Let's be real. If you're coming on here for fast food, it's to complain. I won't speak as harshly as most on here, but some big issues. The first couple five stars(have to scroll pretty far) are so obviously fake, I'm surprised they made it through the algorithm. Clearly they are receiving more mobile orders than they can handle. If the app gives us the choice to drive through or come in...we should have that choice, not be forced to come in regardless. If a mobile order is selected for drive through it should be treated as if it was just ordered and made. They made so many drive through orders after I arrived before my own. And there was about zero communication on a time frame. Barely any acknowledgement. There were 2 kids working the drive through, one of which was literally only handing out mobile orders and throwing sauce packets at someone in the back. I'd say train them to work the line....but maybe not. At a minimum some extra communication training and setting expectations. Asking customers to use the digital order when you're just standing there throwing packets.... Despite all that, the order was correct and portions were all fine. So my husband brought me Taco Bell today and the only reason I'm making this review is because I tried several times to call the store and nobody answered. I got the Mexican pizza combo and whatever oil they're frying the Mexican pizza shell has plastic in it because my entire Mexican pizza taste like plastic . Now, when I go down to this store, there's usually a bunch of kids down there working and so they probably don't even pay attention and it's not their fault because their kids and they're doing what they do . My issue is with the management because not only does my food taste like plastic but when I'm trying to call the store to make them aware of this so they don't I don't know continue selling food that taste like plastic today. They can't even answer the phone???? Came to dine inside, no one was at the cashier. Made my order at the kiosk and it didn't even go through until I asked staff after a good 10 minutes. After getting my order through, I didn't receive my soda cup so I spoke up and got a very condescending answer from one employee claiming they were "off the clock". They were standing right next to the cups, it's not that hard to grab a soda cup. After I said "excuse me" again, the same worker repeated themselves, but I was talking to another nice young boy employee who kindly got my cup once he realized I was calling for him. God, he needs better coworkers that little boy was stressed! Tables were pretty clean but had a little stickiness to them. Well, I've been sitting (stuck) in this drive through for 30 minutes and I've moved up one car. Hey management, if you have orders that are going to take 25+ minutes, maybe you can pull those vehicles so the rest of us can get our bean burritos. What is the point of ordering on the Taco Bell app it the order gets filled only after you arrive? I ordered on the app at 7:04pm and arrived to pick up at 7:25pm. No customers in the store and one vehicle in the lane in front of me. So it was not busy. After I was handed the order, I asked why the food wasn't ready when I arrived since it was preordered well in advance. The check out guy told me he didn't know why, he doesn't make the food.... Stopped by at 2:30AM on Friday 11/23/19. Upon entering the lot I saw two workers inside (the drive thru is open until 4am). The second I pull up to the ordering screen, I get no answer for 5 minutes even with me talking. I then pull up to the pickup window in case they must have not seen me. Empty. No one standing by the window to serve any customer for the drive thru. I wait again for another 5 minutes. It was then clear to me that the two night shift workers were deliberately hiding. This is pretty strange... As I exit the drive thru I see that the two workers are hiding in the kitchen. There are zero orders on screen. Another car attempts to go through the drive thru and they experienced the same thing. No answer and no service. This TacoBell is open late for the drive thru yet they have employees on site that refuse to actually work? What kind of joke is this? Management needs to fire the two employees as they clearly are on shift yet are refusing to do their own jobs. If you are going to hire workers that don't even work, just close the whole drive thru and store down. read more

Which we were very uncomfortable with.... The employee was trying to help us an answer questions which the computer and every cut the manager was definitely out of line with the employee I'm not saying he was a model employee I'm just saying it is now an employee that'll leave prematurely.... I don't have any crazy stories like some other people on here, and I'm fully aware Taco Bell isn't a five star restaurant, but this Taco Bell in particular has consistently served negative experiences for me personally for a long time now. Same stuff a lot of other people are saying: Slow service, mixed up orders, inconsistent workers. Again, I get it, this is a fast food joint, I don't expect incredible... anything. But I DO expect somebody to answer me at the drive through within the first 10 minutes and to not get a bean burrito instead of a chicken one. I don't think that's too much to ask.
