After sitting in the (non-exitable) drive thru for 30*, The quesadilla was terrible, the worst in fact. It was burnt to a crisp and flatter than a pancake. The meat? What meat? There were literally 6 pieces of chicken (pictured). I had to go back in to get my cinnamon twists. My cheese roll up was like a frozen mozzarella stick. My soft taco supreme didn't have tomatoes or sour cream. The nacho fries were clearly from lunch. And to top it off, they ran out of chicken. KFC ran out of chicken. The night shift crew needs work. Totally embarrassed her because she just turned 50 this year. Then proceeded to hand us these dinky cups with our drinks. I would give this zero stars if I could. Made an order on the app. Got to the restaurant and the "Manager" says he's sorry but they don't have the item I ordered he can give me something different. I said that I drove all the way to that restaurant to get that item and that I want interested in a different item. Could he just refund my money? He says no he can't do that it's on the app. Ok? How does this make sense? He says they don't have access to the app. He says "this item has been out for over a month, the app is wrong all the time" Ok? Why though? "He gets angry and says "Do you want your food or not?" I said no I don't want something different than what I ordered and paid for, and tbh I never will get food there again and probably never at Taco Bell again. How is this good business? Just keep your app up to date is that hard? If you can't then offer a gift card in the amount of missing items if I don't want to switch to another random thing. Minimally, be nice even if I'm mad. That's your job. Yes, I'm picky that's why I ordered what I like and not what you happen to have available. If I wanted any old thing I would have gone home to eat. Additionally, to add insult to injury, I go into the app to try to contact customer service and get a refund, of course you can't talk to anyone, not even an AI chatbot, you have to take a survey that has zero options that make sense in this situation. Then you have to type out the problem and ask for a refund. This way of doing business is insane to me, I cannot believe people are just ok with this. Yeah so nothing has changed. I've been buying cantina bowls just asking for 2 portions of rice and 3 portions of the meat. You know basically a protein bowl ish. I am usually always missing something to the point where I just pull off and check before driving home, left stewing in the bitter disappointment. Came here on 6/24 for a crunch wrap. It was phenomenal. The first item I have ever had from any Taco Bell anywhere in the country that looked like the photo. I think other people were annoyed it took a little while but IMO the quality was finally there so I was fine with it. tonight i stopped by taco bell after at 9 hour shift- pulled up at the drive through at 11:30- with 4 cars in front of me with the last at the order box. it took 40 minutes for them to take care of 4 cars.. my order was wrong- i asked for a corperate number and was told they didnt have one- big yikes to the person eating at the window all while handing out food. guess I'll be going to Gaylord for Taco Bell. read more

The Petoskey Taco Bell always messes up every order I place. I wish this was an exaggeration, but it is not. Usually they are just missing something from the bag when we receive it. I understand working fast food sucks, and can be very busy. I'm not sure if they have anyone checking the bags, but when we are in a hurry we purposefully do not go to taco bell because they always leave something out of the bag. However we have experienced everything from hair in the food, to meat being on things in shouldn't be, other ingredients being put in we didn't order and drinks being messed up. Which I understand when you are busy, these things happen sometimes. I just hope someone starts checking the bags, it is rather annoying to have to wait in line and then have to drive all the way back around because every time not everything is put in the bag.
