absolutely horrible experience, the woman on the headset lied about not having unsweet tea which is fine the other girl at the window told us they had it and they gave it to us. The lady who took our order did not get the order right at all, we asked for the nacho fries because we ordered two and didnt get any. she proceeded to tell her coworkers "he only ordered one" with a horrible attitude, and we didnt even get the one she said we ordered! the tacos were also completely wrong! had the only thing i asked for off of it on it. Food wasn't bad. The taco hard shells almost seemed expired. We came through here while traveling, there were 3 workers behind the counter and basically no customers in here. It literally took 30 minutes to get out 5 orders for me and my friends. I think they made one chick work and the others just ran away or something. Tables were pretty dirty. read more

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING! They serve rancid hard shells and the employees do not care about how they make there food. The tacos had little to no meat on them along with the cheese and lettuce. Customer service has really gone to crap. Also, they are open till 2 am but will tell you they ran out of items so they don't keep making anything. This location needs to get evaluated ASAP! Stopped in for a quick lunch while driving through. We ordered at the self serve screen, our order was made quickly, our order was correct and the nice woman that prepared our order even wrapped items differently for items my kids ordered different ways (she did this without us requesting it, usually we just unwrap everything and pass it out that way) . This was the beat service I have received at a fast food establishment in a very long time. Restaurant was clean too!! read more

This spot was following COVID-19 protocols more strictly previously, but they have become a bit more lax. At least I didn't have to hand off my card. I ordered 2 of the $1 Shredded Chicken Mini Quesadillas and 2 crunchy tacos. The tacos were as expected but seemed like different crew members made them. Both had little toppings and one had a cracked shell. The Mini Quesadillas, though, were heavy on the tortilla & v e r y light on the shredded chicken. Pretty disappointing visit. Typically Taco Bell is pretty consistent. This store was locked at 7:30pm, the drive thru was open they took the order and then sent us to the side of the building to wait, 3 other vehicles behind me did the same. When I went around to the side the employees were inside playing around with friends and outside smoking! I waited and nobody came after 15 minutes I banged on the door and the person who came told the vehicles outside he just got here and didn't know what we ordered. 20+ minutes we got cold food from an indignant employee. You wonder why fast food is struggling to get employees that is a prime example of a store that should stay closed vs offer that kind of service by a bunch of terrible employees. read more

Usually Taco Bell is pretty good but this one was empty the associates behind the counter SO loud and playing around , music was loud as well. they could only take was Cash said their system was down ,and got the order wrong not likely to come back here.... Not to mention the Pepsi machine was not dispensing drinks as they should be, so was limited to Baja blast or root beer...They said they close at 11:00. Boooooooooooooooooooooooo Our first sign of 'we shoulda left' was 2 of the 3 employees were outside upon our arrival. Everyone's belly button was out. Employee's baby toes on the counter. Bathrooms: No toilet paper. No soap. No paper towels. Stole toilet paper from men's restroom which was equally as disappointing. Walked in, immediately told to use kiosk because apparently putting my order in is too difficult. Kiosk takes 10 mins to work. Keep in mind... restaurant is EMPTY. Only other customer waited over 5 minutes to even be greeted - and then HE WAS TOLD TO USE THE KIOSK SO he DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT ?? Ordered chalupa meal.. came with one chicken and one beef.. we don't know why. Tortilla was cold. Meat was lukewarm. Lettuce cold af like not in a good way. Staff is extremely unprofessional. We ordered a basic order. A Gordita meal with a drink and 2 steak quesaritos (since some locations make them) with a large drink. At no point did they tell us in the drive thru that they didn't make a quesarito at this location. Instead, they randomly rang up food. When we brought it up at the window and pointed out missing items, they rudely told us to come inside for a refund. When we went inside to get the order resolved and get our missing drink, they had an attitude with us saying we were wrong and didn't order what we did. Then proceeded to tell us we were "being r****ded with no brain". Will not be returning to this location and do not recommend to others. Worst Taco Bell location I have been to. read more

It says they're open at night, I'm here and the lights are all on but no one is at the drive-through to take an order. There is literally nothing open in this whole city besides waffle house after 11 PM and a lot of people are hungry after 11 PM and work at night and we cannot just see waffle house every night. People need food and it's kind of ridiculous that restaurants that used to always be open late are never open. If they're not going to be open on a regular schedule they might as well just close completely. read more

Clean is about the only good thing going for it. Whatever you dod dont go on a Sunday evening, they're always out of half the menu.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We went through the drive thru and got the wrong food. No biggie. So I quickly ran inside to try to help with maybe fixing the problem for the next car. Was unsuccessful. Calmly, I gave my recipe to the lady and said thus what we ordered, she was confused on what to do. So, I sat there for 10-15 mins while there was two other couples waiting for there food and they were complaining how long it's taking. The lady throws the bag on the counter and doesn't say anything, so I checked the bag and the order was still wrong. After the 3rd, they still made the wrong burrito. Not to mention the off duty workers were coming in and making jokes and side tracking the workers on duty. I've never complained but damn, this made me so pissed. Today, an hour ago, I went to tb and unlike past experiences my cheesy gordita crunch and hard shell tacos were superb. Keep up the good work and I'll add a star. There is one thing I'd like to mention these items are meant to be eaten there. They don't travel well. This restaurant is overall okay. The food is just as good as it is at any other Taco Bell, pretty good. The service is usually pretty quick and of course it's also cheap. The in side of the restaurant is clean, however I did not go into the restroom so I'm not sure how clean it is. My problems with the place come purely from the staff. A very small amount of them seem to be nice people, while most of them are rude unfriendly. When asked about something they often quickly tell you the answer like they've never experienced happiness in their lives. This restaurant is great except for the staff. read more
