakfast and late night, rarely is my order correct, and most of the time the doors are locked so you're not able to skip the long drive-thru line and order inside, or go in when my order is correct, thus frustrating having to wait in that tedious long line just to get the correct order. I frequently visit this location as it's the nearest one to me. Over a period of months they have gone downhill. The person taking my order was very friendly and asked how my day was going. I answered his questions and ordered the crunchwrap supreme meal. When I finally pulled up to the window, I was handed a Pepsi that was warm and had no ice. I should have handed it back, but I had a Tervis cup with ice, so I poured the Pepsi in it. I left the store before checking my order. The hard taco shell was mushy on the bottom, like it had been sitting in the store for a while due to the grease from the taco meat. The crunchwrap supreme was pressed too hard in the press and the meat, cheese and lettuce were coming out. It made it difficult to eat without making a mess. My review went fro 5 to 1. Idk what the hell happened this last year but I've gone twice now in the last two weeks. I had to go back more than twice each time and it still was incorrect. I don't get any extras, I don't get special orders, I got regular menu items and they could not get them right after twice each time so it isn't worth dealing with. Couldn't get a refund because I would have to go back AGAIN only for the refund. Well went back to see if anything had changed and they were good twice but the third time(this time) the messed up the order ordered 2 combo meals and an extra item. I got one combo and the extra item I was missing the entire other combo and was still charged for it. Due to COVID the seal the bags and it was my mistake to not check the bag before I pulled out of the parking lot but good lord guys how hard is it to do your job. It is typical... after a unusually long wait, the DT cashier hands me my food, while 4 other people stand around giggling and the manager stuffs something in her mouth. I usually pack my lunch so I don't have to deal with 'fast' food. But, once in a while you want a hot meal for lunch. The reason I go? #1 The price. This Taco Bell location is in my TOP 3 worst TACO BELLS in the USA. One of the other two isn't too far away from this one but, that's another story. I'm not quite sure how this place stays open when they seem to have more people working than any other location I've been to aside from the Vegas strip location and the wait is still over 15 minutes long. I should mention that I absolutely love Taco Bell but, as I am eating my food and writing this review, I'm starting to feel like I am getting food poisoning. As others have said if I could rate a 0 I would. My boyfriend and I work nights so on nights we don't want to cook it's one of the very few open options. No matter what time you go the drive through line is LONG and SLOW. Tonight at 12:30 at night we waited 30 minutes (not an exaggeration) with only 4 cars ahead of us. I'd also like to add at this point it's a running joke with my boyfriend and I "what're they going to be out of tonight". In the past it's been tomatoes, beef, chicken, rice, lettuce, and even burritos. I won't even get started on the numerous times they e messed out orders up. Upon finally reaching the window the girl never acknowledged the wait just grabbed my card, then shoved the food out of the window. I asked for mild sauce and was told they're out.....add that one to the list. I have never felt inclined to leave a review before but I have had it with this establishment. They're truly missing out on an opportunity to cater to people who work later nights since everything in Grove City closes early. We counted 7 cars that pulled away in the 30 minutes we sat there. Management really needs to step in and change this. But I just left Taco Bell trying to give them another chance. WRONG. I should not have went back. When I pulled up to the drive thru the woman at the window was very nice, asked me how my day was, and making polite conversation. Then I saw the kitchen staff laughing and giggling. And I had gotten half of a crushed Mexican pizza, a crushed hard taco( that I didn't even order) and then it looked as if they had crushed my quesadilla in their fingers because there was finger marks imprinted in the cheese. Angered I brought it back inside. But as I explained to the manager this was not an "oopsie" accident. They intentionally messed my food up. When she had taken my food back I heard the kitchen staff complaining about remaking my food and being super nasty towards me. Definitely not impressed. The floors on the inside and in the kitchen are completely gross. It looks as if they just throw unwanted or incorrect food ok the floor. And it smells like a portajohn. Visited the other day at 0930 and no one came to the window even though there were no less than 5 signs saying the drive thru was open. This happens a lot at this location. They close early all the time. And if you decide to go through the drive thru...expect to spend 15 mins if you are the only car in line! If there are more cars....half an hour easily!! And make sure you check your order before you leave. I have never left with a completely correct order while going through the drive thru. This is based on 3 visits to this location and every time it's been when they were slow. 1St time food was all old and cold. 2nd time we got the wrong item for him and my burrito was cold and beans tasted burned and dry. Today I went inside and ordered the cantina burrito and she charged me for the bowl which is $2 more and I didn't feel like waiting for her to go get her manager to fix it- I wanted the burrito so I could eat it while waiting on the bus. When I got home it was for sure cold, but tasted okay. I feel like 3 Times in a row is enough bad experiences for me and I will not go back.
