Wife and I took our kids after a long day out. We ordered 3 burritos, 3 soft tacos, a mini slider, and 2 orders of chips and dip. The food came out fast, but was someone else's order as it had a chalupa, wrong tacos, and a stacker. I went to the counter and Jordan helped me request a replacement and had me keep the wrong order. When the second bag came out, they had forgotten the chips so I went to the counter again. While waiting for chips, 2 customers came in from the drive through with wrong orders, but none of the 3 were each others meaning at least 6 orders were wrong in a 20 min span. after seeing the reviews I agree. this place sucks! They gave me a choice of three different dips for the meal. I asked if I could try them all, They said for an extra charge. I said ok and paid the extra. Got home and only one dip was in the bag. 4 nuggets and 8 fries (fries were 1/2 empty). All the food was cold. Pepsi tasted bad so just poured it down the drain. both tacos had maybe a tablespoon of meat, the rest was lettuce. Got a coffee for one of my guys there. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you the cup was less than half full. I politely asked the lady at the window if we could get a little more coffee in the cup please. The lady behind her starts flapping her arms and says, "Come on guys it's self serve!" We looked at each other in confusion. Long story short the pot of coffee had run out and instead of brewing up a fresh one or simply telling us that was all they had she treated us like we were Karen's for politely asking for a little more overpriced coffee. This is sad we came here for a meal. This is what we received. Every time we are in here they seem to not take responsibility for the wrong food given out or the mistakes they make. The morning crew is great however, the night crew is to be desired. The floor was so greasy that my soon to be husband had to take me somewhere else to go to the lady's room to wash up. This is because my balance is not good and I fall easy and he of course is not allowed into the restroom to make sure I do not fall. Absolutely THE worst fast food experience I have ever had!! Decided to take my 85 yr old mother for a quick bite to eat. Parked the car and went inside. Navigated thru the kiosk ordering our food and paying. Noticed 3 other patrons already waiting then learned they'd been waiting 20 MINUTES already. Note: when I parked my car, hardly anyone in the drive thru. Started paying attention to drive thru window. Yep, there goes one customer...oh, now another customer, and again another customer drives away with their food!!! So I said excuse me to the folks behind the counter and no one acknowledged me. Now the other folks inside are also getting upset. Customer service was at it's worst I've ever seen!!! Finally got our food, but no cups or sauce. Asked for our 2 cups and received them with an attitude. Looked in my bag, and no sauce. Asked again, where's my sauce. Reply: Over there by the drinks. Okay, went over there and the bins are EMPTY!!! Had to ask again for sauce and NEVER, not once while being in this store was told, I'm sorry ma'am here you go...That, atleast, would have made this experience just a bit more tolerable! Absolutely terrible. This is the last restaurant on my way home and it's one of those last resort kind of places. The service is almost always extremely slow. The person who takes your order is always rude no matter who's behind the microphone. I guess it's part of the company handbook. They act aggravated if you i request something to be on the side. Example: I asked for no lettuce on taco. They didn't repeat the correct request and when I reminded them of it, they acted like I was doing them a disservice. Upon finally reaching the window, I requested mild sauce. Payed for my food, and drove home. Once home, guess what? Lettuce on taco and 2 packs of fire sauce for 7 food items...I experience something like this about once a month when I decide to try it again praying for new employees. Same result each visit. I wish I could give this place 0 stars, the staff always seems to be annoyed when a customer comes in, there is no professionalism at all. All the employees were joking around and play fighting and yelling and screaming. All of the tables were dirty so there was no where clean to sit, and to top it all off there was a huge piece of plastic wrapping inside my food. I WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. I placed an order online & ordered on a separate ticket in drive thru. I did not check the bag to count all my items before leaving, got halfway home and realized I was missing my entire 2nd order (which they stated was all in the 1 bag that I was handed.) I went back through the drive-thru and picked up my 2nd order. Left again and noticed that the order of cinnamon twists on my order were not included. I am livid... I called and informed the manager, Carlina Mcguffey, I was returning for the 3RD TIME. I received no apology, her customer service was HORRENDOUS. By the time I get home, not only is my food cold, but there are tomatoes on the chalupas (receipt shows -tomatoes) and no sour cream on 2 soft tacos (receipt shows I was charged +2 sour cream). I called again, quite irritated, and requested that I get a refund. I was told I needed to return with the receipt, and I would be taken care of. 4 TIMES I had to return, only to get there and the so-called manager, Carlina Mcguffey, REFUSED to refund my order and demanded that I leave before she called the cops.
