1 star - Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience of my life Went through the drive-thru around 6:20 tonight 2/4/26 and it was a complete disaster from the very first word. The girl on the intercom--blonde, young, with a super long braid--sounded like she was already done with the day before it even started. I ordered cheesy potatoes (you know, the cheesy tots), and I clearly said "cheesy tots." She legit acted like I was speaking a dead language. "Cheesy what?" "Tots." "Tots?" "Yes, the cheesy ones." Repeat this painful loop three times while cars pile up behind me. Then I very specifically asked for NO sauce and NO sour cream on everything. Multiple times. "No sauce, no sour cream, please." She gave this annoyed little "mmkay" like I was the problem for having basic preferences. Got home, opened the bag, and literally everything was drowning in sauce and/or sour cream. The cheesy tots? Glopped with nacho cheese AND sour cream blobs on top. The tacos? Sauce literally leaking out the sides. The burrito? Same story--sour cream oozing everywhere. It's like she heard "extra sauce and sour cream on all of it" instead of the complete opposite. Every single thing I said she either didn't understand, made me repeat, or responded with obvious attitude. It felt like she was personally offended by my order. Zero effort to get it right, zero apology vibe, just pure passive-aggressive incompetence. This location has gone way downhill if this is the standard now. Won't be back--ever. HAHA this manager is PATHETIC!! My friend and I were trying to make 2 separate payments for 2 separate orders. She told us that the system is not able to do that? Make that make sense when all you do all day is SEPARATE PAYMENTS! Also ordered a LARGE drink and they handed us a MEDIUM cup. I then told her that it was not a large drink because 1 of us ordered a medium and they were the exact same size. This woman was so immature and inappropriate, she told me she doesn't want our service there. I then parked my car, went inside and recorded this woman. My order was so simple they couldn't really screw it up however they managed to slip in a new item on me. My nacho chips and cheese sauce was a half filled serving bag of nacho crumbs. This was last winter, but either way, I am not typically one to write any reviews but my experience here was so outstandingly terrible that I feel it is necessary to put out there for others to be weary of. I placed an order for the 12 taco pack through DoorDash. With EVERY company, the standard is to check the names of the people picking up to ensure an accurate transaction. The woman who was closing that night, claiming to be the manager of the store, gave my food to another customer. Of course I was a bit upset as I have never had this happen before, other companies are much more thorough. But also because I am a college student entirely supporting myself and the hard earned money I made and spent on what was supposed to be me and a few of my friends went to a stranger instead. (Keep in mind, whoever this stranger was had just literally gotten free food. Enough free food to feed AT LEAST 3-4 people). She offered up a meat alternative as they were out of what I had originally ordered. I declined and was just looking to get a refund. I was trying to ask her how I could do that but also wondering more about what happened. I was being much more understanding than I'm sure many other customers wouldn't be, I just wanted to know what happened with my food and see what I could do to get my money back. She yelled at me, slammed the drive thru window shut and I could hear her screaming, cussing, and slamming things around. I'm absolutely astonished, companies shouldn't just hire anyone to be the face of their company and this is why. I have not returned to this location since, I understand that one person isn't a huge loss. I try not to leave negative reviews, but when I am served food that is a potential hazard.... that changes things. These refried beans were covered in lettuce and tomatoes. This location is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. We went for KFC, but there's no Yelp entry for this KFC location. First, this location is drive-through only. It went drive-through when COVID started, but is still only drive-through. Maybe it's temporary due to COVID related labor shortages. Drive-throughs take longer than ordering inside, even if ordering takeout, because you've only got one line. And you can't look through the menu out of line, so getting to order takes more time. I still like KFC chicken and was in the mood for some, but ended up canceling the order and leaving. This place just doesn't have their act together. My wife and mother-in-law wanted some pot pies, but the girl behind the speaker said they don't do pot