Today I went through this drive through after having a terrible week. My birthday was yesterday and things had been not well for me. Let me mention I'm pregnant and last time I went to this Taco Bell (it's on boulder highway so it's kinda ghetto...) Just went thru the drive thru on the way to the airport...the representative was far from friendly. She didn't recommend anything when we approached the drive thru. We had to repeat our order 2x's and when we got to the window specifically said mild sauce and extra napkins. When I opened the box to see if my order was correct, there was ONE HOT SAUCE and 2 napkins. On Saturday 1/25 I had a party to go to and ordered my food on the App to pick up at 3:00pm. I just got my Uber eats order and a whole meal was missing including the drink, the drink I did receive was supposed to be brisk and I know the employees know the difference between water and the color of brisk. What a joke. I don't leave bad reviews ever but the food I received is not up to food safety standards. The employees here are very nice. If you're doing the drive-thru it's really hit or miss. Sometimes it's super busy and it takes a while for the line to move sometimes there's one or two cars at the most. We always get the party pack when we come here. And I can't resist the cinnamon delights. This time I got the 12 pack but the majority of them were kinda hard. They were still delicious though so I'm not bothered by that. If at all possible, go to another location. This location sucks... I ordered on the mobile app and everything was right. I did extra beef on my items and onions added to the five layer burrito... I don't mind paying extra for all the extra things I added my order . I forgot to get onions on my Chalupa so I go up to the counter and the cashier asked me for $.60. I realize she is just doing her job... But then someone homeless comes in and asked to use the restroom and asked for a large cup of water. So she gave the person the large cup of water... And I have no issue with giving someone water . My issue is revenue. How much did that cup cost? Why not give them a smaller cup? I only asked for a teaspoon of onions.... almost $18 for my meal, I kind of assumed that perhaps the onions would not have a charge. The entire restaurant has two people sitting down eating and every single table in the dining room is dirty. I have been here for 30 minutes and no one came out to wipe tables. I wiped my own dirty table ...Bathroom smells AWFUL!! Highly recommend going to a different location. ... and after I submitted my review, I had to open it to edit it for this next line.... a man just walks in and grabs probably 45 packs of hot sauce and walks out... The cantina tacos were greasy and overpriced for what they were. They told me it came with cheese and chicken. However, I didn't see any chicken and only cheese. The tortilla chips that came with my combo order smelled and tasted like they were fried with industrial oil. It's like eating tortillas dipped in motor oil-I'm not exaggerating. I like Taco Bell as much as anyone else. In fact I order from Taco Bell on S Nellis every once in a while. Every single time I do, the order never gets delivered to me in its entirety. It's honestly such a disappointment that I just can't order anymore. My orders are only 4-6 things at best and still, every time I order there's always something missing. Two stars only because employees were nice. Other than that I feel that Taco Bell must really be hurting for money.. I ordered 2 group combos. One was a supreme and one wasn't. More than half in the supreme combo did not have sour cream and we found one that had tiny smear of sour cream. We were lucky to get about 4 tomatoes on each taco. This is the last time im having taco bell in GENERAL. last night i ordered a quesarito and a beef burrito. The driver lacked communication all in the whole order, then when i had received the order it seemed okay. I ate the beef burrito which was fine, but my MAIN issue is when i ate the rest of my order this morning. about 3/4 into i took a bite and was eating something hard thinking maybe it was rice or something. NOPE what i pulled out of my mouth was either wood with splinters or old cardboard. This Taco Bell is more MISS than HIT. Each time I've been there they messed up the protein bowl. The creamy ranch dressing is always added even if it's been ordered without it. Sequoia was the drive thru cashier tonight and she lacked customer service in every way possible. Usually when I come here, I don't ever worry about that since other cashiers are very helpful and willing to help you, not this one. The drive thru line was long, the wait times were horrible and the communication was terrible. I waited for about 5 minutes just this cashier to not greet me. Her first response was "give me one second" A second past and her lack of consideration was outrageous. Her second response as she returned was "order when your ready" Sequoia didn't have the courtesy to greet me nor ask if I wanted any taco sauce with my order. This cashier lacks mannerism nor does she display it. As I responded back with a thank you and thank you, have a great night, she responded back with an attitude in her actions as she slammed the window shut. This restaurant gave me two five layer burritos that were flatter than my quesadilla. The drive thru guy was very rude and laughed at everything I said for some reason. We thought he was on some crack or something he couldn't stop laughing at us. He then wouldn't let me talk and kept interrupting me cursing and saying "yep" over and over. He pulled out his phone when I gave him my credit card and was in his camera I hope my info wasn't stolen felt uncomfortable. Horrible place I'm reporting it.
