Probably one of the worst service and most rude customer service I've ever had. Manager refused to refund me after I said I won't be eating here due to your service. Ended up having to take the food and the order was wrong!!! They still wouldn't refund me. All it was is tacos without lettuce I don't get what the big deal making new ones were, when I'm my receipt it says no lettuce. If you eat in, the food is great, but when you order to go, check food before leaving. We ordered the Supreme Nacho in (get and filling) and later order drive thru. Wow what a difference. Went to the newly remodeled Lake Jackson Taco Bell. No Pizza Hut combined with it anymore. Very good experience. The cashier was very friendly, and she got my special order put in (one of us is vegan). Order came out fast, and just as requested. And everything was very good. Great iced tea. Usually I would choose to refrain from even spending my time with a negative review for a "fast food" establishment but then this wouldn't be the first bad experience with this location. The first problem is due to the number of times my order has been wrong in the past, I always go into the restaurant. Secondly, fast is a very liberal term. When have you ever heard a Taco Bell tell a customer that their wait will be 25 to 30 minutes? Wish they would have said that to me! My wait was a total of 40 minutes. They DID start with the customer after me. They informed them they would have to wait 30 minutes to get their order... ~REALLY! I wish you could see their faces it was priceless and many of them sprinted for the door. My face was on the complete other spectrum, having just shelled out $30+ bucks for fast food I was trapped. Patiently I waited and got to know the other members of our community while we all waited for our food. I really feel sorry for the other member of the crowd that had ordered one soft taco. This all comes back to the first problem. Being slightly on the furious side after my mandatory entrapment- my name and order number was finally called. The young man spouted out my items and I headed for the door. Wow that was a complete mistake. Items wrong: nacho's, shredded chicken taco salad (see picture- see how many items you notice missing. Not reviewing the Taco Bell because I've had a normal experience with them. It's a Taco Bell. What more do you expect. But this place is also a Pizza Hut express. I had ordered a pizza online and thought this was the building I had placed it at, well when I got there they hadn't received my order and the very nice lady at the front asked one of the other young workers if they had. Longest wait time in the U.S.A!! It don't matter if you only have two cars ahead of you and its a quiet time. It don't matter if you go inside. It don't matter if you order a popular item thats ready to go. You WILL be waiting AT LEAST 20-25mins. So, it's a Taco Bell. Given the homogenous nature of the experience with these chain places, the difference comes down to service and amenities. Here, service is a bit slow, but not offensively slow. If you're in a rush, you might get aggravated. Facilities consist of the standard kiddie school style one piece bench sets. Actually they more resemble the cafeteria seating from prisons...anyway, they are uncomfortable so everyone sits in the handicapped seats so that when you are with someone that needs a cair or to get to the table in a wheel chair, they cannot. When will TB learn? The drink area tends to get messy and is not tended enough. Overall, though it is consistent TBfood in a relatively clean place. So, it is AOK. read more

Had lunch at this Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut Express location today. It's a full Taco Bell menu with a selection of Pizza Hut personal pizzas and breadsticks available as well. I decided to get something from both menus. I got a Beefy Five Layer Burrito from the Taco Bell menu and a order of breadsticks with marinara sauce from the Pizza Hut Express menu. Service was exceptional fast, especially being during lunch. It was just a couple of minutes wait for my food from the time I placed my order until I received it. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. My burrito was Beefy and had a nice amount of the nacho cheese sauce on it. It wasn't "messy" as some Taco Bell burritos look as it they were just sloppily put together. My breadsticks were good as well, they tasted fresh and arrived to me hot. Overall, I really liked my visit to this Taco Bell location and the Pizza Hut express is a nice little bonus inside. read more
