I'll never go back. You keep your $6, I'll spend my $1000 a year somewhere else! I visit this franchise at least 3 days per week, and spend $6-$10 on each order. Using the app, I somehow mistakenly placed my regular order to another store across town, which I found out after 10 min of standing around waiting at my regular location. I asked for the manager and requested they do me a solid and fill my order locally. The manager refused. Money is tough right now. I don't have another $6 to spend on food I already paid for. So today I went hungry. I will NEVER go back to this store or any other Taco Bell that might be owned by the same franchise owner. I have spent over $1000 per year at this location and I now understand what that means to this manager and franchise owner; NOTHING! That $6 was probably $2 in product to make a bad situation great. 6/12/18 UPDATE: I started doing the math, this pace has an 18% accuracy. That means 4/5 times I go try screw something up. I love Taco Bell but it is INFURIATING that I have to circle back almost every time to get something fixed. I've been sitting on this review for a while. Sometimes they do well and other times it's not so great. I know you should only expect so much from a Taco Bell and I've mitigated order error by submitting them online in advance. They've gotten the orders correct (mostly) since the switch, but the quality has been getting worse every time I get there. My burrito was barley folded and my 2nd bite in I found a Hair in my food! pay money for something and than can't even eat it!

Do not show any signs of being less than the elite class, or abuses will escalate and continue. The staff are consistently rude. My fiancé has intestinal issues, and they've repeatedly ignored her request to remove the spicy jalapeno sauce from the chicken quesadilla. They will charge you for additions as well without making the alteration. This is basically theft. We were told that they do not accept cash, when there was no signage posted and other locations did not seem to have this policy. They are overly reticent and rude when having to accept a twenty-dollar-bill or larger denomination, regardless of the size of the order. From the lobby to the drive-through, we found only a single employee with any sense of customer service decorum. Their machine for the frozen drinks is always "out of order", or so they say. It is not a far stretch to believe they also likely violate your food with biohazardous material. We almost exclusively eat here when dining out, because of my fiancés specific dietary needs, and the dearth of alternatives in our location and the time we go for dinner (after I get off work). This is the explanation for our continuing patronage of this establishment. I am a long time customer of this particular chain, and have enjoyed their innovations and proprietary menu items. These issues started out as insulting, but we ignored them due to the stress we are all feeling at this time across all customer service related industry. I, finally, put up a review on their site, as this was the last straw. If we do not receive a specific remedy from the corporation, we will likely consider alternative courses of legal or civil action. read more

Hey, I LOVE Taco Bell. The only reason people get on this website is to either give a one star review to a fast food place (what did you expect), or to give a very specific five star review to their brother or sister who's a server. I'm writing this personally to express my love for the quesarito. I have never had a bad experience here to be honest. There is truly no fast food that is perfect, but this is very near it. There is nothing that will satisfy your hunger more than a quesarito at 11 o'clock at night. The baja blast freeze? Exquisite. The 7 layer burrito? Divine. I don't know why people are complaining, this is the finest dining you're gonna get in Herriman! My ONLY criticism is that every single time I have gotten a quesarito it's almost like the sour cream isn't spread evenly throughout the whole burrito. The sour cream has only been on one end of the burrito for me every time i've gotten it, and I'd be the happiest person alive if I could just get a bite of sour cream with each bite of my beautiful quesarito. Other than that, this place is straight fire. There is nothing around here that slaps quite as hard as this Taco Bell and that's straight facts. I love you Taco Bell. I would give ZERO stars if I could. One: it took forever to get our food. Two: both of our triple layer nachos were crap. I wish I could say these photo were after we had eaten some but they weren't. One of them had NO BEANS, very little cheese, and a dash of red sauce. Both of them were skimpy and it looks like someone stomped on the chips first. Nothing but crumbs. Third: we got a shredded chicken quesadilla for our son and asked for no chipotle sauce. It was SLATHERED in chipotle sauce and it was rolled like a burrito and not grilled... Forth: I called. Guy I spoke to didn't say anything the entire time I was telling him chuckled a couple times for some reason. Store is clean. The counter person was very nice but got frustrated when the register froze. She called the manager and he never came. She fixed it and the food came out in a timely manner and it was hot, cooked to order and tasty. read more

