It's crazy good... when they pay attention. The inconsistency is what kills it for me which is a shame, it's one of the best wing places near me that isn't expensive. It's really just a specific handful of people that ruin it. They don't pay attention, they blast music or straight up dance around; it can be busy or slow but it's the same people making mistakes. They either burn my wings to a crisp (did not click the well done option), is raw or they forget stuff. I can ignore the issue of them forgetting if it's something small like a sauce cup or if it's overcooked but it's a big part of orders that they miss. They can't count. I made it a habit to stay in store to make sure they didn't mess up and when I come back to them that they miscounted by nearly 9-10 wings all together. They ask which ones? I tell them and somehow I don't get thru to them, I ask them to check the order list and when they come back to me, they messed up again, what sauces go in or when I specific flats only they give me drums. Oh Wingstop, I used to always come here after work or with my group of friends to some nice chicken wings, fries, veggies, and service. However, lately the food has been very lackluster and service has gone downhill. On my most recent three visits, each visit had something wrong. On my first visit, I requested a mixture of wings and drumsticks and was given only drumsticks. On my second visit, a week later, I decided to give it another chance and of course they get my order wrong again. On my most recent visit, which is also my most disappointing visit, the lady taking my order gave me attitude when I requested if I could have a mix of wings and drum sticks with their original hot sauce and lemon pepper (their most popular flavors). After receiving my food I realized the chicken was not fresh or it had been sitting out as it came out rather quick as well as my fries. They offer sauces which come in very large cups. Bigger sauce containers than Raising Cane's. We also got fries with our chicken. I usually demolish any fries that are on my plate but I couldn't finish them. I was stuffed with too much fried foods. You do have a veggie option but I just love fries. Fries were good too though. They have a large choice for fountain drinks. It's those touch screen ones where some sodas have different flavors within that soda brand. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, nor was it empty.
