Soft and pliable, slightly chewy, while also being tender and juicy. They NAILED it. Big bonus points for their toppings bar -- I love being able to add what I want to my tacos! The employee who helped me was friendly and made the recommendation to get the Al pastor. The condiment bar was clean and there was no cross contamination.

It is the 3rd best bean & cheese burrito I have found in Utah. #2 bean and cheese burrito is at gualbertos in south jordan (same family owned restaurant but for some reason their beans and tortillas taste better).