Typically, there is a long line leading up to the Drive-Thru, however, because of the friendliness and great service provided to me. How much can you expect when the slack-jawed teen at the drive up window could pass for Sean Penn's character from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Lazy, entitled, angst teenagers wouldn't be my top pick to run my store. I'd start with teaching them how to greet customers, move on to not flirting with their coworkers, then round it out with how to make the food quickly. But hey, it's Taco Bell. One star is generous for the extremely long wait to order and then to get our food. Only one cashier working. Three people in the kitchen who didn't seem very efficient at what they are doing. It's a taco shell. Stuff a little meat, cheese and lettuce on it, wrap it, throw it in a tray and call my name. Had a chalupa too and it was like chewing on a tire. Funny thing I noticed. Started off bad when I had to repeat my order 3 times at the drive through before the girl takibg the order could figure it out. Slowly got to the window and was given what I thought to be my complete and correct order. When I got home realized they forgot the drink and the entire order was incorrect. It's Taco Bell, so how good can the food really be? Their problem is that the service is SLOW! I have visited this particular one a few times since they have opened, and my usual wait for food when I go inside is about 10 minutes. Yes, TEN MINUTES for a burrito and a taco. At first, after they had just opened I attributed this to growing pains. New store, new staff, everybody has to get "in the groove". Well, that was several months ago. They should have their kinks worked out by now, but apparently not. When I went in tonight, there was no line inside. They appeared understaffed (as always). The dining room tables were all dirty and had food scraps on them. Not once while I waited or while I ate did I see anyone come out to clean the dining room. I won't be going back. Went in tonight to get my family food for dinner. And went to order and the employee made fun of my voice I have a cold and it is hard to understand. I told him you do not do that to customers and i will call management or somebody that will do something. You don't know if that person has something else wrong with them. My 3 year old daughter loves tacos so we occasionally drive through here for her fix. Normally the service is pretty friendly and not too slow. Today I thought I might get some Nachos Bell Grande for lunch, but I hate how they load it up with refried beans and barely any cheese. For almost $4 you should be getting a decent plate of nachos but most of the chips are completely naked. I've never asked for a "custom" order at the Bell before, but figured it was worth a shot. I asked if they could leave off the beans and add extra cheese instead. I was told they can leave the beans off, but extra cheese would still cost an extra 50 cents. Okay, fine, I said, I'll take it but if I'm paying for the cheese just leave the beans on. Well, we get home and I start digging in, and if they added extra cheese I definitely can't tell. Now I know that asking (and paying) for extra just means you're paying more for the same thing. Next time I'm craving nachos I'll just go to the gas station. read more

Absolutely terrible! Ordered through the drive through a taco 12 pack, bean burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. Got home to discover they had forgotten the quesadilla and all of the tacos were soggy and disgusting. Called to get our money back for the forgotten quesadilla, explained to the person who answered about the situation. When I asked him what we needed to do he handed the phone to someone else without telling me or them what I had just said. So I had to explain my whole story again and asked how they would credit my card back. His answer was to say yes they will credit my card back and hung up the phone... I called back in disbelief that they would have done something like that intentionally only to hear the phone answered and a woman's voice in the background saying tell him that the manager is too busy right now. Then the phone hangs up again! I called back again, this time the female manager answered, I explained the issue again and she tells me that the only way to get my money back is to come back but she was too busy to deal with me right now and will have to call me back later!! 30 minutes later the manager called back and said that she couldn't credit me back unless I came back to the store. I explained that the way they treated me that there was no way I would consider coming back and that they just needed to credit my card back for the quesadilla and I would move on. She agreed, took down my card information, apologized and guaranteed that she would get my $3 and change back. We are now 3 weeks later and I still don't have it. read more
