Normally, this store doesn't do me dirty....until today. Ordered through the app and it told me to go thru the drive thru to get my order. Then at the drive thru, I'm told I have to go inside. That's fine. I'll do that. Inside, I wait for a bit to get my order, get in the car and go home. At home, I notice I'm missing 3 things. One being a shredded chicken toasted cheddar chalupa. Love this location. They've mixed up our order a few times but it's usually when we have a VERY large order so I don't blame them. They always fix if right away and give us extra food while letting us keep the incorrect order. Even when it's 12am they seem to be in such a great mood all the time! We ordered a box and asked for no lettuce add nacho cheese on the dlt, a beefy 5 layer with extra sour cream, and a crunch wrap supreme with extra sour cream. Not only was the food extremely old and dry but they didn't make a single adjustment to any of the food. The fact that they will let you pay extra money to add things to your food just to give you old food that doesn't even have what you payed for on it is extremely unprofessional and to say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I went to this location not too long ago, the service was great and the employees were very friendly. I ordered one of the burritos off of their dollar menu. Little did I know what was about to happen. Within the next 24 hours I had noticed my stomach starting to ache. Then, it hit me a force unlike anything I've ever felt before. It was my burrito but it wasn't in the same enjoyably satisfying form as when I first had it oh no, quite the opposite. It was like fire and the beans fueled the flames of fury. First of all, don't know why yelp labeled me from S.F. I live in Damascus, OR. This is the closest Taco Bell to my home, so I stop there when I am short on time, hoping for improvement. I take insulin, & need to eat within 15 minutes of taking it. 2 times now I have waited 10 minutes after ordering to take the insulin, & then still had to wait over 30 minutes after that to get my order. There was no warning that there would be a wait, yet the wait was over 45 minutes each time. Last trip, the food was barely edible - most of it went uneaten. With all that time waiting, I noticed that every part of the restaurant was filthy. I had to order twice, as the order was wrong when it was read back to me. Finally, all the customers near the door & counter - about a dozen - were warning people to stay away as they came in the door. I've never seen that before. read more

I am ASTOUNDED by the negative reviews that I have read thus far. I have to say I respectfully disagree. I have gone to this Taco Bell location at LEAST once a week (twice a week since the pandemic hit and my divorce, if I'm being honest with myself). They have never ONCE messed up my VERY complicated vegetarian order. The tattooed gentleman has a very dry sense of humor, and always makes me laugh after a long meeting with my attorney. Even though I did not get 2 out of the 5 items I ordered. The manager was so nice and helpful to me. I understand that things can get busy and she explained to me how my inconvenience might have happened. I went back and resolved the issue with no problem. Was an entirely pleasant experience. Whoever was managing during the hours of 3:30-4 deserves a raise or a promotion because she displayed the upmost respect and explained to me why I did not get my order in a direct and understandable way. It is hard to watch over the entry level employees and so I cannot blame the manager for not checking every single order, just the employees working under them for knowingly not checking every order even though they have to. To be honest I think every Taco Bell is the exact same. Some of the time the service is really good and some of the time the service is extremely horrible. Some of the times the food is really good and some of the time the food gives you diarrhea. Specially when it comes to the Happyvalley location seems like it's a hit or miss with the food and the service is good. Obviously every time I'm going here and I'm not coming here for the service I'm coming here because I just want to quick bite to eat and I just want to go home.
