Not a big deal. Then I asked for their steak quesarito. They told me I could only order that on their app!!! I would have to leave the drive-thru, just to place an app order and then fall in line again!!! WTF? So, they WILL make it, but only if you order on the APP?!?!?! How backass is that?! I wouldn't have minded so much except that their app sucks. It's so difficult to navigate. I gave up and went elsewhere. If they only knew how ridiculous they sound when they say things like that. Here is a very unique location- i is just off of and between many military bases and places- it's tucked away behind Pearl Harbor. You would expect all Taco Bells (to most people Taco _ells the H don't like the food) to be just run of the mill and fast and whatnot but I was so pleasantly surprised that service was not only fast but both workers smiled- greeted and said 'Thank you' like real humans - not just minimum wage workers sometimes do- I know it is a hard job and thank less but wow - made my day by having a human being instead of a robot greet and be nice to me in a taco bell of all places. Still it is taco bell and we all know what to expect - I wish they had their cheap dollar menu with more options but hey - they want to make a buck too. Eat at your own risk. read more

Out of all the Taco Bell's that I've been to, this has got to be the worst. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Multiple times after work, my co-worker's and I come here to eat a late dinner and talk story. On multiple occasions, the employee's had gotten our orders wrong and sometimes, we had to wait forever for our food to be done even though we could see other people who arrived after us getting theirs. One time, I had to wait over half an hour to get my breadsticks after I was told it would take five minutes out of the oven. I waited patiently on the side next to the counter for someone to notice that I was waiting forever, but no one bothered to help me until I literally had to yell out to someone to get their attention. After several experiences like that, I really tried to avoid this Taco Bell unless forced by my boyfriend or co-worker's to come here. I should have listened to myself after my recent experience. We were in a hurry to meet up with our friends and my boyfriend wanted to get some food over here which I pleaded to him to go somewhere else, but he insisted on coming here saying I just have bad luck, so I gave in. We went through the drive thru and ordered breadsticks, a chicken burrito with no cheese, and a beefy crunch taco with a pog slush. We proceeded to the window, paid and got our bag with the pog slush. I have no idea why I didn't check the bag, but I sure wish we did. By the time we arrived to our hangout, we looked in the bag only to discover the breadsticks only! We went back as soon as we could and when my boyfriend explained what happened, they nodded and gave us or missing order and another pog slush and said my bad. My bad? MY BAD? If it hadn't been for my boyfriend, I would have thrown the pog slush at her face. I was so upset at how unprofessional and how inefficient their service was. On top of that, we went home to eat our taco and burrito and when I bit into mine, I had a mouthful of cheddar cheese after I SPECIFICALLY SAID NO CHEESE. I have given this place so many chances, but if you want accurate, efficient, and professional service, this place isn't it. I think what really tipped me off was the customer service. I ate at this Taco Bell a couple times over the course of my visits to Hawaii. Despite the other reviews I have read about this particular Taco Bell, I have never had bad service. The food I ordered came out accurate and was very tasty. When I go to Taco Bell I'm not expecting gourmet food. The food is easy enough that it's pretty easy to replicate no matter what Taco Bell I go to. Definitely will be still going to this Taco Bell for any future Taco Bell cravings! read more

Constantly tries to shoo late night customers away with lies like "sorry we are out of tacos" or "we dont serve the item you just asked for after 11 pm."