pies there. So maybe cross it off the menu? Or better yet, offer pot pies. So my wife ordered some tenders. No problem yet, but they didn't have the dipping sauce she wanted. Not a big deal, but strike two. I wanted a three-piece with original recipe. That's what I was jonesing for. But they were out of original recipe and only had extra crispy. So, strike three and we went home for leftovers. Thinking it had to be a one-time occurrence, I tried them again and AGAIN I'm sitting in the drive thru, waiting. So far, it's been 8 minutes. They obviously don't care much for cleaning of the dining area The drink station was filthy with water and dried up soda, there was a puddle of what looked like spilled fruit punch on the floor that looked like it had been there for a while that the employees just put a wet floor sign over instead of cleaning it up, as well as cheese and taco meat on and under the tables that they didnt bother to clean up! If the dining area was this dirty i can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Every single time I've been to this Taco Bell, something had been wrong. The first time, they weren't opening until 12 because of some kind of malfunction. Today, they had a note on the door that said they were having computer difficulties and that they would open up at 11:30. I am a patient person normally. I have never written a yelp review. It is now 11:40 and nobody has even come out to let people know why their not open yet. it's 85 degrees out here. Nobody wants to be waiting for 10 minutes to find out that you're still not open. They keep old food in the warmers for HOURS! The food is hard and practically inedible. DON'T GO HERE. I went to this taco bell and there was no line in the drive thru. I was on my lunch break from work and went to taco bell (fast food). I assumed that it wouldn't take long, fast food, right? No. I was wrong. Apparently there was no more meat left, but I waited there for an HOUR. I had already given them my credit card and they didn't give it back until they gave me my food so I don't drive away. Other wise I would have left without my food. This is a Taco Bell/KFC combination restaurant, across the street from the Shaw's Plaza (or whatever the official name is). It seems like a standard issue Taco Bell, so I won't go over the whole usual spiel, so a quick pros/cons chart will suffice. Pros: -The location was clean and well-kept up. -It was pretty easy to get into and out of the parking areas Cons: -They got my order wrong -There is not a lot of seating inside I went into this Taco Bell/KFC around 4:00 PM on a Saturday, and the staff members outnumbered the customers by a pretty substantial number. I ordered two vegetarian Cantina Bowls. I also presented a Facebook coupon that made it a BOGO offer (a nationally offer, widely publicized coupon). It took a little while for our cashier to process the coupon, but it eventually got put through without a problem. I was given the two bowls to go, and when I got home, I saw that they had chicken in them. This is a bit of a problem considering I'm a vegetarian. Luckily, I could pick the pieces out and enjoy the remainder of the meal, but it's a bit concerning and I had to knock down the grade just for that. For the record, I'm not a big fan of the Cantina Bowls, but that has no effect on my review. read more

I am appalled by this terrible customer service. I arrived to this taco bell at approximately 12:00, and had my food in hand at exactly 12:41. I, along with my friend ordered 2 tacos and 1 french fry, collectively. After waiting for 20 minutes we asked the cashier how much longer the food would take, she politely asked her manager in the back along with the so called chef how long it would take. They proceeded to reply with a great deal of attitude and said that they were doing their "best". We were curious as to why the cashier couldn't help in the back making the food. She replied with "They won't ever let me." Her manager was also being very impatient and replying with a great deal of sass with her during this time. We were not the only customers asking how much longer it would take, we had waited 41 minutes along with 5 other customers. Once we finally got our food we made sure we had everything we ordered, which was 3 total items between my friend and I. Once we got home we realized they messed up the shell flavor, and the fries were dry and old, the cheese was also hard and moldy. Definitely do not recommend! When my friends and I arrived, it was confusing. The time when we looked it up said 11 so we got there and the dining room was closed at 10. We arrived at 10:45. We went to the drive-thru hoping for KFC but, alas, KFC's drive-thru also closed at 10. We decided to order Taco Bell but the menu backlight was off making the menu hard to read.
