I still bop in here occasionally for a bucket of tacos, to mixed results. I've been here when they're out of beans, all the lights are out, and service is outrageously slow. It's like sometimes they don't want anyone to think they're open. Ordering online (I use UberEATS) is also problematic. Want sauce packets? They'll leave them off. Want onions on one set of items? They'll put them on literally every item in the order. Want something taken off, like tomatoes? Forget it, they'll miss the note and put them on anyway. It's like nobody at this location really cares. Visit a different location or order elsewhere - these clowns aren't worth the trouble either way. read more

I found a bug in my taco this afternoon (1/10/2022) after taking a bite out of it. Once I was able to come back to the restaurant for a refund the woman up front asked another coworker who wanted to deal with me. The First Lady to come up said that they, "Dont have bugs in their food." Which I thought was strange after showing her photo evidence that she does indeed have bugs in her food. After waiting a while she just told me to come back tomorrow (1/11/2022) for a possible refund. Update: Their locked front door said, "open for drive through only today" (1/11/2022). A line of cars pulled through without getting food and I check the drive through to find no one working it. Looks like they do have bugs in their food. read more

Staff are super friendly, but my order is wrong every single time. In the event I catch it before I leave the location, they are quick to correct it; however today everything looked right, but when I got home one part of my order was incorrect. I went ahead started eating it and scraped off the extra toppings I requested be removed only to find hair in my food. Slowest Taco Bell I've been to. I've been in the drive thru, which took 15 min with no cars in front of me. I also have ordered DoorDash/Grubhub and it's always an additional 30-45 min on top of the normal 20 min delivery. I live 5 min from here. My delivery time always gets added and added. Super annoying. I'd probably have better luck ordering from a further location. EDIT!!!! My order got cancelled 40+ min after the order should've been delivered. Door dash reimbursed me. They have new order kiosks, and since they are understandably short staffed, I used one. placed my simple order, clicked "pay cash at counter", and waited. 12 minutes later, after I saw the car that was at the end of the drive though line when I ordered get their food, I left. Ordered a burrito supreme, got a bean burrito. Ordered a quesadilla with jalapeño cream sauce and there was none. We were given our bag of food and then the girl shut the window and didn't ask if we wanted sauce. This review ifs for the Long John Silvers that shares this location. I have been to this location 6 times now. the first two time, two weeks apart their friers were broken and they could not prepare the Chicken Planks. I am a huge fan of their chicken planks and hush puppies. The third visit went well. the last 3 visits have been made on my way home from work at 8 pm and and in all three cases they had no chicken planks available and I had to pull out of line to wait for them. Food great, service not so much. I think they need more management oversight. read more

So, after a huge wait in line, with a huge order of my own, with specifications, and the dude nailed our order, I told him after we paid and got our food that I meant to order nacho fries. Went there tonight to get some Crunchwrap supremes. No crunchwraps? Alright that's fine. I ordered a supreme burrito and some cinnamon twists. All I received was the burrito. When I mentioned the cinnamon twists the woman in the drive through argued with me and said "you didn't order those" although I was definitely charged for them.
