Taco Bell Lovell was my favorite spot. I've always loved their food for being tasty, quick and affordable. But their taco which is in their brand namesake is shrinking evermore @ ($1.89). Several times I've emplored the drive-through speaker guy/gal to make the tacos I order to look like their advertising on the Taco-Bell drive-through screen. (I don't want them to get dinged for false advertising... right? ). But, what I often get in quantity is a third (or less) of what the advertising looks like. I've complained about this before and it was corrected for a short spell, but went right back to the Jimmy-Down version. It puzzles me to think the person making the tacos is motivated to do this to the customers, they aren't paying for the ingredients. By the same token for a manager to instruct their taco assemblers to use less ingredients than the advertised image can't be maximizing profitability when they lose customers, like me. In all honesty, this was my first time at a Taco Bell- and I've got to say, as far as Mexican fast food goes, I was pretty impressed. For starters, the menu has a pretty wide variety of Mexican food staples. Our service was also very friendly, and they were easily able to customize menu options for me. The food also came very quickly! I ordered the nachos, with jalapenos instead of the meat options. They came with cheese, refried beans, and tomatoes and they were good quality nachos! My only complaints would be that the cheese isn't "real" (it's fast food, after all) and that they charged me for the extra jalapenos even though I'd ordered them in replacement of the meat. I also tried the dollar menu's order of the mini quesadilla, requested without meat as well. It came with cheese and refried beans and was pretty good, although it certainly is a mini- but it was only a dollar. They did a great job preparing the food exactly as ordered, and I think I'll definitely return here again in the future. read more

The associates here are extremely friendly and go out of the way to try and get to know you for the most part. Which I thought was rare for a fast food chain where people are in and out. I came here with my friends so maybe we were more approachable. My cheesy potato was extremely fresh out of the oven. Perfectly roasted and melted cheese. Therefore we def ordered some cinnamon twists. And as expected, they were warm and freshly made! It was a dream and it's a location that I would go out of my way to visit again! Don't go around 11pm. They will get you're order wrong even when they confirm it. You also got someone with their mouth as close to the mic as possible to where it's very hard to understand to what they are saying. Honestly I eat too much taco Bell sometimes because I've noticed that the quality of the food changes depending on what time it is. Like anytime I grab some in the morning my crunch wrap supreme is nicely wrapped, crispy, and steak layered throughout the entire bottom with nice fresh vegetables on top. But I grabbed some just before a movie at 8 pm and the middle was exposed and falling apart, there was more cheese than steak on the bottom and although I could see the tomatoes and lettuce it all kinda just blandly blended together with the tortilla. I couldn't taste any dressing at all. Its kinda disappointing that I can't get that good top notch level of taco Bell every time but I'm obsessed. Compared to others I agree. Worst biz decision for Taco Bell was making everything cheap. Like a bar that uses computers to measure a precise shot. That cheap created the same environment of product that is under filled on all ingredients. Got four taco supremes. 2 plenty of cheese and tomatoes.... (5 star) 2 were all lettuce and meat (2 stars). Cheese and tomatoes were almost invisible. Compared to other taco bells in area it's a slam dunk. They at least produce a full taco & burritos 1/2 of the time. Why YUM C-suite Ex's can't produce a upgraded taco, burrito... For 25 / 50 cents per item is beyond me. That is why they will continue to get my business once a quarter rather than several. Here is my experience. I observed an employee walk out of the ladies restroom and directly over to the drive thru window. There she started rearranging everything within her reach eventually putting her hands in her pockets. It was obvious at the time she was bored because she walked over to the food service line and scraped off cheese from the cutting utensils (used for cutting pizza and quesadilla's) hanging on a shelf. Placed the utensils back where they apparently belong only for these utensils to be used to cut my pizza I had ordered. Not one time did she was her hands. I have also watched while food was prepared at the same time one employee was using a cellular phone. A cellular phone is second to the most dirtiest object (money) you can handle, so, by handling the phone and preparing food at the same time, the employee is putting the public at risk by eating contaminated food. Hepatitis is spread by using the restroom and failing to properly wash hands prior to handling food, so, by the employee leaving the restroom and not properly washing her hands prior to using her fingernails to scrape off the cheese from the utensil that was used to cut my pizza that I refused to eat, she was putting me at risk of hepatitis. When I wanted a refund for the CROSS CONTAMINATED PIZZA I refused to eat, I was told the on-duty manager was too busy to refund the money. The store manager told me to leave and not come back because of my complaining. Taco bell profits from me for not refunding my money and me refusing to eat contaminated food at risk of hepatitis. I must say that in my opinion, it is apparent that profit is more valuable than the public's safety. Word to the wise, be very careful at this location. read more
