Came by at 11:15 am mind you they open at 10:30 I go through the drive through there are three workers cars in the parking lot, when I go through the drive through no sign there doors say open but the woman says on the intercom we aren't open we will be open later, no sorry doesn't provide a time and wouldn't tell me anything else. Went inside to order food, it took 40 minutes to get my food. There was no one in front of me and they simply chose to keep skipping my meal in order to address the drive through. The only reason I got my food was because I threatened to park the car in the driveway and not move until I got my food. This is absolutely ridiculous and wasn't even busy enough. read more

the taco chalupas were very well done. I enjoyed the full flavor of each chalupa. The chicken servings were generous on both tacos and the delivery was speedy. You can only get points from the kfc app not the taco bell app from this location. read more

Go to another location. Your food will be cold. You will not have any meat (or hardly any) in your food. My Crunchwrap had less than 1/3 of it filled with any beef - it was all lettuce & tomato - also hardly any cheese sauce. My husband's chicken quesadilla had almost no chicken and the cheese was cold, not melted. We paid $15 for both & 2 drinks. I don't think we will come here again. read more

I don't know who the pale girl who always looks high is, usually working drive through, but she really shouldn't be smoking if she can't perform her job. Orders are constantly wrong, and she seems incompetent every time she is dealt with. For the prices of it being tacos, y'all should at least strive to perfect one craft at least. So I usually go to Braselton Tacobell because I have never been disappointed. Jefferson is closer, but they don't have certain combos like Braselton. All the tacos and meat were cold by the time we got home I live 9 minutes away. read more

Went to the drive-in window today, placed my order the drive-through The whole window outside the drive-through look like it had never been cleaned nasty. Asked for some mild taco sauce they were out of all sauces asked for napkins had no napkins either. Pulled around parked in front observed the back door stood open for a good 10 minutes no one going in or out this place is Filthy. The young lady who waited on me at the drive-through window was not polite was very snobby don't think I'll be going back for a while. Absolute worst Taco Bell around. Been there 5 times, maybe more but not often. 4 out of those 5 times they don't get my order right. It's a super simple order. Beef cheese in soft shell. Every time it's wrong. Go the 5th or so time and tell me they are 20-30 from taking orders. No one else in line, inside normally hasn't been open. I pull around after getting told that to see someone picking up food at front counter. 1 person. No one else in restaurant. Horrible Taco Bell. Will never go back to this location. When I got home, the taco had maybe a tablespoon of meat and only lettuce, no tomatos or cheese, with one taco having the meat on only one half of it. Guess it was too much trouble to spead it out along the whole taco. DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL! What happed to the phrase the customer is always right? The manager called me a LIAR when I told him that I had not received half of my order. I gave him the receipt that had my entire order on it and I even gave them the bag with the missing the food. I went to Taco Bell restaurant this afternoon. I set in the drive through for 10 minutes and we moved up two car lengths. So I just got out of line went inside to find no one was in line I placed my order at 6:51 PM. Got my order of two burrito supreme and two nacho supremes at 7:18 PM. The car I was behind in the drive through was still four car lengths from being at the window getting there food. Employees were standing around eating food behind the counter and other employees outside smoking. This will be my last time going back here. read more
