The manager very quickly wrote down all of our food order and went back and made it. He went above and beyond, made our order quickly and it was delicious! Only commenting on the new Cantina menu, particularly the hard-shelled chicken taco. Extremely disappointing. Filled only with a small amount of small chunks of chicken, semi-melted Mexican cheese and a spicy Ranch dressing type of chipotle sauce. It's Taco Bell and, like with every fast food chain, there is a reasonable expectation that your order may be occasionally wrong. That being said...the orders are usually right and the food is prepared better than your average Taco Bell. I'll give it 5 stars to balance out the "they out on tomato" haters. read more

this location is horrible- the food, service, the whole experience is awful. after laughing at me on the intercom, I asked to motify certain items on two box meals and was told that was OK. they read the order back to me and made sure everything on the screen looked correct- it did. My total was $24. The young girl at the window threw my bag of food at me and the box almost fell. When I got home none of the food was correct per what we paid for, and we were missing several items. Very disappointed. read more

the new staff there is absolutely phenomenal. I go there just about daily for my lunch break because of how hot and fresh the food is every time and the people there are so so sweet and always in a good mood/laughing. the service is also much quicker now as well. Pulled up to the drive thru and was nicely greeted by the lady taking my order. Went to the window and got my food and said thank you, but the girl just turned around and walked away and seemed a little bothered by me being there. Wasn't sure if that was the same person who took my order. I ordered the nacho fries box which came with the nacho fries, a burrito, and a taco. They forgot to put rice in my burrito and both that and the taco were tiny. They also put ice in my drink when I asked for none. As the instructions indicated, the order wasn't supposed to be started until the customer shows up at the store. Then, another employee - I was told her name was "Bree" - became incredibly rude. My wife and I usually go to Taco Bell as our quick go to spot on a lunch break. After waiting in a slow drive through line I ordered a Crunchwrap, burrito, and tacos. I found that everything I had ordered was missing absolutely everything besides the meat and cheese. I have been told they have been short staffed lately but, It would've been nice to at least have been told all we were getting was the plain Jane version of our order at the window and not have been charged the full price for our meal. I'm not going to say anything about the food here. You either like Taco Bell or you don't. What I will say is that this is probably one of the nicer Taco Bells in the area. I was still in high school before this particular franchise did their remodeling, and let me tell you, it was a DUMP. The whole place looked like a run-down cafeteria, there was barely any staff at any time of the day, and they ran out of key ingredients (like taco shells or beans) all the time. Seriously, how does a Taco Bell run out of beans?!? This remodeled Taco Bell is much nicer. The decor is quite welcoming, and it fits in well with the whole "Mexican Fiesta" theme. The staff here aren't super friendly, but they are competent and will get your meal prepared relatively quickly. It feels so weird to be writing a review on a Taco Bell franchise, but, as someone who has been going to this Taco Bell his entire high school career, I just wanted to praise the location for its remodeling. read more

I kept seeing ads for the five dollar box contest to win a PlayStation VR bundle. I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while, but wanted to give it a try. The only reason I went to Taco Bell was to enter the contest. I order the five dollar box, and after waiting for half an hour, I still don't have my food. I need to get back to work, so when they finally gave me my food, in a bag, I went ahead and left. I looked in the bag, and lo and behold, there's no way to enter the contest. They didn't give me a box, that has the code, they just gave me a bag full of my food. I tried to call them a while later, and they didn't pick up the phone or give me the option to leave a message.
