The Menu is constantly changing. Then again, it has always been this way. The Rewards program is very good though. Every $24 or $25. I think that's pretty good considering many restaurants are at $100, for earning rewards. Or if you are familiar with Pinkbox, you have to spend $400 to get a reward. I am telling you the truth. Hubby had a couple rewards to use so we ate here. Sunday lunch, was not busy inside. Just another customer. Clean inside. I like the bench seating along the window. Usually it's a pickup order. I think the drive-thru window gets more business. I always get the potato taco and the cheesy bean burrito. It's an easy meal for me. Just enough to feel satisfied. It has now happened to me 2 times where the employees seem to have created their own hours and shut the place down anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes early. Between 1:30am and 2:59am, you may arrive to black order screens, no response from the speaker, and an all around avoidance from the staff. This most recent time I was so fed up I waited at the window and flagged one of them down from their joyous conversation with the TWO others in the back. She claimed it was because they were short staffed this one night but she doesn't know this is week 2 I've experienced this. She was the one who admitted to me I should expect to come no later than 1:30 because they will be 'closed'. The first time, the dude working turned a whole bunch of cars away because he was cleaning the grill and press 30 minutes before close and couldn't make food. I had enough time to run to the blue diamond location and they whole heartedly accepted my order at 2:45am. My husband and I were both so tired we wanted something quick and easy to eat. Mexican food is always a good choice for me because of my wheat allergy. I can usually always eat something with corn tortillas. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Combo with two Doritos Locos Tacos and a Brisk Mango Fiesta. The tacos were good and the drink was amazing. I know the Mexican Pizza was amazing but it was for my hubby because I can't eat it. It used to be one of my faves before I became allergic to wheat. He also had two Crunch Wraps. He said they were great. I think Taco Bell is always a safe bet. They brought back the Mexican Pizza , I hope they bring back Mexi-melts next. I'm officially done with Taco Bell. I stopped by recently only to find that you can no longer place an order with an actual human. Everything has to go through their self-service kiosks -- which, by the way, are not user friendly. I stood there struggling just to place a simple order, and not one employee offered to help or even acknowledged me. I get that technology is supposed to make things more efficient, but when it becomes a barrier to basic service, it's a dealbreaker. I used to enjoy Taco Bell, but if speaking to a person is no longer an option, you've lost me as a customer. Went here to get food after a long day and it's a location I go to the most. After today, I don't recommend it at all. They are being trained by a female manager, older/heavy-set lady, to give half portions of food at full price, and if you ask about it, she'll claim you ordered a small size. The food doesn't come in a size small. We asked for a refund and she refused. We called customer service for help and they illegally gave out our number to the manager. When we arrived the employee behind the counter asked us if we were there for a delivery pick up? We said no and that we would like to order and he just said "oh" as if he was confused or irritated...? Kind of bizarre. We proceeded to order. The employees did not know how to apply virtual gift cards. My daughter got a $25 gc via email for her birthday and we were unable to use it. Two tried but they were completely dumbfounded and said there was no way to manually type in the card number, even though a # and pin was clearly listed on the email...I don't entirely blame them, this is clearly an annoying corporate issue. They had at first accidentally made us Doritos Locos Tacos instead of Gordita crunches but no worries at all! This is my last time ever going to eat at Taco bell. This restaurant by my house continues to serve food that shouldn't be served to anyone. Management at this location must not care to much about the quality of food that is served. Doritos locos taco combo I purchased, all the shells were broken and the shredded iceberg lettuce inside must have been once frozen or was iced burnt. As if you could see through the lettuce. You have to place your orders now through a self-checkout computer. Which if you want to modify anything, you have to modify each individual taco or burrito. If you miss a promt, you won't know until your about to eat it. I had to have them remake my bean and cheese burrito because it has onions in it. They remade it, but it fell apart after the first bite. Had to eat it with a fork. Very unhappy. Our bill came up to $47. You get charged for every modification or for creamy sauces you might want. Sorry but they get substitutions wrong all the time and I have never gotten a refund. I'm a vegetarian so I can't just eat beef. I have really been left high and dry here. The service was okay and the girl who took my order did great because I checked the order and it was right. I ordered a chicken burrito and there was no rice in it. Ordered 2 beef burritos to be honest I think they did away with that because I didn't see it. Anyways, said I did not want beans or cheese and extra onions.
