I did DoorDash at the Taco Bell the night manager said she put everything in there although three things were missing and she denied it what she put in there. Visually this place is clean and has a nice lobby. I used the kiosk to order. I was the only person there, even in drive thru. As I was standing there, I watched the workers prepare my food and drink. One lady- loud piercing voice, read my drink aloud and praised herself for being able to read it. Mind you this lady is maybe 30s. Then Proceeds to tell her coworker basically her life's story. I wouldn't mind, but my food was sloppily made. The sauce was all over everything. They forgot my straw- I had to use a spare I keep in my glovebox and they didn't give me any napkins. This is disappointing. Maybe consider hiring people who aren't "just nice". Service here is lower than low. My boyfriend and I placed a pick up order on the app. When we got to the drive thru, the drive thru tenant had no idea what was going on. Then the person serving the food handed our order to the car in front of us (sticker on the bag with our name was visible). The person in the car before us handed the order back. When we pulled up to the window, we asked if they had handed the order to the person in front of us. The blonde at the drive thru lied and originally said no. Once we said "we literally saw it got handed to the people in front of us", she said "oh i'm sorry". We told them we needed it remade and it took them all of 5 minutes to get our food back out. This would have been nice, but the food was cold. This likely means that they took the food out of the original bag and put in a new one. On top of this, they left a taco out of the bag. We placed this order at 12, and I completely understand that it was late. However, if a restaurant is open until 2 am, they need to hire workers that are capable of being competent (no matter the time). Bare minimum service at best and I will be following up. read more
